Great quality work ! And their screens are fantastic ! Only problem is their employee told me “ you have to pay first because we’re closing down our Registers “ mind you they close at 7-8 I believe it was 5 when I got there . I thought it was kinda weird basically trying to say I wasn’t going to pay but I brushed it off even after seeing him making someone pay after they received their phones so it was kinda bothersome but again brushed it off. I waited for my phone POLITELY and patiently! While waiting I was charging my boyfriends phone and went to go ask for it back one of the employees said “ are you sure this is your phone “ as if I was going to steal a phone after already waiting for my phone that I paid upfront for and then goes in the back and switches to Spanish to ask if I’m basically lying . Point of this is don’t assume someone’s stealing because of my skin color I’m not the one to pull the race card being I’m from Tijuana I’m Mexican and black but because my skin is darker and we look a certain way you believe I’m going to steal ? Very rude especially coming from my own people it really hurt my feelings to see what my own father told me about my own people was true and then to top it off the employee continued to taunt little things under his breathe and to his fellow employees I should’ve grabbed names but to the two young men that helped me out today with dope attitude’s thank you !! Keep striving in your business build up just don’t lose customers to your projections and discriminational views :)

Brought my iPhone 7 Plus phone in with a cracked screen. I thought I had to replace the LCD as well but the staff assured me the lcd was fine and only the screen needed to be repaired. I recieved a phone from them that was reported stolen or some one had failed to pay for therefore it was blacklisted by GSM carriers. I went in and talked to them and they offered to fix the phone, when I went back to pick up my phone it wasn't ready so they just gave me another of the same model

Exelent service they fixed my iphone in less than 40 mins while i was getting a massage in their massage chair while watching a movie and they have free coffee for costumers, and a little kids area and also they had a vending machine with snacks and drinks they really made me feel like a guest in they home, congratulations guys this is a complete service, i greatly recomend it.
