I went in to YourWireless to discuss opening a new plan with Verizon as an option. I didn’t really do any research about where to go because my phone no longer worked, I just found the closest store that opened the earliest, but I am SO incredibly glad I went to this store!!! I was Greeted as soon as I walked in and Hardeep was friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. It can be very stressful and intimidating when switching carriers and not being knowledgeable of all the important questions to ask. I am very happy with my new phone plan and service. This is not a corporate store so you don't get the same deals you would in a corporate store. The trade off is service. I've waited an hour in a corporate store before being able to talk to anybody. In this store rarely have I had to wait more than 10 minutes. When choosing a phone or plan, the staff in this store place more importance on your actual needs than on their own profit. No cookie cutter approach here. I'd recommend researching a phone/plan online and then take your decision to this store to ask their opinion. You'll walk out with what's in your best interests every time.

My wife’s phone died while we were visiting family in Michigan during Thanksgiving holiday. I ordered a new phone online from Verizon and was promised delivery to Michigan prior to Thanksgiving. The Verizon rep did not appear to be familiar with the order process but she was adamant about delivery in time for our return trip to Arkansas. The tracking information was horrible. I made numerous phone calls when the phone did not arrive as promised. We delayed our departure two days because of Verizon’s screw up. When the phone did arrive it would not work and I spent three hours on my phone with Verizon technical department to no avail. My wife convinced me that we should stop at a Verizon store on the way back to Arkansas and we located this one near our route in Indianapolis. I have to admit I was really upset an ready to lash out at anyone representing Verizon. The store manager, Hardee’s Singh, greeted me. Somehow he was able to get me to calm down. That in itself was a small miracle. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the new phone. It had been set up improperly at Verizon and had the wrong SIM card. He then gave my wife an Otter case and wished up a pleasant trip on home. I was so overwhelmed that I tried to pay for his service but he insisted that we had incurred enough inconvenience from Verizon and his help was no charge. I wish Verizon would clone Mr Singh and replace all their store managers with his clones!

Our Company can reach out to Midwest Wireless with any questions, concerns or problems we have with our Verizon Account. They go beyond what needs to be done to help with any of our needs and takes the stress out of dealing with a Large Account such as ours. We never receive this kind of service through Verizon Direct like we do when we call Midwest Wireless. They work with us in making sure we are receiving the Best Deal we can in return saves our company money. The Customer Service is Amazing and We Enjoy working with them.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but trust me - this is the best Verizon store around! I happened to stop in one day when my phone was giving me some trouble (stopped working) and was greeted by a friendly staff. Hardeep and Aaron did everything they could to troubleshoot my phone and really went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone who helped me during the process of getting my phone fixed was a pleasure to work with. I have never enjoyed my time in a Verizon store until stumbling across this one. This is now the only location I will go to!
