I've been here more than once for phone service, paying the bill, purchasing.... The staff is absolutely perfect. Katherine (sp?) was the best. She was a complete professional. Whomever is in charge of that store, should fast track her into management or pay her more, or something. It's one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

Amazing Customer Service! Called the store in a panic after spending an extended time on the phone with a Verizon Rep who de-activated my phone. Robert, who had nothing to do with the error, was more than willing to help resolve the issue. He brought a new SIM card to me, installed and got my phone re-activated. Thank you for providing the BEST customer service, Robert!

We just went in to buy a screen protector and have it applied to our phones. Robert, the manager, was extremely helpful and ended up answering a lot of questions we had about our plan and service. He also clearly explained some of the products available to us and figured out precisely how they would affect our bill. Robert was nothing but patient with our many, many questions. He also helped us correct a billing issue that no one else was even willing to really try to do for us! We walked out of store with an upgraded plan (for less than we were paying for our old plan) and 2 new Galaxy Watches as well! We will definitely be using the Speedway store for all of our future Verizon needs! Thank you, Robert!

I came into this Verizon store to start my own plan after getting off of my dad’s. Jarrett Gaddis took extremely good care of me and handled a very stressful situation perfectly. I purchased a new iPhone 11pro and put the account under my name. My last name has an apostrophe so when we were doing everything, the apostrophe was messing everything up. After like 2 hours we finally got it figured out and he handled that situation like a BOSS. If you are looking for a personable rep to take care of you, ask for Jarrett at this location!

The store in Speedway by far, exceeded my expectations! The store was immaculate, well merchandised and there was only a short wait. I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member. Once waited upon (I needed to add a line for work purposes), Nathan, the manager was super helpful! He even gave me advice on an upcoming trip to Vietnam! I highly recommend this location - conveniently located off of 465 on Crawfordsville Rd. If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable staff - this is your place to go!!

The store appeared to be very neat and tidy and the manager was very articulate when speaking of plans and the devices I was deciding between. Best spot to scoop up a new phone or just straight up get some help. Make sure you ask for Chad Prather. He’s a great salesperson that only cares about making sure you’re taken care of and not the sale. He will analyze your account/plan and make sure you’re getting the best bang for your buck.

Phone was stolen a few months back, my parents were out of the country and my name is on my mothers account. They worked with me and helped coach me on how to get a new phone as easily as possible. THEN...left my phone on the trunk of a car a week ago and it flew off on 465. Found it, took it in asking for a new screen quote and dude looked at the account said I had insurance and didn't try to sell me a thing, was really nice. Asurion, the company Verizon uses to do all insurance jazz was also extremely quick with my new phone. Placed the claim at 4pm on Wednesday, the phone arrived at my office at 9:30am Thursday. A very welcomed surprise on the speed.
