After a horrible experience at the Verizon in Costco (Castleton) I went to this location the next morning and had an amazing experience. John went above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past. Got what I wanted and made it easy. Also if they don't have what you want they can order it very easily for you. I will not go to any other Verizon location from now on. Great store and people in it. Thanks again for your time and assistance today John

I went in with a very complicated problem that this retailer shouldn’t have been able to help me with. But Joey, my sales agent, went so far out of his way to fix a mistake the corporate offices made that I was very impressed and grateful for the time and effort he put into fixing my problem. My recommendation is use this particular retailer and never buy over the phone or use the corporate retailers. My experience with them is a nightmare. This place stands behind their service and it’s a different standard than corporate Verizon has.

I came barging in 5 minutes before close this past Saturday evening (5/29/2021) desperately needing a new phone before going to the Indy 500 early the next morning. My battery was shot and would not have lasted more than two hours in an environment with that many people. I often coordinate our group meet up at the track so badly needed a phone immediately. John (I think??), from Buffalo, and another gentleman whose name is lost to me (but I picked up he's originally from Kentucky), were amazing. They stayed an hour past closing making sure I got my phone switched over. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent customer service. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

My phone went on the fritz and when I went into the store, John was a huge help. When I left the store, John gave me his number to reach out in case of any issues setting up my phone. My new phone wasn’t activating correctly, and he was super patient and accommodating in getting the phone to work. I’m pretty sure the store was about to close but he still stayed on the line with me until we were sure everything worked correctly and I had service. Made the stressful situation much easier! The store location is convenient for easy in and out accessibly. I was greeted by friendly sales staff. My salesperson was knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. I felt comfortable throughout the process of inquiry and purchasing of the product. I've gone to this store several times and always gone away satisfied. This time, I was waiting for service. About 11ish, a young man arrived for work. It turned out his name was Dre. He spoke and said he would be with me shortly as soon as he finished his rounds. Once completed, I explained to him the problems I was having with my bluetube, not being able to transfer from my phone to my car speakers and some problems with playing my music through my speakers. Dre and I went out to my car, and he worked until he resolved the problem. I drove my son back and forth to the CTCA in Illinois, listening to his choice of music through the speakers, not realizing that his phone was the cause for the problem I was having. My son passed away on August 30th. The entire time I was with Dre, he carried himself in a courteous and professional way. He had the best personality, respectful and nice. Beautiful smile. What I will not forget is his nannerism, something young people just don't have anymore. He treated me with the utmost respect as though I was his mother. Thank you, young man.

I am a 64 year old special education teacher. I saw where Verizon had a special the month of April for teachers and nurses. I contacted Allen Syx to help me out on what was the best deal for my family and I. He spent a lot of time looking over our existing account and then gave me very sound advice on what I should and should not do. He was very patient (had a lot of questions) and very informative through the whole process. When we did make our decisions on what types of phones we wanted....we received them the very next day. He offered to help me set them up and said he would be there in the future if we had any needs/questions/concerns. I highly recommend Allen for any phone (services) needs you may have.

My husband and I were extremely surprised and delighted by the high level of customer service we received at Cellular Sales. I certainly didn't anticipate ever taking the time to write a lengthy 5-star review of a cell retailer, but these guys went so above and beyond for us, I had to share my experience. We had been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and were really not looking forward to going down the rabbit hole of changing cell phone companies. It always feels so confusing and misleading. We first went to another wireless carrier store and left feeling rushed and shocked by the price. We found Cellular Sales nearby, and we are SO glad we didn't check them out on Yelp first. Our experience there was thankfully nothing like some of these other reviews, and I'm thinking Cellular Sales has made some big changes for the better since many of these reviews were written. Our primary sales rep was Lamar, and he and another employee took so much time to answer our questions, go through all of our options, help us find the best possible phone deals, and match us with the perfect promotions. We'd been anticipating a significant jump in our bill as we'd been grandfathered in at T-Mobile for well over a decade, but we ended up with 3 new iPhones for only $27 more per month. Once we pay our phones off, it'll only be $8 more per month than what we were paying at T-Mobile (with significantly better coverage). We were shocked! It was all great until we had to have our phones ported out from T-Mobile. We ran into a major issue with this that was 100% on T-Mobile's end. Very long story short, Lamar stayed HOURS after his shift was supposed to be over, (apparently missing a family gathering) because he was determined not to leave until the issue was resolved. It was obviously not how any of us wanted to spend our Saturday evening, but he had such a positive attitude about everything, and in the end, T-Mobile was finally able to resolve the issue and our phones were activated within minutes. Even though this issue was in no way, shape, or form the fault of Cellular Sales, they offered us a $60 wireless charger for our troubles. My husband and I are brand new to Indianapolis, and we are confident that we will continue to be customers here. Thanks again, guys! You were both fantastic!

Cory Mitchell was absolutely amazing. He helped me get the phone I needed while putting me at ease about such a large purchase. He explained everything fully to me (I'm not very tech savvy) gave me all of my options and really went the extra mile to help me understand everything I needed to know about buying my new phone . He also helped put together a customized package for me with all of the accessories I needed but didn't know WHAT I needed, saving me hours of time trying to figure out what kind of case, cords chargers etc. I would need. He even went out of his way to get my phone from another location when it wasn't in stock at the store. I will definitely be a long time customer and plan to come back to Cory when I need to upgrade and to get my kids a new phone.

I needed someone to set up my new phone that I just purchased and picked up at Verizon in Castleton (82d street). They said they don't set up phones there anymore and gave me a phone number to call when I got home and that person would tell me what to do over the phone. So, I stopped in at Verizon on Keystone Avenue. Sales Agent, Mr. Trey Davis was so kind to get my phone set up, transferring info from my old phone to my new one and explained things to help me understand. I really appreciate his kindness, patience and understanding! Thank you!

I was given the option to trade in my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7at no cost. Yippee. It should have been a very simple process online, but I kept running into problems. After hours on the phone, I gave up and decided to visit the store. I had great service. When my phone arrived, I again should have had a very simple online experience to send my old phone back. But same thing happened. I visited the store again and I could not be more happy with Cory M.'s patience and help. I was at the store an hour total. I suppose I could have been frustrated, but it was the on phone support that was taking so long. Little did I know that Cory should have left, his hours being up. But he stayed an additional 45 minutes to make sure the process was done, and done right. Very pleased with the service and will make this my regular Verizon.

The staff at this store has saved me twice when I've had a phone die. Once they did their absolute best to recover information. The second time they moved a SIM card for me into an older phone until I could get the screen on the one I just damaged replaced. They've always been helpful and I appreciate their assistance!!

I actually feel bad for not leaving a review earlier. Pardon my spelling but Braden I believe, one of the managers has time and time again gone above and beyond for myself and my family. I usually go into Verizon frustrated because of an issue... But now I just go see Braden lol... I already know it'll be taken care of quickly and he's a fun to be around. Truly has changed my experience w Verizon . Everyone in the store has been helpful but I usually don't go in unless he's there. Again I should have written this a year plus earlier so that others knew what store will take care of them. Good group of guys I won't be going to any other Verizon store for as long as I can help it. If you look at my other reviews of places I'm a harsh critic so this is refreshing even for me!!!

We added my fiance to my single line plan and ended up getting such great deals, we saved a ton of money, my fiance was able to get a brand new phone, and I could get myself an iPad. Hello A couple of weeks ago, I thought I submitted a manuscript re the wonder service I received from Allen at the Verizon store on keystone ave. Unfortunately it didn’t go through so I am writing again. More briefly, my iPhone completely died and I did not know my password to get started loading a new phone. Other stores had told me I would have to go to the Apple store to access it. This, of course happened when we were in lockdown so I couldn’t get there even if I wanted to. Allen declared he would get past all of that and after performing several tricks he amazingly did. Since I am very tech challenged, he took the time to get me set me up. No service like that before. Lots of patience!! In addition to all that, he was able to get me some deals to set me up with an IPAD and also get me going with that. Don’t remember that I have ever received a “deal” from Verizon!! So, in short, Allen is a great representative for Verizon and his customer service is wonderful. I am a nurse and therefore an essential employee. I depend a lot on my phone. I came in, in a panic and I left a very happy customer!!

If you want an awesome sales person definitely go to Todd! He is the greatest and knows his stuff. He is very personable. And not too sore on the eyes either. Haha but forreal he is the only person I go to for any Verizon needs. Not only did he get me up and running on my new phone he later checked in with me to make sure everything was running smoothly. Allen and his team took the time to explain the functions of my new Samsung galaxy note 10+. After being a long time apple user and trading in my iPhone 10 and apple watch series 4, He made making the switch easy. Being in sales I always expect to " be sold " when making a large purchase. But Allen took his time and was a great source of information for me and made sure everything was covered for my trade ins and new phone. Will definitely come back just for him and would recommend anyone else the same.

Well first off, it's a cellphone retailer...not a Verizon. Looks like one but it's not. That being said, I will be coming here for anything that I don't need to go to a corporate location for. Chris was outstanding. He helped me tremendously when I was having issues with Verizon. He even called them himself trying to work it out. Went in to add my fiancé to my account and get new phones, I’ve 5 hours later, I walked out! Now that wasn’t their fault, we hadn’t backed up our phones in over a year, but thanks to them we will make sure to never make that mistake again! Any way, Randy was our sales associate and he was great!!! Very patient with me as I sat at his desk for 5+ hours waiting for our phones to back up and then load to our new phones. He was able to answer all of our questions - which were a lot. The only thing this store needs is better WiFi!!!!

Best Verizon experience ever. Truthfully, I've had some bad experiences with sales reps at Verizon stores, although I've stuck with the company for years. Usually, they quote the literature but don't seem to have a broad understanding of the scope of products and plans offered. I am not a techie, so I want to be able to go into the store and say, "this is my situation, what are my best options?", and have the sales rep figure it out. This time it happened. Nicki Rehling is professional, knowledgeable and competent. I left with two devices and some accessories, not at all what I expected to buy, but they suit my needs perfectly. Her colleagues seemed helpful as well, and the store is well run. I am a very happy customer.

I️ went to this location last week to get my new iPhone. For whatever reason, the phone was taking absolutely forever to setup (on the phone, not at the fault of the person assisting me). This process took over 3 hours. Trae was the rep assisting me. Through This process - he was easy to work with, apologetic about the process that he had no control over, and kept up steady conversation through the lengthy transaction. He could have easily told me it would take a while to backup and bootup all of my data onto my new phone and walked away to help the next person but instead sat and worked with me. As someone who is in sales, I️ appreciate good customer service and not being treated just like another number walking through the door. This location usually rotates new employees every time I️ walk in but Trae is someone I’d specifically request to service me if I️ need something else. Highly recommend.

There are two Verizon authorized CELLULARSALES stores near me. I have been well served at both, but today was an outstanding example of good service. My wife and I were trying to switch over her prepaid Trac phone into my prepaid Verizon account. Turns out that's not super easy. Our Wireless Consultant, Allen Syx, tried to help until we got to a part of the process that he thought someone at the Verizon company was better suited to solve than he was. Allen didn't give up, though. As I sat there on an incredibly long hold Allen kept searching for a solution. I eventually got a human on the phone (not an easy feat) but before she was able to research out the situation and tell me she couldn't figure out a solution, Allen has already solved the problem of how to accomplish what we needed. We're waiting on Trac Phone now, but Allen could have just suggested we go home and deal with Verizon. His commitment to customer service, however, was outstanding. I definitely recommend seeing Allen Syx at this Verizon store.

This was after we visited the corporate Verizon store on 86th by the Wholefoods. THAT experience was not awesome. The guy that helped us was very pushy and kept trying to get us to do the bogus "Edge" plan. We wouldn't listen to us the multiple times we said no. We walked out almost in tears. The Keystone store was the exact opposite. Aaron really listened to exactly what we wanted and didn't even mention the edge plan after we told him about our experience at the other store. On Sunday, October 29th, 2017 I went to The Verizon Wireless store on Binford and 75th to potentially trade-in my phone and get another, newer phone. I had the great opportunity to work with Tim Hatfield and he walked me through the trade-in/exchange process. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options to help me make a "value-added" decision. The phone I chose was not available in the Binford location so I had to go to a different store to get the phone. I was referred to the N. Keystone location to get my phone and get help with the set-up process. When I got to Keystone Ave location I worked with Morgan Thornton and she was great to work with. She explained everything and helped me work through setting up my new phone and made sure I completely understood all of the information about the phone. She also made sure I had each of my questions answered completely before I left. I feel the service provided went above and beyond and I appreciate great service.
