This is one of those little hole in the wall places that you try, and find out it really good! Not 100% the best area, but it’s not a bad one. I had broken my iPhone 11’s screen and not only did they have great prices, their repair timing was AMAZING!! I’ve never had my screen fixed so quickly. It also came with a free screen protector that they apply for you. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend.

First time customer at this store today and it was so worth it. I needed the screen replaced in my daughter's phone and every place in town I called wanted the cost of a new phone until I found J-Mobile. They fixed it for way cheaper and it was super affordable. Because they had the screen in stock, it was fixed in under an hour! The customer service from these guys is exceptional. They have gained a solid customer with me. Thanks for all your help. Walking into J-Mobile I thought they were just a small business that fixed phones. I had a phone that everything was broke(kids did it)🙄 But they greeted me with like they knew me and had me leaving with so much insurance that I had no worry. Update: I went back to J-Mobile and picked up an iPhone 7 in great shape for less than what I was seeing them on market place. Customer service and pricing was awesome yet again. Previous visit: I would like to take a minute to give a shout out for my buddy John at J-Mobile! He was quick to respond to my questions and did not hesitate to fill me in with the tech talk. He really hooked me up with an Amazon Fire TV Box! I have to say that I look forward to doing electronics business with him and J-Mobile again in the future!!

My daughter shut her phone in the car door bc it was in her pocket she paid $550 of her own bday money she was so upset i went and called everywhere my friends said go to jmobile they have iphones cheaper dude said it would be cheaper to fix it i said can you guys? I went in for a screen replacement on my iPhone 6+ and after it was complete I wanted to reactivate my plan but I had to get a new number and SIM card. And for some odd reason my phone wouldn't read the sim and it would just say searching. So John said he would keep my phone and work on it to try to fix it and he even lent me a iPhone 6 until he gets it fixed. He swapped charge ports and nothing change, then had to swap the frame and finally I got it working. But he was very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary for him to do. He is more than fair on his pricing and he has excellent customer service. My business will be loyal to permanently, highly recommend coming here for all your phone/tablet needs.

Excellent service and prices! I Shattered my phone screen the week before Christmas and he was able to get me in right away to have it fixed. All done in just a little while, I was able to walk out with a new screen and phone working perfect that day. Lots of phones, cases and other merchandise to choose from. Great experience, very knowledgeable and more importantly honest. Walked in thinking I wanted an iPhone 6 or 6+ to replace my 5s that I shattered (yeah I know I’m way behind on the newest tech) but John explained to me why I should avoid the 6 and 6+ and offered some alternatives. Wound up with a 6S+ and the phone has been great, no issues. They threw in an otter box and tempered glass screen protector as well.

I went in the store to sell an iphone 5 about a 2 years ago, and the owner was there himself. At the time I didn't really want to sell, but I needed money for a bill. The owner was there and gave me the best price of ANYONE (I had been to several stores) of anyone in the city. If you're looking for an honest place with good products, run by honest people, then this your store. Great products, good people, excellent customer service!

I went in about a week ago for an iPhone 8+. Gerald is phenomenal to say the least. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. If he doesn’t know something he goes above and beyond to find out and explains everything on a basic level for the customer. I have been telling people and recommending this place since then and I sincerely hope they get more business because of it. Even talking with John over Facebook was great because he actually responds! Couldn’t be happier with my phone and with the service I received!

If you need to buy an iPhone or get one repair definitely come to J-Mobile Indy. They are so wonderful and always with me to help me find the iPhone I need. I drive 2 hours to come them each time I need another iPhone or to get my phone repaired. Jordan is an 11 year old iPhone jr. repair technician and he is amazing at figure out what is wrong with the phone and taking them time to repair it and make sure it’s done right. I have been buying phones from Them since the iPhone 4 came out and have never have any issues and they give a warranty also.They also work with you on the price and don’t over charge. They are very decent people and so polite and patient. They also sell and repair iPhones , androids, LGs, y the also sell UNLOCKED phone.So if you need a phone come see John and Jordan and They will hook you up. It’s the only place I will ever go for a phone agin. They are seriously the best.

I dropped and shattered the screen of my old SE. The guys were not only able to replace it, but they did it super fast. I called them a little after 5, drove to the shop, got my phone fixed and was out of there by 5:45. Also—I called and got a voice mail they called back in less than 5 minutes. This place is amazing, I’ve bought and sold many phones with them over the years. Always a fair deal when selling and some of the best prices when buying. I continue to come back and tell everyone I know to come here. Been a long time customer, glad they have a new location that is able to grow with them. It’s nice to have someone you can trust when buying and selling. No hassle, don’t have to worry about meeting up with some random person and hope everything goes well in a random parking lot. I shattered my iPhone screen so I went in to see what could be done about it. When I showed them the damage the guy said "piece of cake". I was able to get my screen fixed with a brand new one for cheaper than what Apple quoted, and best of all it took 15 minutes. Super cool guy and great service!

I've known this guy for around 12 years, from my church. Ive trusted him for a long time, but I just recently started getting my phones from him. It took me awhile to realize what a good deal they had on phones. Whenever the larger carriers begin to roll in the price of the phones into my service I decided it was not worth it. I really like the service I received from J-Mobile today (3/03/18). I went there with a Samsung Galaxy s8 that I brought off Facebook Market place that was black listed. Needless to say I got burned by this scum bag on Facebook. They let me trade that device and a little cash for a new Samsung Galaxy S8 with a clean IEMI. I actually was not going buy one from there at first, because I checked the price before I went to go get pizza and I didn't really have the funds to buy the phone right out. I when to Little Caesars Pizza next door got a pizza. As I was walking back across the parking lot to go back to my truck, the guy came out of J-Mobile and said he had a deal for me and needless to say, it was an offer that I couldn't refuse. I'm very happy with my new phone and I will be doing business with @ J-Mobile again. Thank you J.

Anybody sick of there phone service, are you paying to much a month? Come on down to J-Mobile and get on metro PCS $60 a month for unlimited 4G LTE network even have net-10, come grab a firestick forget spending money on the movie theater I mean 2 tickets that's $20 popcorn and drinks that's another $25 so that's $45 u spent just to watch a 2 hr movie one time when you can get a firestick and watch it as many times as you want highly recommend it great owner will do what ever he can to help ya out
