This place really saved my bacon. I have a bit of an older iPhone, so I had some trouble finding a place that could repair the screen. I tried UbreakIfix and Indy CPR cell phone repair, and even though their websites said they serviced my model of phone, when I got to each of them they said they didn’t have parts or no longer worked on such an old model. Indy cellular 4 less was my last hope, and sure enough they had me covered. When I walked in and explained my issue, the very helpful woman at the front said it was no problem, and seemed surprised that I had trouble at these other places. She said they could have the work done within the hour for a very reasonable price. The technician, Zach, had it done in half that time, and even changed the battery for me! He also threw in a screen protector and walked me through everything of note he found with the phone. Incredibly helpful. I had a great experience here and I will be back.

Absolutely amazing cellular wizardry these lots host. I had issue porting my number from simple mobile to boost that took over 6 days with no success and in 3 hours I had SUCCESS and restored access to critical icloud data due to shear skill and dedication to customer satisfaction. These guys were absolutely amazing. Brian and his team actually knew more about my phone and network than my carrier did. I strongly recommend that you do not buy a used phone online, and instead buy from these guys. The phones I ordered online were reported lost or stolen, and could not be activated. Indy Cellular gave me a much better product, and helped me through the whole process. STRONGLY recommend.

I have two teenage boys so you can imagine how awesome it is to find a store that not only can repair cell phones, but also sells amazing cell phones for less. They repaired my son's Samsung Galaxy S10+ with Samsung brand screen and frame. It looks brand new and they were less expensive than other cell phone repair services in the area. I highly recommend checking them out the next time you need a new phone, or need a phone repair.

My iPhone 11 battery was draining noticeably faster than when it was new. I’ve never had a battery replaced in an iPhone, I usually just ordered a new one. I reached out to Indy Cellular 4Less for a free quote, in less than a minute I was texting with the store discussing price (which is very reasonable) and how long it would take. My phone was done in less than an hour. There’s a bar right behind the Indy Cellular 4Less where you can go have beers, and actually talk to people without your phone for 45 minutes, and have 3 beers, and your phone will be good as new by the time you settle your tab. Looking forward to my next battery swap!!

Yep this place is great, I was visiting Indy from Montreal,Canada and found this place from yellow pages. Good customer services and good quality phones. End up buying two phones and one when I return back to Canada and had it shipped to Canada. I have to say the ONLY PROBLEM they have is the fact that he close at 7pm had to go two times after work and end up reach few minutes after 7pm :( already closed. Hey Brain open a bit later man and stay until 8pm, with the traffic on the 82nd there is no way to leave work and be able to catch the store open. specially for the people who are in Indy for few days only (like myself)

The guys who work here are super smart, my daughter had been searching for an iPhone 7plus, we had looked everywhere, and the tough part it needed to be compatible with Straight Talk. The service rep helped us find what we needed, and the phone was $100 less than everything we had found online or in other stores! Feel Good Story: Bought a phone from a local pawnshop and came in to get T-Mobile service but found out it had been reported stolen. The place looked nice. There were two guys in the store helping customers and they were taking a long time. There were other customers sitting on chairs against the wall and I didn't know if they were in line or what was going on exactly. Neither of the guys acknowledged that I was there. After waiting what seems like 10 minutes I got up and walked out. Nobody tried to stop me. Very frustrating! I ended up going to a Castleton Mall kiosk and found what I was looking for.

She was the only one who stepped forward and I do appreciate it. Transaction was smooth, shipping was prompt and service was just over the top, what more can you ask for. I Googled "Used Phones Indianapolis" and these guys showed up everywhere and looked like a safe bet. The shop was very clean and the 3 employees were over the top helpful and full of insight. I went in looking for an iPhone but after hearing the pros and cons from the 3 of them (1 iPhone user and 2 Android users) I decided I was going to take the plunge and get the Note 4. Wow I am so impressed with the android operating system which I would of never even thought of trying if I had not stumbled upon this place. They didn’t try to push the most expensive phone on me after hearing my needs they suggested last years model saying me about $180, thanks! You can tell these guys care as there was about 9 customers in the shop while I was in there and I would say ½ the customers just had questions or needed help with a tech questions and they spent as much time with them as the paying customers. The owner of the shop gave me $20 off the Note 3 and a discount on a glass shield when I mentioned I had saw a coupon online (hint hint). Thanks guys for converting me to Android!

Indy Cellular 4 Less is a great business. My wife and I switched from our regular Verizon phones WITHOUT data to refurbished iPhone 4's with Smart Mobile's unlimited talk, text, AND DATA and we're now paying over $30 less per month without a contract. Sure, we forked up about $550 for the iPhones but we'll save more than that in two years plus we now have data. Kent was a great salesperson and he helped me several times with questions and problems. My wife's phone did have a problem (the home button would not click) and they honored their 30-day guarantee even after the 30 days since I had told them about the problem early on (before it got bad). The whole experience is not the usual, but it sure beats paying ridiculous monthly costs with Verizon for "free" phones. I'll never pay for a contract again and I'll always bring my business and questions to Kent and Brian.

It's a coo place and sometimes you can get a good deal I just don't like when you go to sell a phone they look at every little knick and take money off the price but they got tons of knicked and scratched up phones in the case that they want crazy amounts of money for but all in all a coo place the own seems like he always kinda in a rush when he talks the lady is really nice but never the less of you need a used phone or something to get you buy until your upgrade give em a shot ............ sometimes you can be wrong about a place the owner bryant seen my review and reached out to me about my concerns and a lot of places don't do that. That means a lot to a customer to know that a busines cares about your opinion. I'm going to continue to shop there because I know the owners cares about its customers. I went to Indy Cellular 4Less yesterday after I was referred by a family friend, and my local Sprint store. They insisted I would save money, and get the best customer service experience possible, and they were right. I needed to upgrade my phone and jump in to the 20th century, and my son being a typical teenage boy went to basketball practice and lost his phone. The day before I went to our local Sprint store and they told me to upgrade my phone I would have to sign a two year contract plus pay extra for a data plan, and I would have to pay 340 dollars to replace my sons phone! They told me I needed to go to Indy Cellular 4Less in Castleton and they could help me. So when I went there yesterday I was very impressed with the store the second I walked in. The store was busy, neat, clean, and was filled with cellphones. There were two gentleman working, and I spoke with the owner (Brian) and he was a god send. He was not only knowledgeable about all the phone carriers, and all the phones, but was caring about my situation and promised me he would help me save money.He bought my phone and gave me credit towards the new one, got my son a new phone, and even gave us car chargers, and cases at a discounted rate!! I was so relieved I walked out of there only paying 206 dollars for two smartphones, 2 car chargers, 2 cases, and wonderful experience!! I also have a father who is 80 and needs a phone for emergencies, and I called up to the store today and spoke with a gentleman named Kent, and he guided me through what I would need for my father and what the best plan was! Now I can sleep easy knowing my father has a phone for emergencies! Please do NOT make the mistake of going somewhere else! I will never go anywhere else for my cellphone needs. I am going to tell everyone I know about Indy Cellular 4Less, and so should you!!

Life Saver! My Phone was stolen while in Indianapolis and instanly Found These guys on Google after a quick search. They Got me in a refurbished iphone for a great price, activated it, somehow got my contacts and pictures back all in about 10 minutes! These guys really went the extra mile when they walked me through reporting my stolen phone and remote wiping my information off it. Being in a strange city and having your phone stolen is not something I wish on anyone but if you find yourself in this situation these guys will save the day.

Indy Cellular 4 Less has made the cell phone business simpler, cheaper, and more convenient. I found I was able to browse over 300 cell phones. I do not know any other place were you can see and test so many different models.
