Hi. I highly recommend this place. A week or so ago my wife’s old iPhone 6 Plus was dead. It would not come on at all. We hadn’t used it in about 6 months, since I got her a new phone for Christmas. Anyway, I took the phone in and Foo pleasantly greeted me. She asked me a few questions, thought it was probably the battery and informed me she would probably have it fixed in about 45 minutes. I told her I was going to Costco to do some shopping. She called me in about 30 minutes to tell me it was fixed and she had it on charge. She then told me the best techniques for charging a new battery. Let it charge to 100% then use it until the power was less than 20%. Then charge it to 100%. Then I didn’t need to think about it any more. She charged me $40 plus tax. The bottom line, Foo was awesome, great service, and a great deal. I will be going back again.

Took my iPhone 5c to have my charging port fixed, phone would only charge with 1 charger and I lost that charger so I had no choice but to have the port replaced. Customer service was GREAT! It took about 2 hours to be fixed but the wait was definitely worth it because the phone works perfectly now. What I really loved was the price, other places charge 80+!!! They did it for 40! Couldn't pass that up. I definitely recommend their services for your phone fixing necessities.

I set up an appointment today to get what I thought was an issue with my charging port fixed. When I got there they immediately just pulled out some fuzz from the port and it was fine. They easily could have charged me the quoted price to fix this but they did it for free. I would definitely use this place again for any needs with my cell phone and would recommend it to anyone who has an issue with their phone. Great customer service. Thanks!

Cellular Necessities was fantastic! My iPhone began charging (or lack thereof) last week very erratically. I was convinced that the repair port was broken and needed replaced. After debating on attempting to repair myself or have someone else, I went with the latter. I searched for places in the Castleton area and I chose to contact Cellular Necessities based on the number of positive reviews. I called and spoke with Jenny, who was absolutely amazing. She was polite, informative, and just very nice to speak with. I advised of the problem and she gave me a direct cost for what it would be. I said I would be in the Castleton mall over the weekend and would give them a call before I headed in. Saturday I called and spoke with Paul (the owner) and he stated that I could stop by whenever and we would diagnose my phone. I stopped in, told him the problem and he promptly handed my phone to the technician behind the counter (I apologize for not remembering his name) and stated that 9/10 times there is just buildup of junk in the charging port. Within 3 minutes they had cleaned out my phone charging area (which out came an embarrassingly amount of dust and lint) and I was on my way free of charge. I would have gladly paid Cellular Necessities, but they refused to take my money for what they said was a simple task. I appreciate that mindset, as I believe very few businesses would do that now. If I EVER have anymore phone problems in the future, I will without a doubt, go see Paul and Jenny at Cellular Necessities.

I had an iPhone 4s with a shattered screen and needed to get it repaired quickly. I contacted them and Paul responded shortly after I sent in my request through their website and gave me the best time for me to bring in my phone for repair. I dropped the phone off and it was repaired within 45 minutes and works perfectly. I would highly recommend Cellular Necessities if you need to have your iPhone repaired quickly.

These guys are the best! I was trying to fix a broken screen myself but couldn't get it figured out. I brought my phone in and they were able to get it taken care of in 20 minutes! Everyone was very professional and super friendly! They even ran me through the post repair before putting it all back together to make sure everything was working perfectly. I'd give them 10 stars but Google only lets me do 5 :)

Thought I needed a new ear speaker for my iPhone 6+, and asked for a new one. It ended up just needing cleaned. Very nice and honest people that could have charged me $30 for a new speaker instead they just cleaned it free of charge. If I ever have issue will for sure go back.

Today it happened. After over 2 years, I dropped my phone and shattered my screen. Not a one line crack, this was the spiderweb shatter. I found this place via a search by location. The staff was very friendly and they were able to fix my screen in under an hour SAME DAY. I had some other shopping to do, so it was perfect! I HIGHLY recommend this place if you need a screen repaired!

I've used CN on two separate occasions. On my second visit, they replaced my iPhone 5s screen. I tried everything out, took my receipt, and went home. Within a couple of days, I experienced issues. After a week or so, I narrowed the problem down to my touch screen. I took my receipt and phone back to them and described the issue. Without hesitation, they said "Let's replace the screen and see if that helps." An hour later were finished and it worked! No hidden fees, no defensiveness. Just a good company standing behind their work. THANK YOU!

You can not beat this place! I will NEVER shop anywhere else! Their quality is top-notch. When my wife dropped her iPhone 4s, we went to ask them for the name of a good repair shop. Paul the owner informed me they could repair her phone and did so while we shopped!! The repair was fast, flawless, and CHEAP! I was expecting to pay at least $30 more!! I have been a loyal customer of this company for almost 15 years (Ever since Dawn sold me my first light-up battery for my old Nokia. You know.. The one with snake haha) and I couldn't be happier! I took my IPhone 6s Plus..to a different cellular company to fix my screen and remove my charge plug that was stuck. That company provided me with poor customer service and wanted to charge me an exuberant amount to half fix my device. But I came to Cellular Necessities in Castleton and received grade a a customer service.My device was fixed and screen was replaced at a fraction of the competion's price. The staff was very personable and profesional.I thank them for saving my cellular device. Amazing business people.

A bad experienced turned into a great experience. My phone's screen was badly cracked. There was an attempt to repair the phone that didn't work. Apple Store would not service a "modified" phone. A cracked screen isn't under warrantee unless you buy a plan, which I hadn't. I wasn't looking for any warrantee from Apple's repair as long as they fixed the phone. I was turned down cold. Frustrated, I researched the internet and found Cellular Necessities. They took a look at my phone. I'm sure they found it amusing that there was an attempt to repair it. Without hesitation, they were more than happy to replace the screen assembly. They said it may take about 1.5 hours, and only took them 30 minutes. Very good job, very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a phone repair. I'm still a bit confused why Apply would turn away business like this, but I guess that's why good companies like this one exist. Job well done!!

I just got back from there. My wife's Iphone 4 stopped working last night. It would turn on and reboot but nothing else. You couldn't swipe or anything, it just said searching. I took it to Cellular Necessities and they disconnected and reconnected the battery. It started working again! They cleaned under the home button as well. The phone has had water damage before we owned it so it was likely related to that. The phone is working fine now as it had the past 8 months. Best of all-no charge! I was visiting from California. My 5c has had 3 new screens. All three did not last -- cracked in my back pocket, was coming up on the edges and cracked and was totally defective! Found CN on a google search....they were FANTASTIC! They diagnosed my phone, replaced the screen and adjusted the microphone. They did it FAST and at a GOOD price...after my bad experiences in CA, I might think about flying to Indy if my tablet or computer screens need fixing...LOL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My son dropped my iphone in the driveway and the screen got cracked .We went to the mall and they have a little store that sells accessories and fixes phones.They 've fixed my phone while we were shopping and I received a nice discount on some accessories so my phone is now protected . They gave me a 90 day warranty on the repair which is great!

I I took my iPad in that wouldn't power up. The Apple Store wouldn't even look at it. Their tech tried several different options to get it going but couldn't bring it back. When I went to pick it up they didn't charge me a dime. I even tried to give them a tip for trying to work on it but they wouldn't accept it. I will defiantly go back.
