I’m really happy with experience with this phone repair shop. I had my iPhone repaired somewhere else and they said it has battery issue. However when I asked this shop to look what’s the issue- they said there was no issue. It was just assembling issue which might have done due to last time repair service. I’m happy now my phone is working fine. I would recommend anyone to go with any kind of phone issues. He is the right person to contact.

Very great and fast service!! I took my S21 ultra in last hopes because my phone kept giving me notifications just about every minute of the day that it couldn't read my sim card. I had previously taken it to another location to get the back screen replaced since I dropped it and it shatterd the back but 2 days later it wasn't reading my sim card. I then took it to ubreakifix and they had it for a week giving me the runaround and finally mentioned that they weren't able fix the issue so I then looked up other phone repair places near me and came across XG and seen all the great reviews and decided to give him a shot and I must say I'm one happy customer! He fixed my phone in less than 24hours. I will be going to him for all future phone issues I have! Thank you!

Just came in on 8/4/22 and I promise you my phone was done for, and would be impossible to fix. The screen was gone, just didn’t work no more. He fixed it in a very short amount of time. Sam always does an amazing job with any request that is given to him. I have come to XG Cell Phone Repair multiple times with broken screens, and he has fixed it every time with no issues and in less than 2 hours. One time, I brought my mac book in with water damage to the keyboard; I knew that it was going to be a difficult fix, but he ordered the parts needed and repaired it back to normal. He is always very friendly and is very skilled at what he does. I will not take any damaged electronics anywhere else and I will always recommend this place to others! Had a broken screen with a bad LCD on my S22 Ultra. Found this place on Google maps and decided to give them a shot. I have to say, I love this place. Dropped off my phone at about 4pm today and they got it all fixed in about 3 hours. A+++ for service and communication. Price is just right.

Positives: Excellent service, fast results (few hours), very professional Negatives: A bit expensive I needed the back glass replaced on my OnePlus 9 5g phone asap, and came in as soon as the store opened. The gentleman was professional, friendly, and very efficient. Within 4 hours, my back glass was replaced and I was on my way. Although it cost a bit more than I expected, my specific phone is more niche, so I can see why it costs a bit more. I'd happily recommend XG cell phone repair!

I'm SUPER HAPPY I trusted the reviews and took my phone here for repair. Listen: The storefront won't impress you. Frankly it's really unappealing. If it wasn't for the reviews here I might have walked out and gone elsewhere, but I can't ignore the volume and the quality of reviews. So today I needed to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed, and the job Sam did from my initial phone call to get information all the way to the repair itself was phenomenal. He was done in 15 minutes, with a new screen (not just glass), at LITERALLY half the price that the Simply Mac "apple authorized" store was going to charge. I trust their lifetime warranty on the parts they replace. Thanks Sam! I'll recommend you to anyone needing help in the future. A GENERAL NOTE ABOUT BROKEN PHONE SCREEN REPAIR: if your screen is broken, test all the features (touch tracking on the entire screen, test both front and rear camera, flashlight, phone calls, speaker, etc - I was pleased Sam did those things before taking the phone back to work on it) - always verify with the tech what is/isn't working first. I have friends in other places who didn't find out until after they repaired their screen that there was more than just the screen that was broken.

Highly recommended!! I didn’t get the worker’s name unfortunately, but he was very efficient & swift with my iPhone X battery replacement. He stated it would be an hour, however my phone was ready in less than 15 mins. He even showed me some other issues with the phone that I wasn’t aware of. Unlike most cell phone repairing companies, these guys invest a lot of time testing to see if your phone’s screen is defective or comparable with your phone. I highly recommend this place! Sam is an excellent customer service professional and technician! He works diligently to provide good information and the best service around! I brought in my 2 - 3 year old mobile phone when my carrier would do nothing for me but try to sell me a new one. Sam here at XG talked about the factors relating to the issue and checked out the phone for free. He set good expectations when he needed to order a replacement part, promising to charge me only if the repair was successful. Ultimately, he exceeded expectations by completing the job earlier than expected! The phone works wonderfully now, and Sam earned every dollar he charged me. It worked out to be far cheaper than to buy a replacement would have been. At the conclusion of the service, he was very helpful in giving reasonable expectations on the remaining life of my phone and recommendations of manufacturers I can consider when it is time to replace it. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in the area with a problem with their mobile device!

I had my Samsung Note 8 repaired. It needed new glass on the front and back and something else with the display also had to be repaired but Sam fixed it all in one day. We were having dinner with friends and couldn't get there before they closed. Sam told us to stop by on our way home. We were able to pick it up an hour after they were supposed to be closed. The price was reasonable. I'm very happy with the work and my phone looks like new. I will definitely use them again if I need a phone fixed.

All I can say is WOW! Got a quote over the phone to repair my charge port which became really loose and the charging cable would just fall out. The phone just wouldn't charge at all. Because of past experiences with cell phone repair, I was afraid it would take long to get it fixed, especially since my phone is a bit rare in the U.S. When I took it in, the attendant even mentioned that it may be a bit difficult to source parts for it. But after a brief inspection, he told me to return in about 1hr. I came back and the price stayed the same as the quote and my phone was fixed. My cell phone is how I make a living and I believe the price was reasonable. I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with the speed and quality of work. WOW!

Great service, my new go-to for phone repair. Every other shop in the area wanted over $200 sight unseen for glass repair on my Note8 citing the need for a new LCD. Only this guy would entertain a glass only fix, he checked it out to confirm the LCD was ok and it's perfect now. Also he gave me a great deal on the chance it wouldn't be same-day service... it was done in 4 hours.

The guy was very helpful and well versed in the iPhone warranties, T-Mobile insurances, and overall care of phone. I came in with no appointment and they saw me immediately and my phone was fixed within an hour for a great price. Apple said they couldn't fix the issue without replacing the whole phone with a new refurbished phone for $300+. Definitely recommend this place if you have any damage or issues with your phone. I had a severely damaged Note 10 that I needed information transferred from and Sam & Ali were able to do that without any problems. The charging port was damaged & couldn't be fixed but they charged the old phone enough for me to transfer my data. We had to bring my iPhone 6s in to be repaired Easter, of all days, because it broke the night before. Unfortunately, it was in such bad condition, Sam told us it was only a matter of time until it stops working altogether, despite having maybe a few days-or weeks-of functionality. He suggested we not pay for any repairs to the phone and instead use the repair money toward investing in a new one. Thank goodness for Sam’s honesty and fantastic work ethic, or we would’ve dropped $80 on a repair and have to spend another $150 on a new phone a couple weeks later! Would definitely recommend 100%

A bit pricey to replace a battery, that I already purchased from Amazon, in my Nexus 6p. I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself, so I decided it's best have a cell phone repair specialist handle the battery install. They did a phenomenal and flawless work. When I picked up my phone, they said if I have any problems with my phone, just bring it back to them. Nice to see a business focused on quality work. So the price for the repair is acceptable for the service they give.

This place is DEFINITELY worth the drive!

These guys do outstanding work on repairing cell phones, and at an extremely reasonable price. They have repaired my wife's S6 on two occasions, replacing the battery, camera, camera lens, and back glass cover, making it essentially like a new phone. This cell phone repair shop is the best in the Houston / Katy area. There work is always done with the consumer in mind. I have yet to find a repair shop to beat there prices. I have sent friends and family. I broke my old lg g2 they twice fixed with best price. Later broke my LG g3 they recommend the gorilla glass as a future price saving option rather than the cheap screen. I later purchased Moto z2 force there price beat everywhere for screen repair. Last time I took phone in it just went black I had over $8000 worth work info in phone. The shop thought maybe this time was the last time phone was going to break but insisted on trying !! Two hours later phone was repaired... Can you believe he only charged me $50 . Don't waste your money going anywhere else. Get the price and the advise here!!

I realized while I was driving back from out of town that when I dropped my samsung NOTE4 (yes NOTE4) the outer lens protection had shattered. I saw that my camera was now blurry when activated for pics, I hoped no dust had gotten on the lens and this could be fixed. I did a quick search thinking maybe I can find someone to fix it while driving back in town on my way home, I was still 60 miles from houston. After 2 calls to other companies with good reviews in katy I tried XG Cell. The owner answered my questions, seemed knowledgeable in what might be the issue and said he could probably fix it with parts he likely had in his store if no dust or elements had gotten it dirty. After my hour drive in I found this quaint off the beaten path store in a small strip center north of I10&N.Westgreen Blvd. The initial prognosis was not great but he said he would try to fix it and at least dust off dirt and put in a new protector for about $30. He needed an hour of time but I waited outside because I had now where to be. After about 35 mins he came out with a new protector but it was still blurry due to dirt getting in on my lens. Oh well he tried. BUT the kicker, he wouldn't charge me. I was dumbfounded in what a nice gesture that was. All because I was on my way home and the fix was not possible. Please give this man your business! Honest, knowledgeable, and great customer service deserves our patronage and at least a chance to earn your business. I'll be back!!

If I could give this guy six stars, done. Period. This review could have just as easily one star, but because somebody still recognizes how a business should be run (and if you ask me, life in general) should be conducted, six stars. I called the night before, after finding them online, and their price was substantially less than everywhere else I looked for my i7. Granted, it was OEM, but don't kid yourself, that'll do for almost all of us if the vendor is reputable. I was told it was OEM (no bait and switch after a promise), and they even offered to let me bring it in same night. I would have, but couldn't so I asked when they opened. Noon, and they would have me out in 20-30. Sold...I get there at 11:45 to handle business. 11:58, no one has arrived to open. I call one of the two numbers on the Closed Sign, and the owner and I chat. His compadre has no-showed, and he can't get a hold of him, as I learn when he calls me back. I drove halfway across town, and made good on my promise to give him my business, and no go. However, the owner (Than or Tham, I believe - forgive me if I got it wrong) told me he was making his way to the store, and that he would compensate me for my lost time. Fair enough, I'm already there so I killed time for 20-25 and came back to him opening. After a short talk with him about the repair, and some nice talk with another customer, I left him to it. He actually came out to my truck to tell me he was finished, and true to his word, he worked some magic in about 20 minutes or so. He took the time to apologize and explain, and then cleared the bill off the docket. I insisted on paying something, but he stands on strong policy. It was an irregular situation that caused the store opening delay, and that's fair understandable - he could have easily just stood on that and said whatever, and yes, **it happens. Yet, he also recognized that it was still his responsibility as an biz owner to realize when the customer has a legit issue, and he said that this is what they do when this situation arises. There was no yelling, no demands - we talked, he offered, I accepted. The work was excellent, the service was genuine and kind, and I'm sold. This is the kind of business that deserves support, and I will do my damndest to spend money there whenever necessary.
