My daughter had a cracked phone screen late in the afternoon and we stopped in at 6pm thinking we’d drop it off and pick it up the next day. Nope. The screen was repaired in less than 20 minutes and works great. All at a reasonable price.

When I called to get a quote regarding the device I needed to have fixed I explained to the technician that the LCD did not appear to be damaged, but due to the extent of the damage to the glass there may be a component that is damaged. I received quotes for glass replacement and glass and LCD replacement. When the device was dropped off, it was restated that the LCD may be damaged. The technician noticed the damage to a component of the LCD but did not replace it. If there was known damage to the LCD, and a different service was required, we should have been made aware so that the device could be properly repaired, would have happily paid the extra $. However, due to the lack of communication and an improperly repaired device I will not bring any devices to this business to be repaired in the future.

Went here becuase I had a broken screen for my s22 ultra and within 3 hours it was repaired as new. As soon as my phone was ready the guys just gave me a call on my work phone to pick it up. Fantastic place for fixing Samsung phones. Have all the equipment needed to fix even the tricky Fold 4 inner screen protector. The team there really know their stuff. Can not recommend highly enough. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

I haven’t used third party electronic repairs before, but Best Buy was useless since they’re the same as Apple. They wanted me to replace my whole Apple Watch, but I just needed the screen to be glued back on. uBreakiFix was ACTUALLY helpful on short notice and fixed my watch in an hour! I left the country the next day so I needed it fixed.

Great customer service. They explain the issues with your phone. If they discover anything else while working on it they will call before proceeding and review the cost. No charge if you decide to back out of repair if you think it’s too expensive. I thought my screen repair was reasonable. They matched their online price which was a lot lower than in store without argument. Bernard was very helpful as was his coworkers. I highly recommend their service. Update. Screen replacement just over a year old and stopped working. Phone like new and never dropped. Took it in and only option was to replace it full cost. Disappointing.

Great service! I got my battery replaced on my phone. I knew I needed to get the charging port replaced. I took my phone back the following week and they said the motherboard was bad and replacing the charging port wouldn’t fix the problem. They didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and they refunded me for the battery replacement from the previous week. Wow!! Did not expect that!!

Had to bring in my phone to have a cracked screen repaired. I had forgotten to check my insurance status before coming in, but Lucas was very patient and helpful as I set up the warranty replacement through my carrier while I was in the lobby. The repair itself was faster than expected and my phone looked as good as new when Lucas gave it back to me. He even said that the waterproof rating was maintained after the screen replacement. Can't recommend this place and Lucas enough - thank you for the quick service and the hospitality!

My iPhone 7 had the SIM card tray o-ring broken. Apple Store charges me $6 to replace the entire tray even my phone is still with in warranty as the tray is not covered by warranty. Ubreakifix installed a new oring for me for free within 5min after my walkin inquery. Fantastic and nice guys there. 100% recommended.

I recently damaged the power button to my laptop (on the side). I heard good things about this place from friends and was not disappointed. I spoke to Joshua and he assisted with the check-in process (e.g. damage description, etc.). This went by smoothly and quickly. I was informed it would take 1-2 days for the free diagnostic. I heard back the next morning and Kevin told me that he was able to fix the button into place at no cost. He answered all my questions. The employees are courteous, helpful and efficient. Phone wasn't charging, said they would take a free diagnosis. They called me back the next day, said it needed a part to repair it and that it would take 3-5 days to arrive. I was leaving town and that timeline didn't work, so I took the phone back. But lo and behold, when I plugged it in it charged again! They didn't charge me, I don't think they did anything to it but their magic hands cured it. A+++ work would bring back

I highly recommend this business. Something was wrong with the lightning cable port on my iPhone. I could not get the lightning cable plug to attach at all, so I could not charge my phone (except with a wireless charger). I took the phone to this place and just dropped in without calling first. Because right now they have exclusively curbside service, I just called from my car outside the store when I arrived. They answered the phone immediately, and came out to my car, and quoted me a price to replace the lightning port on the phone. However, the technician said that he wanted to first examine the phone more closely inside the store where he could shine a light in it, clean it and see if that would solve the problem. He took the phone and a few minutes later he was back at the car with my phone. He told me that what looked like a piece of uncooked rice had lodged itself sideways in the port, not visible from the outside, and was blocking the lightning cable from plugging all the way in. He removed it, the cable plugged in and the phone charged just fine. Problem solved. He refused to charge me. That is just wonderful customer service! Obviously, when I have a problem again, I will go back to U Break I Fix, and I will recommend it to my family and friends. What a great experience. I am so glad to have discovered this business here in our neighborhood.

Honesty I'm floored by how great their customer service is. I had a minor miscommunication with them originally that resulted in me being upset, but rather than writing me off like most places would, they reached out immediately and helped fix it an get me back up and running. If you need your screen protector replaces for your Z flip 3 or Z fold 3 this is the place to go. They replaced the one for my Z flip 3 and it looks just as good as the one that came with the device.

Really enjoyed my experience with the team here. I brought my iPad in as the sound stopped working, turned out it was a small fix that just required a soft reset, and they technicians explained it all to me over the phone. They didn't charge me for the service either since no work was required! Super honest, communication is strong, and they know what they're doing. I'd recommend them for all my Apple and Samsung product fixes.

Gentlemen who helped me was very prompt, professional and friendly in applying liquid glass on phone screen. Serious about generally accepted social distancing and PPE protocol. Somehow received a 10% discount...not sure why. 7/31/2021 Update. Had an issue with the liquid glass applied to my phone 9 months ago. Went and talked with Roy, owner, and he gave me a full refund and fixed the issue that was an honest mistake that the technician made earlier. Great customer service.

I had broken the metal part of the power charger off in the charge port of my computer and it was completely stuck. I had tried for hours to get this out with zero luck. So, I went to the store. The employees there were named Lucas and Joel I believe. They went to the back room, and somehow popped it out within minutes. They were straight forward and professional about costs if they couldn't pop it out before hand. I felt they were the few that actually weren't trying to rip me off like a used car salesman at most computer "fix it" places. Have a problem I'd check it out before the nerd herd at Best Buy.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Even though the screen had to be ordered, it arrived the next day and only took 1 1/2 at most to repair it. They also have a liquid screen protector that looks exactly like your screen. I cannot tell that anything is on my screen and they repair for $20 if the screen cracks.

I brought my Harmony remote to see if they could unscrew the tiny screws that had become stripped. They ended up taking it and attempting to drill the screw out as a last resort, but the results weren't as perfect as they wanted them to be. I was more than happy, though, and was very appreciative of the work they put in. However, because they weren't fully happy with the results, they didn't charge me a penny, even when I tried to pay them for the work they put in. Joel was very pleasant and knowledgable when I walked in the door. Knew exactly what needed to be done to my phone... and let me tell you, I thought I was going to need a brand new phone. The screen section had separated from the back piece hanging on by the inside ribbons. They were able to put it back together looking and working like new. Friendly staff and very helpful. Hector checking me out recommended ways to upgrade my warranty. Definitely better than using some little kiosk in the mall where they don't know what they're doing!! I got my charging port and Camera replaced by the location on Kirby. Everything was great until the phone started restarting and heating up when bumped. The battery would drain fast and it was very inconvenient when calls dropped due to the restart. I took the phone back and explained to the manager what had happened. He changed my screen at no cost, after experiencing the issue, and the phone is working like new again! I would not have expected this type of service anywhere else. Great Job guys!

One of things I worried about 4 years ago when I transitioned to android is the lack of an "Apple Store" equivalent. Well, yesterday I broke the screen of my samsung phone. Went to the samsung website which recommended this chain of stores. I was skeptical at first, but the ease of dropping off, same day fix, and professionalism by the store was overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend. Also, much better than my wife's experience with apple stores more recently which require appointments and driving to a crowded mall or shopping center.

Very good experience. Thorough check up of my phone before taking it in to make sure camera and fingerprint scanner worked on my Pixel XL, and only screen was broken. Quick fix time and such a relief in a time of stress after Hurricane Harvey. Everyone was courteous and they were willing to hold on to a screen for me. Unfortunately, the first screen they gave me *was* damaged but the damage was not obvious at first. I brought my phone back in and thry fixed it up, no questions asked. I had a screen on my iPhone that had been replaced by another small shop that was giving me issues. After 3 tries with another shop using cheap screens, I was fed up. I searched based on reviews and I found Ubreakifix by my house. I showed up to the Kirby Location of Ubreakifix at 6 o'clock, they confirmed that they had the replacement screen in stock and said they would have the new screen in and tested before 7, which was when they closed for the evening. I came by a few minutes before closing, they had tested the phone and all was working perfectly. They used OEM parts and the finished product was very proper. The warranty and assurance that the screen would be properly installed was really a good feeling. I was ready to buy a new phone, but for $150+tax I can easily get a few more years out of my phone. I'll do business with them again and I'm glad they were there to fix my issues. Joel and Hector were very helpful.

After spending hours looking for a reasonably priced place to repair my phone, which I dropped in the toilet, I found this place. They did a good job repairing it but they took longer than they had originally told me. They said it would take about an hour and 30 minutes, it ended up taking them the whole day. I was told this at 12 pm and they never called back so I went to the store to see what happened and they said they needed to keep it longer because it wasnt ready yet. I needed to leave town and needed it there and now so I took it. Paid 130 and they told me that the speakers weren't fixed so they didn't work and I wasnt going to hear anything. In the end it turned out fine everything works.

I was having cable connection problems with my 3-year-old iPhone 6, so I called uBreakiFix on Kirby and they said they might be able to look at it that day. When I got there, Travis (the guy) I'd talked to on the phone asked if he could take it in back to try something. I heard an extended hiss of compressed air and Travis came back, saying that he'd blown "an incredible amount" of lint out of the connection port and asked me to try the phone. I plugged it in to my car audio to test it and found the problem was completely gone! I went back in to pay, but was told it was on the house.
