I took my Chromebook there because it crashed. I was quoted $60. I picked it up the next day and was told an explanation by the tech that it came back on and all my files didn't have to be erased! I was charged $0. Honesty here is why I am writing this review. I could have easily been charged $60 anyway. I will remember this place for any future repair needs!
