They did not try to force anything on me but tried to find what was best for me and my situation. They had a pleasant demeanor and wonderful customer service experience. I would definitely come back with any future questions I may have. They walked me through resisting and backing up my iPhone prior to setting up the new one and even tried to get me the best possible deals/discounts available. They were wonderful help!

Best service was definitely given here. I came in with a phone shattered to pieces because of a terrible drop. Everywhere I went quoted me an outrageous price as well as some places that said it wasn’t fixable. I found this place and they fixed my phone the same day and made it look brand new also has a lot of variety of phone cases. The girls helped me find a nice protective case. Definitely will be coming back for phone repairs & accessories!!

I popped in on Saturday June 8, 2019... and I really took my time looking at the stock ... and chose three.. that I liked.. The gal..was so patient with me.. as I am a Senior Aged Woman.. and did not rush me as I played with my three choices. .. and when I did say this one.. she was great, at setting it up for me.. and by this time the store was busy.. but those of us who were there.. were served and had the tech issues worked on.. This gal can go from one task to the next seamlessly!.. BTW I love the phone I finally chose.. No Issues at all... BTW... this was not my first time visiting this Phone Store... I popped in months before to view what she had to sell.. Great Selection here.. if your looking for New or Gently Used.. and a case for you phone or a SIM card. or Bling. .this place has it all !

I could send you all proof and pictures of how I got Ripped off. Good reviews Are fake, They sell phones as "NEW" but they're NOT. I bought a Galax s9 plus and The box is from another phone(different numbers). It's missing original items, replaced by fake ones...I tried to register the "new" phone they sold me only to find out it's been already registered. I GOT A USED PHONE INSTEAD!! WHAT A RIPP OFF!! You know what you did!!! Beware of this RATS!! Do not trust them!! I RECOMMEND Anyone to go to Harwin street there is plenty of honest phone businesses .. actually there's where R&R sources unlocks and repairs. which are ALOT CHEAPER don't let this rats fool you.
