Alii is an amazing worker. I was there a couple of weeks ago, after my cat had swatted my phone off my lap. Told him that my left side of the phone had stop working ever since. And that my charger port wasn’t working either, but that I wasn’t to worried about the charger. Just the screen. After 45mins. I got my phone back and realized that I was having technical difficulties. The whole screen would work, but soon froze while I was sending a email to my boss. I brought it back to Alii, twice that day. He made it up by fixing my charger import for free! If there’s anything I appreciate more in society is, a good honest worker. And I could get why the screen would freeze. Apple product has certain coding for there screens and how things work. (iphone, Ipad etc.) Crazy. Cut to 3 Weeks, rn. My phone died yesterday night and after charging it. The touch screen had stopped working. Brought it back to Alii, told him I was having an issue, and that I was (Adrian) a few weeks ago. Reminded him I was the guy that gave a $10 off discount for the first time, when I asked for his help. He informed me that Apple software often go out especially with older products, like iPhone 11 and the 9. I understood what he meant by that. People that know how the industry works know why. Anyways, got my phone fixed same day, took about 20 mins. Working great. Alii fixed it for free “no problem” he said. and that it’s under Warranty as well. Amazing worker, again. He’s got good work ethic. The phone may glitch out sometimes, if you leave your phone inside a charging station inside of a car. (I’m not sure why) I recommend using a wire charger while you’re in a vehicle, but at home a charging station that you can use to lay it on works fine.

Bought a Samsung galaxy s10 plus on the 20th. The lady (the receipt says Zainab) and she not only provided excellent service setting my phone up, she also threw in a screen protector and face mask. My little sister cracked her screen (Galaxy J3) while visiting me and I didn't want to send her home with a broken phone. I called a few phone repair shops and EK was $25 cheaper than other shops and they had the screen in stock. They quoted an hour for repair, but had it done in half that amount of time. My go to repair shop for about last five years. They've always been great at helping me determine what may be the best course of action for me personally depending upon my device and options. For example is it worth replacing the screen on an older phone that I'm only keeping as a backup or advising me if I want to repair the charging port it may lead to additional problems on this particular model because it's attached to the motherboard, etc. I trust these individuals based upon my interactions particularly as they have been very honest in all transactions and provide excellent quality of workmanship.

Wonderful place! Was inquiring about unlocking my husband and my phone. She asked our provider and was truthful that our phones may be already unlocked. She checked for FREE!!! Our phones were already unlocked. Any other place would've charged us $100 dollars or more per phone but she was a woman of God and said that would be stealing. We could've been easily taken advantage of. I will say, any future things we need from a third party phone vendor we will for sure be going here due to the moral business practices. i bought a phone from a different store and they told me it was unlocked.i needed t-mobile service on that phone and as i was driving by the hill-croft area i saw their store the lady greeted me well i told her that i would like to get a t-mobile line with it since my phone was an at&t phone she asked me if it is unlock i told her yes i bought it unlocked she insisted on checking it and my phone was not unlocked i was shocked and betrayed at the same time she told me that she can unlock it but it would be better to take the phone where i have bought it from since they told me that the phone was unlocked so i took the phone there they completely refused to help me and when i asked for the refunds they said they don't do refunds.what could i do i had paid cash for the phone i took the phone back to ek wireless center they really helped me they unlocked it and they hooked me up with t-mobile plan also. i wish i knew them before i highly suggest you guys to come and check them out. they got a customer for life.

Zulily let me down, but EK and their parrots saved the day! Super service , super friendly, and the parrots are a big plus (greeting us when we entered the shop) . I ordered a refurbished and unlocked iPhone 7 for ~ $300.00 from Zulily over a month ago. They still hadn't delivered by the day prior to my travel back to Africa. After finding EK on the net late Friday, and reading the reviews I ran down there Saturday morning thinking they could hook me up with a new phone to replace my iPhone 5 with a swollen battery, you could see inside the phone, and a broken Home Key. I though it was "toast", completely un-fixable. NOt only did they say they could fix it which astounded me, they did it quickly and at a very fair price. They fixed the phone, replaced the battery, and set me up a virtual Home button to replace the one on the handset-- I din't ask for that they just did it without waiting for me and they made sure I could operate the phone using the soft button . Very professional and considerate. way more customer centric than the Apple store. ( all for 1/5th the cost of the Zulily phone). I thought the iPhone 5 was un-usable-- and now I'm travelling back with a functional iPhone for about $60 USD-- or the price of 4 drinks in Lagos. The pricing was very fair. The shop was clean and uncluttered. The service was faster than promised. it was easy to find. We will be back for our next phone. ( we have 7 phones on 2 plans today from ATT and Verizon. ). Wish I had found them before I ordered from Zulily. One thing... as smart as those parrots are... I don't believe they are the actual technicians.... but who knows .... they worked magic for me.

Well after trying to get my Galacy s7 Edge unlocked by the provider it was serviced by, my defeated self had two options, gamble my chances online by buying some "key code" that not only would take 4-6 days to get to me, but it also had questionable angry reviews from a year ago. My second option was to drive 25mins to this shop to get my phone unlocked. Im really glad I did come. The family who runs the shop are pretty cool and even helped me get a temporary phone protector at a cheap price. Id recommend it. And unlike other places ive gone to before where they tell me "not to update my phone", I was able to update the whole phone and apps. And it only took them two hours . I will likely go again for anything problems that may occur. Or to buy some perfume. They also have a large collection of perfumes. Like. Wow.
