This place is the best I personally am horrible with phones, and have cracked my screen more times then I’d like to admit. But they always got a great price always way faster than they say and parts in stock. They’ve also done me some solid favors such as a few days ago it rained and my screen got wetter then I should have let it and I thought It was toast but when I brought it up expecting to buy a new screen but he opened my phone and got it dry and back to perfect at no charge. My phone got ran over by a car and shattered. The front was completely destroyed and it wasn’t too expensive either. It got fixed in less than 30 minutes and my phone is back to normal. I will definitely go back again if I have any more problems.

I had taken my iPhone Xs to the Apple store because my iPhone would not power up for more than 30 seconds. The Genius Bar person ran her diagnostic test and told me the phone was shot and I needed a new phone. I left there and went straight to Dr Cell and he diagnosed that I needed a new battery only and he replaced it. My iPhone works perfectly now and he saved me $1095 for the new phone. Thank you Dr Cell!

They had my phone screen (that was DESTROYED beyond belief) very close to looking like new within less than 2 hours!! I am giving 4 stars only because I felt the cost for the new screen/repair was pretty high...but of course we pay these prices because we need our phones back ASAP! :) Excellent experience there. I broke my screen on my iPhone 7 for the first time ever! I had to get it fixed quickly. Dr. Cell Phone in the Woodlands was so fast, 20-25 minutes tops. Dr. Cell Phone was also $20-25 less than the other places close to my home in the same area. The technician was super nice too! I would recommend without hesitation.

I’ve visited this location several times over the past few years and have always had good service and proficient solution of our problems. My wife spilled wine on her laptop and we feared it was beyond repair. The laptop was resurrected, to our relief. The gentleman was even kind enough to wait 10 minutes after close for me to arrive, after I called asking him to, as I was stuck in traffic. We will be back!

Sure enough within an hour an a half they got the job done. My phone looks like new. They even hooked me up with some cool accessories... These highly specialized technicians know what they are doing... I highly recommend them!...

Update: Hugo- one of the managers called. He didn't question me about what happened- he just wanted to make the situation right. He also fixed an issue with my phone that I was having after replacing the screen. Over all it seems like this business wants to ensure customer satisfaction. Super sketchy- Friday afternoon I took my phone to get fixed (cracked screen). As soon as I picked it up I noticed a notable difference in the screen color. The guy behind the desk acted surprised. I figured it might have been weird lighting in their store. That night and Saturday morning I noticed keys sticking. I wasn't able to use the back space or the L button and the scrolling feature was delayed/had a mind of it's own. I called and the same guy answered the phone and said to bring it in. I couldn't bring it in until Sunday. So today I bring it in and ask him to try to fix it. He says he will try to fix it and to come back in an hour. I come back and he shows me damage to the right hand corner of the phone- that was not there before. If it was there- why did he say he would try to fix it vs. just telling me up front there was damage. He said it was behind the case- but I put my case back on it and you could see the noticeable damage. What the heck. I had to pay another $50 (a half price discount that he tried selling as them "working with me") to resurrect a problem that they started. So annoyed. $160 later my cracked screen is fixed but after the hassle and what feels like dishonesty I do not recommend this place.

I will always go to this location for repairs. Today was the third time I had been to Dr. Cell for different issues, cracked screen three times. I went to another chain store for the repair and was told they could not repair the broken plug that was stuck in my iPad. I took the iPad in to Dr. Cell and Julio pulled it out with no problem. I was sure that I would have to mail back to Apple. Thank you so much for great customer service!

Stopped in to get my screen fixed on my iphone 5s. This location had the best price in the area. I called in and verified that they had the equipment and availability to replace the screen and showed up at my leisure on a Sunday afternoon. This location is a tony kiosk in the middle of a plaza, so its easy to overlook, but worth the visit. I waited for the repair for about an hour. The result looks like original condition. I have heard stories of scraped screens and glue and trouble with the home key after screen replacement, but this is not the case at all. I would recommend this location over the kiosks in the mall any day- legit!

Okay so I took my son's phone to this place bc it wasn't charging. Soon as I got there the guy at the counter said I think I know what the problem is took it to the back came back and said "It's done." I asked him how much I owed him and he said "Nothing it just needed a good cleaning that's all." Any other place would of tried to rip me off or charged me for the trouble but not these guys they were so honest and awesome. The guy that helped me was Hugo but either him or Juan can help you. Unfortunately I have had several broken iPhone and iPad screens. But there is no person I trust more with my Apple screen issues than Hugo. Period. He has always been honest, reliable and dependable to get the job done right...by the time he said it would be complete. Today both Hugo and Juan were working - went out of their way to fix my phone on time and as economically as possible. A cracked phone sucks. But these guys can fix just about anything. I always tell them I hope to never see you again. Invariably something happens and I go to the only place that I trust.

I wanted to share a story. We purchased a Groupon for another place. Said place did something very sketchy. Went to Hugo here at Dr. Cell Phone in The Woodlands and 1) he did it cheaper than my Groupon cost, and 2) he was extremely professional and thorough. Moral of story: Just because Groupon backs it, does not mean it will be quality work. Hugo gave us a 90-day warranty and won us over with his customer service. 5 stars.

About 2 weeks ago my phone was dropped in the Comal river 😫 I went running to Hugo to fixed it and my phone was back up and running in no time. He is an asset to the company. I had the pleasure to pet his beard and I'm thinking of breaking my phone again just to see him again. He is certainly eye candy so I don't mind at all driving the 1 hour just to get my phone and hugo fix.

I have had a terrible experience at the mall with Cellairis who not only does not back up their work but produces terrible repairs--my ipad mini screen was incorrect;y fixed and literally came off.
