I went to Crackmend in the last couple of months to repair my phones. Mr. Vinny and his companion were extremely helpful and had reasonable prices. I will highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get their phones repaired. My phone is working extremely well and I have absolutely no complains. And I forgot to mentioned, they are located at a very convenient location in Houston, TX. I give this business a 5 stars.... They are a 10 out of 10!

Vinnie was amazing! I went to the Geek Squad at the Best Buy in the Galleria. A supposed “official” apple repair site; only they wanted to sell me a new phone. The best place in town for all your repair needs. Great communication and business is always done here. While I was in school this location was the foundation of my own repairing while I was in school before I moved back to Dallas. I would even send my fellow classmates there for business. Great service and affordable price. Replacing the screen wasn't a challenge for them but making sure my in-display fingerprint scanner work as well might have been one. Nevertheless they have done it after couple of tries and made sure it worked. After couple of days, my lcd screen n fingerprint scanner working the same way when you buy a new phone Im more than happy. Thank you guys for not giving up on my in-display fingerprint scanner.

I must say this place is amazing, as it relates to repairing tech products. They are very nice and really try to help save you money. Although I would have the phone that replacing the screen is expensive, their price was fair and still much lower than their competitors. I went several places, including my carrier and ended up going back to them. The only issue I had was that I was told an hour and a half, yet it took four and a half hours. That's the only reason to rate them 4 stars instead of 5. They have a lot of business. Please check them out. You will be happy with the results 😊

This morning my phone fell into the tub. The screen was completely black within seconds. After letting it sit in rice for my work day I decided to take it to this repair shop because of the ratings. I was quickly greeted and asked for my patience as Mr. Vinny finished with his previous customer. As soon as he was available he came to me and asked how he could help. I explained and he told me it would take him 10 minutes to diagnose if not fix my phone. I sat in my car for exactly 10 minutes before coming back inside. Soon after he handed me my phone as good as new. Vinny’s professionalism and expertise was a welcome surprise and I will definitely be returning to this store if I ever have any other issues with my devices.

My experience was great from start to finish. Mr. Nausif and Alim fixed my iPhone within less than 4 hours. My phone had internal damage and severe damage to the back glass. Not only did they change the housing of the phone, but they fixed the internal damage as well. Also, the price they charged to fix my issue is the best on this side of town! I broke the front and back screen of iPhone XS. They were able to fix it for a super good price, another competitor of theirs quoted me more than twice what crackmend charged me. They were super professional and I got my phone back the next day with a new screen protector to boot. Also, when I had my front screen fixed by their competitor, I was unable to use wireless charging because my screen would spazz out. Crack mend’s repair did not have this problem. They saved me from buying another phone which would have cost me more than twice the price.

The situation: My iPhone 8's screen had cracked and the phone itself had stopped turning on, so I took it into Crackmend. The person on shift said he would take a look at it and call me in an hour. At the time, it was around 4pm. Although I did not receive a call that day, my phone did end up getting fixed the day after, so I was overall pretty satisfied with the turnaround time. Both my phone's screen and the internal vibrator had been replaced, and it looked brand new. So at the time, I was happy with both the repair and the price. Unfortunately, a week has passed, and I've noticed that a chip has formed on my screen again. Not just the clear screen part but also the interior white part of my phone. I feel like this may be due to the quality of the new screen used in my repair. However, the bigger issue I have noticed is that outer frame of my iPhone has been been stretched from the white part of the phone. This was not an issue prior to the Crackmend repair. I assume that after replacing my screen and vibrator, the responsible person did not properly assemble my phone back together. I was really excited to try Crackmend because of the good reviews. The storekeeper was very nice, and the pricing/turnaround was good. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend.

The only small issue I just noticed is that my front facing camera is a little blurry/has trouble focusing, everything else works fine, though.

Edit - Told my phone screen could be replaced again under warranty since it had only been a week since it last got fixed! Good costumer service, as long as the problem is addressed properly all is well. Definintely recommend -- Giving Two Stars for the time being, had my A20 Screen cracked and not working and after seeing such great reviews I went whit my Grandfather to get it fixed. Day later, $90, had it returned with a brand new screen. I noticed it seemed like the device hadn't been shut properly but i didn't care much for it since I have a phone case meaning it wont be a bother, right? Week later, I put my phone down then pick i up, the screen glitches and falls off.. Plan on returning a day or so to see if I can get a replacement again..

Excellent, honest, and affordable phone repair shop! My Samsung S6 would not turn on even when put on a charger. I was worried and took the phone to the AT&T store whose plan I use on this phone. They looked at the phone and immediately declared that the phone was shot (and showed me the $1150 iPhone X to get). Dismayed, I thought of getting a second opinion. After some online research, the good review tool me to Carckmend. The owner looked at my phone and thought it was my battery that had gone bad. He asked me to take a seat and wait for 15 mins while he performed diagnostics. Within a few mins he informed me that nothing was wrong with my phone and that my charger was not working. All I needed was a new charger, not even a new battery. It was such a relief to see my phone screen come alive in his shop. After a few more mins, I excited the shop with a working phone, a new charger, and great relief. The owner was polite and honest. I highly recommend this shop! It is easy to miss on the road. Be on the right lane of Harwin after crossing Gessner going east. It shall be on the second parking lot on the right. I am a real customer and not a fake user.

I almost feel guilty for doubting their work because they did a fantastic job. I had a cracked iPad as well but the guy said that it would require more work and that he could only have it ready the following day and unfortunately I needed it done the same day hence got it done somewhere else ... to be transparent Crackmed did a better job on my cell than I received on my iPad. They are detail oriented hence they probably take a lil longer. I hope I do not have to go back 🙂 ... they did a good job and I recommend them.

Other than being mad at myself..I knew immediately i will be taking it to crackmend in the morning!. glass only repair,, thank you! they also have tons of cases .. and super inexpensive... don't be fooled by those 40$ 50$ cases at the cellphone stores and bb... these are the same thing. As I recall, it was 5 dollars or something .. protected the old note 5 for the rest of it's life.
