This guy is literally a miracle worker, and here's why. I'll try and make this brief. I had forgotten the pattern lock to my phones and tablets, I use the same pattern for all of my devices. I spent the entire weekend trying all different combinations of patterns to try and get back into my devices. Nothing worked. I tested several different apps and software. The only option they give you is to completely wipe all the data on your phone, I couldn't risk that. So I call the man that works here, the first call I made. He says to stop by his shop. I go in, and we chit-chat for a bit, and I decide to try one last pattern to see if I can unlock my phone, and IT WORKED! I started shaking because I was so happy. I figured I was going to have to lose all the data on all my devices because there was no other alternative. He told me to write down the pattern immediately, and I did. I've since changed the pattern. I thanked him over and over again. He was so nice and helpful, and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs cellphone repairs. Thank you again, kind friend. You saved me from a lot of trouble.

Of note, I was told over the phone that the screen replacement for my iPhone 7 Plus could be done the same day. Also took substantially (nearly double the amount of time) longer than the initial time estimate. Repair itself was merely adequate with the screen fitting well, but visible glue around the edges of the screen.

Most important thing is the screen works normal with no major issues. 95% works I doubt is my software problem too. Can’t tell you how happy I am, especially in 2017 Cellairis in Katy mall replaces my iPhoneSE screen for $50 and the iPhoneSE started acting on its own. That’s f—-ed up.
