Austin created an experience beyond my expectations. He immediately greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. My phones usb c charging port wasn't working so I needed a wireless charger. He asked to see my phone and then proceeded to immediately start working on it. He cleared out what had been over a years worth of dust in the charging port. While other placed the covers on and explained differences in types of covers for camera lenses on back of phone. All in all saved time in ordering, installing and googling plus a extended service warranty on damage to cover and glass. Good for Kupuna who don’t know how to protect their new smartphones.

She was amazing, didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, at the same time she was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell at Tricked out accessories. At the same time she still recommended other items that I wasn’t necessarily looking for which i thought was cool. I bought a power pack and a baby Yoda Pop socket, the battery pack is great my phone charged to 50 percent in no time it felt like, I also decided to put the baby yoda pop socket on the back of the battery pack, Definitely helps out while I’m skateboarding and moving around. She also also asked if I was local because they have this program where you basically are covered for 2 years on the battery packs and I’m pretty sure she said lifetime on other products. Been yeah at the end of the day it’s all about the service you get when you go somewhere so I would give her service a 10/10 local or visiting go check out tricked out accessories at their Waikiki location you won’t be disappointed - Insira

I went to the Apple Store in Ala Moana & Waikiki, they first store told me I had a software problem, second store told me I needed to buy a new phone and couldn't turn the phone on. A friend at work recommended I try tricked out Waikiki which is directly behind the Apple Store in Waikiki. I wasn't sure they even fixed phones as it kind of appears as a phone cover shop to me. I went in and spoke with Dylan and Deanna. They told me they would take a look and see what they could do. Dropped off the phone and I came back and it was on and charging. The price is great too! They gave me a new battery and said if it doesn't work come back there is a warranty. So totally totally pleased. They were so kind and fantastic. Definitely go here if you need your phone fixed and don't want to be ripped off by the Apple Store.

These guys/girls are awesome! We were on a two week vacation and my phone got water damage and was slowly deteriorating. All of my trip pictures were on my phone and I had no way of getting them off. The Apple Store basically told me I was out of luck and by the time I got to Tricked Out my screen was black and I was almost in tears. Long story short, about 5 hrs later my phone was fixed and my pictures were all in tact. I can't thank them enough!

Cannot complain about these guys. We took an old I-Pad 2 in for a screen repair and they accidentally broke the WiFi aerial. They tried to repair it but were unsuccessful. To cut a long story short they actually went to the Apple store and paid for a new I-Pad for us. We were happy to pay for part of the replacement costs but they insisted on paying the full amount. Seriously folks, these are good people who run a very responsible and ethical business. I have never reviewed anything before but have gone to the effort of reviewing these guys because they really nice to us and genuine in their desire to create a good result. I went here to get the screen of my iphone repaired. I was pleased to find out that these guys live up to their reputation. There have been times when I chose a business on the basis of their glowing online reviews only to be disappointed by the reality that I personally experienced. But not this time Harry & United were both friendly, helpful, & gave quality service and I would recommend them. One other note. Many phone stores & other stores I have been in blare loud music that makes it difficult to even think. Here at Tricked Out Accessories they had some soft music playing, but that was it. So if you appreciate peace and quiet like I do, that's another reason for going here.

We recently dropped an iPhone 6+ into the ocean and we thought it was gonna be dead. We had given up so much hope that we were gonna replace it at Apple but then we saw this store. In a short 1 hour the manager was able to fix the phone so it would work again even after Apple said it had no chance in recovery. This place worked a miracle and recovered the phone wonderfully.

Can I just say WOW!!!! Came in just for a regular old screen protector and was helped by a fantastic team!!! Risa and United made me feel comfortable right away, they weren't pushy like other places I've been to and had me laughing in a few mins!
