The charging port of my iPhone is in poor contact, the Apple store said it couldn't be repaired, They want me to buy a new phone. I found Tech Armor, great service, fixed my iPhone in 20 minutes, gave me a brand new screensaver for free, and gave me a discount for a high-quality charging cable. Matan was proficient & knowledgeable with my Samsung and actually able to diagnose & address the issue after T-Mobile messed with my phone for 2 hours then told me I would need to pay $160 for a tech to check & install a new screen. Best thing I ever did! Dropped off my iPhone with a shattered screen that was driving me crazy, had lunch at the food court, and when I came back an hour later it was like I had a brand new phone!!! I forgot how good a brand new iPhone screen looks ha. Totally worth it! 5 stars!! Absolutely would recommend!!!!

I didn’t a take a photo of what it looked like but it was kind of like a stand in front of a shop called jean warehouse. My phone got water inside the charger port and I couldn’t charge it. I asked them and they said they would do it less than 40-30 mins. I waited about half an hour and came back. My phone was done and it can charge. It was very quick and it only costs 120 dollars. Would recommend people to come when somethings wrong with their phone 👍

Very good place to get your phone repairs at a great cost here on island. Been coming and recommending this spot to people for years, they’re always really good at diagnosing the issue and fixing it right away. Definitely recommended. I dropped my phone in the ocean and it was completely broken. Apple didn't do sh....crap for me. I called around and places wanted to charge me 40 dollars just to take a look at it. Matan was the guy working the Tech Armor stand at the mall and he was fantastic. I took it to him and in 5 minutes he had opened the phone, tested the screen and the battery, and determined that the motherboard had been fried. He provided this service completely FREE! Great service and super friendly! Highly Recommended!!!

SUPER fast, super friendly, super convenient. They had the parts needed to fix my phone, told me the price up front, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything (though I did pick up a much better phone case!). I wandered Ala Moana Center for half hour or so and Justin was done by the time I came back. I will definitely go back to Tech Armor if I have phone problems in the future. (Though that case is hard core protection for my phone, no lie.

I went to their kiosk at the Ala Moana shopping center around 7:00pm/7:30pm to see if they could fix a heavily cracked display screen for my iPhone 7+ and they were able to fix it in less than 15 minutes! This isn’t my first time but I’ve always had great experiences! For this experience, I’ve accidentally dropped my iPhone into a bath water. I tried just letting it sit to dry out. Honestly, I wasn’t gonna expect anything to work because it submerged in water and I did nothing to get it fixed for maybe couple months. Well stopped by today , and brought my iPhone to them , they quoted me a very reasonable time and even accommodated me also a very reasonable price!! Very great and quick service ! My son’s phone was really messed up, due to an update the screen started to do it ‘s own thing. Took phone to tech armor Ala Moana and they looked at it for free to determine what was wrong ,they told us that the screen was messed up due to a swollen battery. They told us what they could do for us and what it would cost ,that’s really professional . The best part, it took 30 minutes and the phone is in perfect condition now. they’re so professional really understanding appreciated their great service . Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is having phone issues .

They were so helpful and so friendly! I have iPhone 8 Plus and a screw was loose in the vibrator, so every time someone texted or called me, my phone would make a really loud buzzer sound. So I happened to stop by and ask them for help and they fixed it in less than two minutes and I was on my way! If you’re looking for any type of phone repair and need someone you can trust to do the job well and not overcharge, they are the business for you!

This fellow is so quick on fixing the broken screen on daughter's phone Samsung Galaxy S9, I swear I wasn't there for more than 17 minutes! This unfortunately is the SECOND TIME I have been to Tech Armor, but it's covered under my Square Trade insurance and except for going into Town, it's easy to get to. Friendly service, very professional, and I'm a happy customer once again. Just a side note, I believe Square Trade has a listing for Tech Armor in Kapolei but that location is permanently closed. They are hoping to start up another on the Big Island, though with all this COVID19 Delta variant out there, it might be a while. Speaking of which, this is a kiosk on the Mauka side ground level, near Jeans warehouse, so it's not inside and therefore you shouldn't fear close contact exposure. But wear your mask anyway, don't be a dummy. Thank you for such great service.

I just got a new battery for my 6s plus and it was so fast they were waiting for me with my phone charging. I have two phones and this my first time for my second phone. These guys are real professional. I was able to get my iphone 11 fixed up in no time. When I recieved my iphone back the dat after, I was in shock by how well they done it. Only bad part was I had them charge me extra to put a tempered plate over my phone, but I could barely touch my screen with it. Gladly I was refunded, but I’d recommend Tech Armor any time! Great customer service! I emailed an inquiry on getting my Galaxy S4 volume button repaired, they replied right away with a quote. At first I thought the price was a bit high, but understood that it may involve a worst case scenario of replacing the button assembly. They took it apart and did some adjustments to the switch. Everything was back to normal! They refused to charge me for the repair citing that it was no big deal. Being grateful not having to spend a bunch of $$$, I paid them what I felt was a reasonable flat repair rate.

Excellent. Young man has skills !!! Totally cracked screen protector. Completely shattered screen itself. Had to use earphones to hear any phone calls. Young man refurbished phone with new glass screen protector. Changed out lower speaker and cleaned bottom audio grill. Money well spent every couple years to refurb phone to new condition. Took an old digital camera whose back screen had cracked in to the Tech Armour outfit at Ala Moana Center. They determined on the spot that they could get the back. I left the camera (over a weekend) and by Tuesday, it was done and working again. Unfortunately in my briefcase, the backing got compressed and stopped working. Again Tech Armour came to the rescue with a replacement back and no charge for the labor to install it, just the back. I am impressed with the quality and speed of service and the nice folks (Justin & the others, sorry I don't remember their names) who work there. While I was standing around waiting the second time, I noticed they give everybody thoughtful and courteous attention.

Their location is convenient. It’s a kiosk on the Mauka side, ground level Ala Moana. They were very professional and quick. I needed my kid’s x boxes fixed and they did a great job, even showing me a photo of some of the burned out parts they repaired. I would go to them again!

Kari Lorenz was awesome. My son somehow burned the USB cable and the port to my wife's iPhone 6. I was ready to upgrade her phone but what sucked was we were on vacation and my wife had photos and videos of our family that hadn't synced to her cloud. Justin fixed my Galaxy S9 Plus with the OEM screen within an hour. Very professional and flawless work. It also comes with a warranty for 90 days. I shopped around to fix cracked screen, called numerous places, and even visited one of the TCA Wireless stores but either they were out of stock or charged too much with longer wait times. I have an Iphone 8 Plus. Phone was constantly shutting off over a few days, could not hold a charge and soon after couldn't even turn on. I went to Apple and they pretty much ran a "diagnostic test" and said that they would not be able to replace my battery unless they could "guarantee" that my phone would turn back on. What BULL. My phone was paid off, short of telling me to just get a new phone. Provided me with options, trying to charge it with the newest charger since the volts were much higher. That didn't work, just heated the phone up more. Sending phone to mainland to some company who specializes in recovery of data, no guarantee's and bill by the hour and finally, find a third party who would be willing to change the battery. Mind you, I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER who was going to PAY for the replacement. NO THEY WILL NOT ATTEMPT. I couldn't go to Best Buy since they are contracted out with Apple and if Apple said no, they would not be allowed to assist either. Finally I searched the internet and found Tech Armor and THANK GOD that I did. The worker was kind enough to talk me through the process and did the replacement all within 30 minutes. He saved me, I had 11,000 photos and videos that I would've lost. Yes, i had Icloud but mine was full a long time ago and I kept saying I would back it up on my Mac and never did, HUGE LESSON LEARNED. NEVER GO TO APPLE. THEY SELL PRODUCTS. You need to find someone who REPAIRS for a living. Thank you so much Matan! You are the best!

TECH ARMOR! This company sure knows how to take care of it's customers! I brought my iPhone 6 in for repair a few weeks ago to the Pearlridge shop, I dropped it while getting out of my car and the screen shattered. I hit them up on yelp and got a quote. (They respond pretty fast too!) I came in, it took about 15 minutes for the repair to get done despite the guy having to take care of other customers too. The guy (justin) was super friendly and assured me that I was in good hands. I bought the tempered glass screen protector from them too since he suggested it. He said he'd give me a deal on it since I bought the tempered glass screen protector with the repair. He wasn't pushy about selling it to me, so I thought fair enough, I'll get it The total price was a bit more than I expected, but for how fast he got it done and how convenient it was, it seemed worth it..... And lo and behold not even couple weeks later I drove off with and left my phone on top of my car, it fell off and someone else ran over my phone with their car. As you can guess, my case was demolished, frame was bent and it looked like my screen cracked again. So I gave them a call again, I remembered them mentioning something about a warranty when I got it fixed. So the guy who answered the phone and told me to come in and they'd check it out for free and see what the damage was. I brought it in, and GUESS WHAT! He peeled off the tempered glass, and my screen underneath was like BRAND NEW! He did warn me about my frame being bent, so he went to work on it and bent my frame back into shape so my screen wouldn't pop out. I decided to buy another screen protector from these guys since it protected my phone so well, and cherry on top, you know what he tells me!? I get a 50% discount on my screen protector since I bought one previously and that he wouldn't even charge me for the labor for bending my frame back!! That's what I call customer service baby! CHEE! I definitely recommend Tech Armor to anybody with any issues with their iPhones! these guys are fast, and customer service is amazing! i wish i could give them 10 stars! These guys truly are life savers, my phone is my life! I need it almost 24/7 for work since I drive Uber. All I paid was $15 and Justin thanked me for coming back. Unbelievable top notch customer service. All I can say is thank you Justin! You da MAN! Much Mahalo's! I'm sending all my friends and people I know to you! Thanks again!

My Huawei Mate 9 started acting strange. I was worried that I would have to buy a new phone since it's a slightly older phone and doing a repair through Huawei would cost more than i would want to pay. I went to Tech Armor because they had great reviews. They checked my phone out and found corrosion in the USB port. The also opened my phone and checked the insides for loose connections. After they finished, my phone was back to normal. Best part was that it didn't cost very much at all. It was significantly cheaper than other alternatives. I would definitely recommend these guys for repairs and accessories.

I took my LG G5 phone in because I couldn't get it to turn on. Matan tried several different ways to get the on button to function. He informed me that these phones have had this problem. He spent a long time trying and didn't charge me. I had to get a new phone, but I needed to get my contacts off my old phone. I went back to Tech Armor at Ala Moana and a very helpful young woman was able to get my contacts and transfer them to my new phone within 5 minutes. Awesome!

I was a desperate tourist who had an LG Nexus 5X, that had acquired the infamous continual reboot screen. Kari and the team at Tech Armor kindly looked at it and diagnosed the problem for no cost (one a Sunday). Sadly they couldn't fix it, but their help and assistance was much appreciated and the good news is I will be able to get a refund for my phone from the supplier.

The Tech Armor kiosk afforded an opportunity for battery replacement and after observing the young woman working there I knew that she was highly competent. In 30 minutes, I had a new battery. This is a small business, that care about their customers. This is a small business that does great repairs with a smile. I had repairs done on my old IPOD, which was done in under a hour. I can't say enough about Tech Armor. Will I go back again for any repairs,YES. Do I recommend Tech Armor, YES. I don't believe I could have made a better choice for my IPOD repairs. We were on Maui and my nephew dropped his phone in the ocean. We met with Corinth who recommended we put the phone in rice and bring it back that evening. It turned out to be dead, but we really appreciated Corinth's professional assistance and also his knowledge of Hawaii which he shared with us while trying to resurrect the phone. Carrie at the kamakana location was super helpful and responsive. Me being a very impatient guy she dealt with everything with the little information I gave her. I had a battery leak that went through my phone and she repaired it like it was brand new. She cleaned out every rock and pebble that was lodged in my phone and took the time to clean and swab it. Wow. Tech Armor went above and beyond. I thought my iPhone4s battery was dead, paid for it, mailed it from Big Island to Hono. The day it arrived there they emailed me to say that they'd fixed it and put it back in the mail. When it arrived here, I thought it may be the wrong phone because it had a brand new small protective case and a new anti-glare screen coat on it (put on perfectly, too). More amazing, there was a note from one of the techs saying they diagnosed it and found it wasn't the battery, but that the charging jack receiver that was bad - so they replaced that at no charge! I'm sure that was more difficult to replace than a battery and I bet most companies would have emailed me saying it was something else so I'd have to pay more or ask them to send the phone back as it. Not Armor Tech, though, I was truly impressed. And happy to have my phone back fast. Thanks.
