My phone supposedly crashed! Lost contacts, texts and photos. I was heartbroken because there were baby photos and last photos of my mom. Verizon and Best Buy unable to help. MJ at Android Hawaii recovered all of it! If you thought great customer service was a thing of the past, think again. MJ was quick and efficient...explaining things to me...a technically challenged person. He went above and beyond! He is awesome!

Android Hawaii's "MJ" sprung into action the moment I explained the esoteric problem that nobody else could overcome (short of replacing the screen on my derelict and quickly fading Galaxy 5). With his equipment and skills I was able to move precious data from the G-5 to my new Samsung Note 10+ seamlessly. His customer skills are equal or better than his technical skills and the fee was very reasonable so my experience was 5+ stars. I strongly recommend this service provider.

Android Hawaii rocks! MJ and his team are wireless wizards! Fastest and friendliest services around. My wife's Samsung S20 had a broken screen which was unresponsive and we couldn't get into the phone at all. MJ was able to unlock the phone and complete an expedient data recovery on it. We are so thankful. Thanks MJ!

My experience was 100% satisfactory. I have been in the hospital for long stay.. phone died. And, getting out to get a phone was impossible. Ben, after hear my situation. Brought a variety of phones to me and completely saved my stay here in the hospital. Also swapped all my info from phone to phone... great s7edge, and quite a guy!

I love Android Hawaii they saved all of my pictures and my videos after I dropped my phone into the ocean. The guy who I spoke with snake name is MJ and he did a super job I got everything back the way it was in my phone is even working again most definitely worth the money that I paid to recover my memories because I did no backup. I was only in Hawaii for about a week, but this guy did the best he could to help troubleshoot my phone when I needed it working most! He didn't even charge me for coming in and having him take a look at it. He even sold me a battery at a loss to him!
