I fell into a pool and thought the worst for my phone when it wouldn't turn on or charge after 24 hours. I was able to get service nearly immediately after calling the store and talking to Mike and he told me that there is a small chance he'd be able to get the phone to turn on properly. I had a lot of important memories trapped in the phone so I took the chance, why wouldn't I? Mike, after only a few minutes, was able to open the phone up, remove the pieces and remove the corrosion caused by the water damage. It was a long shot but it worked. I'm so grateful this has made my whole week! Quick and very affordable device.

I went in to have the screen of my iPhone SE replaced and Al was extremely friendly and nice and he replaced my phone screen in about 15 minutes. It’s not often I go to a store to get something fixed and can say that I genuinely enjoyed the experience. Great service and genuinely kind and helpful people, and very reasonably priced too! I will be going to Wireless Xperts for all my phone-related needs from now on!

Where do i start with this store. The BEST in the Connecticut area! Hands Down! I've been a customer since they've first opened back in beginning of 2019. This is a second store to another location in Worcester MA. The owner Leo is so hands on and honest. Will let you know if you have a unlocked phone or not. he fixes phones and buys used phones. I've sold so many phones to this location,. if you're looking for a great buy sell trade this is the only place to come. I promise! Tell them I sent you :)

This place is literally the greatest!! You can get new phones for very reasonable prices as well as reliable phone service! You can even trade in different electronics and get your money’s worth!! The environment is great and most importantly the gentleman working there is very professional! I highly recommend this place!

Very nice staff. However, if the business is going to be closed, please indicate thru the website that the business would be closed that day. I've had 3 Amazon packages delivered to this Amazon hub with no indication that this business would be closed. When I called to explain this issue, the person was very nice to explain the situation. No need to explain to a customer what personal issues you may have had to be closed. A personal issue shouldn't be the reason why the store is closed, this is why more than 1 staff should be working just in case of situations that arise that is out of our control. Thank you

Micheal , the manager that works at the wireless Xperts in downtown Hartford , he’s a cool dude ! It’s all about respect and trust at the end of the day . I highly recommend going to him if you plan on getting a Samsung Galaxy or an iPhone at a reasonable price .

Great serivice!!! Seen an ad on Craigslist decided to stop by and get another iPhone 6 because my daughter lost mine. Went in they had about 3 or for of them for lowest price I could find. But decided to go with the XR brand new in the box for under $700. I couldn’t pass it up. Would recommended anyone looking for phones to check them out. Looks like they repair phones too. Thanks too the sales man I didn’t get his name but he’s a cool dude if I ended up trying to get another phone I will definitely go there first. Be careful though because sometimes the people they get the phones from aren’t on the up and up and if the phone is still in service with another company you will have problems getting picture messages doing group chats and things like that.
