Did my research online to compare to other repair companies. Appears to be in business a long time repairing iPhones, highest percentage of positive reviews, and replies to/follows up with most postings (even offering to rectify any issues that seemed to arise). Called and scheduled an appointment for the same day....cracked screen repair. Received a confirmation email within a minute or two. In and out in 15 minutes total; no need to make a second trip and return to pick up my phone. Paid by credit card. It's been almost a week since the repair (waited to review to be sure I had no problem) and it's like brand new. Would use again and recommend highly to anyone. Nice job!

Quick , and fairly priced Note: APPLE ONLY SELLS APPLE PARTS TO APPLE ! If u need a replacement screen(not replacement original screen) and done the same day. this place is definitely recommended. I do not know any other place in the city that will do it any faster or cheaper .

My iPhone screen protector glass was cracked for about a year and I finally decided I needed to replace it - it was only $5.13 - and he did a great job!!! So good I ran downstairs and got my husband’s iPhone so the screen protector glass could also be replaced! Thanks so much for your great service!

I cracked my phone badly yesterday and I was so mad at myself for being so clumsy. I was desperate to find a place that would offer to fix my iPhone XR at a more reasonable price. I looked up this place and I was a bit hesitant (even at the mall I was looking at tons of reviews nervous) and I noticed this was the only shop that had little to no complaints. The mall has tons of “it’s a scam” reviews but this place doesn’t have that. The man was professional, responsive, and kind. The phone took about 5-10 minutes to repair and when I got my phone back it was as if I bought it from Apple. It’s beautiful and new now! I’m so thankful that he fixed it. He was patient and responded to my texts and phone calls. I’ll be sharing this place with my girlfriends so they can fix their devices at fair prices too! Thank you so much ❤️ 𝒵𝒶𝒾𝓇𝑒

During quarantine I dropped my phone leaving the screen pretty smashed up, however the phone still worked perfectly. I couldn’t repair it due to nothing being open and as time went by the phone got worse, one day out of nowhere half the screen had grey bars across it. Then I dropped it again leaving me with black botches all over the screen. So I contacted Rapplecell and made an appointment for the next day. I dropped off my phone he told me 10 min! When I returned he handed my phone to me and I felt like it was a brand new phone again! And the price was more then fair! I will come back if and when I ever need my phone repaired. Would recommend him to anyone in need of iPhone repair. Thanks so much😀 I am a happy girl
