I've bought all my phones here and they have done all my phone, tablet, and laptop repairs, they are the only people I trust for my electronic device repairs, it is also a privately owned family business which I think it's very important to support. I have been a customer since 2012. You can pay phone bills here, they are familiar with selling international phone plans, and you can buy phone accessories also, they are also fluent in Vietnamese if you speak that language.
Ann ScottI dropped my iPhone 6 on the tile floor and the screen was smashed. I brought it in to get repaired at Experimac in Rocky Hill. The customer service was outstanding. They were able to fix my phone while I waited. The phone looks and works like brand new. The price to repair my phone was very reasonable...much less expensive than Staples. I would definitely do business with Experimac again!
