I had a very pleasant experience with Ubreakifix! I got my appointment scheduled through Verizon and missed the original appointment, but Ubreakifix was very willing to work with me on scheduling. When I brought in my phone, they did a quick diagnostic and then told me it would take up to 2 hours for repairs. Thankfully they overestimated and it only took an hour. Very pleasant to work with and very professional!

If your phone took any sort of crash more than likely your world is going with it! Don't fear these guys did their best with my phone and got me some real results I can work with. The service was amazing and the overall experience was pretty simple and quite pleasant. I recommend this place for all your electrical repairs! My Galaxy 22Ultra phone was ran over by a roller coaster and the screen was completely lost, the back glass was shattered with chunks missing, S-pen lost, no sim card, just destroyed. Obviously it wouldn't power on nor would it recognize a usb when trying to use a computer as the monitor. No I didn't have my data backed up to gmail/Google photos/Verizon cloud or anything, so i thought all my data, photos and everything was forever lost. Ubreakifix informed me that they would see what they could and would only charge me if they could get it too power on and transfer the data. I don't know how they were able to do it, but they did. They got my phone to power on transfered everything over to my replacement phone. Great customer service, very clean facility, reasonable price and I would recommend them any day of the week.

OK, so this is what I call a top-notch business. Very pleasant and friendly face greets clients as they come in. I explained the issue I was having with my iPhone and was immediately advised of the repair and cost. I was told it might take about an hour for the repair to be completed. Less than an hour later, I’m walking out of the door with my phone working like new. Definitely a business I will be telling everyone to use should they need repairs done to their devices.

Ubreakifix absolutely ROCKS!!! My son dropped his phone on Thursday night and he had all of his Debate Case on his phone in his google docs. So Thursday night this child was having a heart attack thinking his phone was not fixable. I posted on my Facebook asking for help and Steve Curtindale responded telling me about your store. The next morning I came in and was met with a friendly man who got the information about the phone and was very friendly. He said it would only take about 15 minutes & I waited in their lobby. The store is very clean and modern. They have a nice size bar with seating to do work while you wait. Their store is in a great location off of Hwy 49 in Gulfport /Orange Grove area... Next to Planet Fitness just south of Rebel Dip. The people working were very professional and kind. They literally saved the day for my boy and when I paid they said it comes with a warranty. I was very pleased and will come back if I have any other problems. Oh also while I was there they had a customer with a messed up computer... I guess they don't just fix cell phones. Thanks again for the help!

Outstanding customer service! On Thursday my laptop died on me. Friday I found this location, then dropped off my laptop after work and by Saturday morning I had a new hard drive installed with a new Windows OS installed. My laptop felt like new all over again. Yes I lost everything on my old hard drive but that's not their fault that my NVME SSD failed and erased it's self. But They were able to find a new better hard drive, call me and inform me about it and have it ready for me so I can use my PC for class by Monday. These guys were military friendly and are super fast. I only wish they had a shop where I live. I highly recommend this business if you have a need to get your PC fixed right away.

I accidentally dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked. It was just a hairline, so I wasn't too worried about it, but over time more cracks appeared and it started to nag at me. Eventually, I decided to purchase mobile phone insurance through my carrier (AT&T) and subsequently filed a claim through Asurion. I spoke with a rep at Asurion on a Friday, who handled everything very quickly and efficiently, arranging the repair through one of their authorized repair centers, uBreakiFix, in Gulfport, MS. Not too far away from where I live in Biloxi, which was good. An email from Asurion informed me the repair could take 2 hours, which was not so good, but I concluded the inconvenience was worth it to fix that cracked screen. I was not able to visit the store on Saturday and thought I'd have to try during the work week, which tends to be a hassle, but when I Googled uBreakiFix and checked their hours, I was pleasantly surprised to see they were open on Sunday! As it was a Sunday and I had some spare time, I headed over, arriving shortly after 12 p.m. There was a customer ahead of me, who was just leaving, so I stepped up. I was greeted in a friendly manner by Mr. Long Pham. He asked how he could help me and I told him that I had an insurance claim for a cracked screen, through Asurion. He looked up my claim using my name, and saw it in the system. I asked him if it would be possible to complete the repair the same day, maybe in a couple of hours? He replied that it would only take about 30 minutes! I didn't shout "Hooray!," but I did express my surprise and he just smiled at me. He took my phone and examined it, and made sure the "Find My iPhone" feature was turned off. He was able to start work on it immediately, and asked if I was going to return or would I like to wait. With only a half-hour to kill, I told him I would just wait there. As he was heading to the back room, I asked him if they allowed customers to watch while they worked, and he smiled enigmatically and said "No, that's our repair area and we don't allow that," or words to that effect. I was just curious, so I told him it was fine. So, he went off to the mysterious back room, "Where all the magic happens," I believe I also said. With 30 minutes ahead of me I walked around the customer area. It isn't very large, but the open design and high ceiling gave it a specious feel. There are low-backed chair stools along one side and the front wall. Along another wall were racks displaying various phone cases and protective screen shields. A couple of monitors behind the front counter displayed some animated advertising. A nice little space, actually. While I waited, I observed several customers come in and in each case Mr. Long Pham came out from the shop to help them, in a friendly and professional manner. After about 20-25 minutes, he returned with my phone in hand. I saw a nice new screen, free of cracks! And he had placed a protective, clear screen on the display, which I though was a nice touch. He informed me that since the repair was covered under insurance there was nothing to pay to him, and if there was a deductible that would be handled by Asurion, through my carrier. I left with my newly-repaired iPhone about a half-hour after arriving, very happy indeed and pleased with the whole experience.

I cannot find the words to convey how tremendously happy I am with my entire experience with uBreakiFix, ESPECIALLY this location! Long was the gentleman’s name that took care of me. He was extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel like Long truly went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and help me understand what had to be done to replace parts and reassemble my daughter’s broken iPad. I’ll admit, I was cringing as I walked into the store with thoughts of how much the repairs would cost me. I already had accepted the fact that I would be at their mercy and would be forced to pay whatever inflated cost they presented me when done. After a brief inspection, Long told me up front what the price would be when complete. Much to my surprise, his amount was about 30% less than what was quoted by the “competition” just a couple of miles further south and east of here. :) The competitor also prepared me to be ready to pay more than what was estimated “after they got into the iPad”. To put it short and sweet, I’ll use Long and uBreakiFix exclusively from here on out. I’m already planning to take my wife’s cracked iPhone to them shortly. Hands down, the best in town!

I cannot brag on this place enough. I had a known issue with my phone (Google pixel 4XL) that was still under warranty. Best Buy (which is where I bought the phone) told me they do not work on Androids in the store (only iPhones) and would need to mail it off to be fixed. It would take a minimum of two weeks. When l was not happy about going two weeks without a phone they made a snotty comment that it would take longer with Google. This is a very short summary. I started researching my options and found that Google supports walk in repairs with authorized repair partners. I found uBreakiFix in Gulfport (l live over an hour away in Louisiana). I contacted the business and it sounded hopeful so off l went.... l have to admit l was skeptical especially after everything l went through with a respectable company like Best Buy. The guy who seemed to be working alone on a Sunday was completely professional, nice, eased my concerns and most of all it was painless. I was so impressed that l will happily take the drive to Gulfport again if l have a problem with any of my hardware including my phone. I highly recommend trying this business if you have issues.

Had The battery and the back glass replaced on my Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus The battery itself was 99 and the back glass replaced with 99 and they actually may have everything done for $129 out the door and they were done in about an hour excellent knowledgeable staff friendly customer service highly recommended... UPDATE: I didn't notice until the following day, but after they replaced my battery, my proximity sensor isn't working anymore, I'm sure it's a simple error an I haven't had a chance to take the phone back but just an fyi, check your device before leaving, so you don't get surprised like I did. I still highly recommend.

The representatives were extremely warm, friendly, and professional. Everything was great until I arrived home and discovered that I was given the wrong legs for the television. I would have even preferred just to take the legs from the television I returned to them and use on the refurbished television since it was the same make and model. Ubreakifix in Gulfport is an awesome place to take ALL of ur home electronics to when they need to be repaired. I took my phone in and they had all the parts and were able to fix my phone in about an hour. The girl who took care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable about what i would need and how much it would cost. I WILL be returning. I was so happy they were able to fix my phone in an hour because i had went to The Broken Gadget in Long Beach MS. first, because they are closer to where i live. They told me what i needed and that they would have to order one of the parts and the part would be in 2 days later and they would call to let me know it was in. 2 days later, no call. So the next day i called to find out if the part came in. The guy who answered the phone said he didnt know who i was and that the part did not come in on the delivery. He said maybe it will come on the next delivery, without telling me what day that would be. So i called them again today and they said the part wasn’t delivered and that it may be with the next delivery at 2pm. Hearing that it MIGHT be in at 2 didnt sit well with me after a week of being told that it wasnt in the delivery twice before. That was when I began searching other places and found Ubreakifix. I wish i would have just went there to begin with. At Ubreakifix, with parts and labor it cost me $129.00. The other place was gonna charge me $70.00 for each part plus labor.

I was headed to Ocean Springs, MS for work and looked in the area and found a gem. UBREAKIFIXIT Took my phone in at 11:30am on a Monday and by 1:15pm on the same day it was fixed. Jennifer was very friendly, professional and thorough. The insurance covered my screen, but the back glass was broke. She explained it had to be waterproof to past Samsung . It was $99 for the the back glass, new battery, and cover around my note 9. It is a brand new phone and I don't have to swap everything to a new phone and it is cheaper than an insurance claim of $300. I highly recommend this place. A life saver

But, no sooner you walk in the door she says welcome to uBreakifix; I'll be with you in a moment in a pleasant tone and she said it to every single person while I was there, who walked through that door(while busy with a customer) "bonus point". Now she looked at my phone and I had a small cracked on my phone so she said it's your receptioners.. and you would need a new screen.. so I got my lil new screen put on.. by the way excellent job! however, it still dropped calls. Now, no fault of the company I was told they didn't find the problem that I said but they will continue to work on my baby.. but eventually she said they have run it several times but couldn't find anything. This place is AMAZING!!! I mean, when it comes to phone repair, what more could you ask for?! These guys are fast (only taking 15 minutes when other places want to quote you an hour), SUPER friendly with excellent customer service (seriously, just walk inside and watch them all greet you, it's wonderful), and they do an amazing job on all of the repairs I've had with them! Honestly, if you're stuck on a good place to go get repairs done, ESPECIALLY ON APPLE PRODUCTS, this is the place to go! The other guys won't do you as good as these guys do their customers. There's so much I could say about this place but I'd end up writing a novel. Just take my word for it, check them out, and you'll never want to go anywhere else, HANDS. DOWN!!!

The Apple Store in Meterie got nothing on these guys. Professional and personable. Put in a solid state HD on the iMac I'd had problems with since I bought it 4 years ago. Apple in Meterie couldn't fix squat. They, however, did a great job at a reasonable price. Took it back several days later and asked them to do a final tune up on the folder and link shortcuts on my desktop. They did, and didn't charge me a penny. I'm convinced any negative reviews, here, are either ex-girlfriends or the jealous boyfriends of ex-girlfriends.

I was devastated when I realized that I placed my iphone in a puddle of water and it stopped working. I tried everything, put it in a bag or rice to dry it out (which didn't work). Finally, I brought it to The Broken Apple @ 12373 US 49 #6, Gulfport, MS 39503 and they were able to fix it less than 10 minutes and the price was reasonable. Having a broken device really sucks. I brought these nerds my iPod with a broken screen. They kept me updated with the status of my repair, when the first replacement part didn’t fix the issue they tried again, I had to wait the new part. I was notified when the part came in. It didn’t work again. They didn’t give up so easily they gave it one more try, and I have working iPod now.
