Great customer service, excellent experience. If you are using a Sprint device and haven't switched to a new TMobile sim card, I highly recommend doing so. My service and data speed improved drastically. Call service as well so far.

The staff here is always very helpful. Even when it is super busy they are efficient and make sure everyone is greeting quickly and knows they are being accounted for. They have always been willing to work with my family and take care of our phone issues and if you ever have a technical question they can certainly figure out a solution. Highly recommended!

I know very little when it comes to technology. I rarely use my devices because I do not care enough to study how these things work. Deann and Bridgette were so helpful and thorough while showing me a hundred different things. They were more then patient and I was even able to save some money with there help. I have been around since before cell phones. However this was by far the best customer care I have ever received when it comes to this sort of thing. Thank you guys for moving me I to the modern era!

Extremely fast service and technical expertise. I've had two HTC EVO 4G phones with loose USB connections. The first one was replaced on insurance with a refurbished model that also failed a few months later. Instead of giving me another refurb they're hooking up a factory model and letting me borrow an external charger while I wait for it to arrive. Thank you guys! I can't wait until LTE coverage comes to Grand Rapids, I'll definitely be back to upgrade as soon as WiMax is no longer available.
