Saturday, October 21, 2017 I walked into Genius Phone Repair, thought the ear piece on my iPhone needed to be replaced. I was ready to pay to have it fixed. Scott took it back, looked at it, cleaned some dirt out of it and told me I was good. He was beyond helpful. I definitely would recommend this place of business. Overall great experience at this location. Staff was knowledgeable and fast. Fixed my phone in less than 2 hours. Had the exact same repair done at the Apple Store before and it took over 5 hours for the repair alone. Price to fix at Genuis was slightly less than Apple. I would strongly recommend this location for all out-of-warranty repairs.

Great customer service, but my phone is still broken. I have a Pixel 3A. Needed speaker replacement. They replaced, but then the top left of screen came loose causing screen on/off issues. I emailed, and they were great to respond and have me bring back in. I brought it back in and they fixed it and re-glued the corner. Then it came loose again (no screen on/off issues this time). They re-glued it. Now my front facing camera is blurry, and the corner is loose again. Tired of getting the same thing fixed over and over again.

I had my screen replaced on my IPhone 6 at Genius. The replacement screen did not connect very well towards the top of my phone so I returned it to Genius and they repaired it again. After a week the same thing occurred so I returned my phone to them again and they said I had water damage plus the screen was a defective. I spoke with the Manager Eric and he assessed my situation in regards to my phone and presented to me a solution that addressed fixing my phone as a valued customer. I had a great experience working with Eric and would rate his customer service skills at a 5. Thank you Eric for being thoughtful and sensitive to me as a customer during our interaction.

I have an iPhone 6s that is 1.5 years old. Was having problems with phone not charging properly. First went to Verizon who told me port was damaged and tried to sell me new phone. Went to Genius Bar next and met Jacob who cleaned the port and tested battery free of charge - a procedure that fixed the problem. I would recommend Genius Bar to anyone in need of honesty and expertise with regards to service and repair of their device.

My screen randomly went black and my phone provider insisted on replacing my phone despite the that fact I (very stupidly) didn’t have my phone backed up and would have lost many photos that are important to me. Genius replaced my screen in less than 2 hours and my phone is as good as new, I have everything backed up, and I couldn’t be happier!

Went in to get a charging port replaced on an iPhone 5s. Called me within 15 min and told me that there wasn't a problem with the port at all, it was just packed full of lint! They cleaned it out and gave my phone back free of charge. Port works better than ever. Service was super friendly to top it off.

These guys are great!. The folks at Genius modestly go about repairing some of the worst damage that a kid can dish out to an electronic device. I've had 2 different model iPods and an iPhone repaired here. They are fast (45 minutes for one of my repairs!) and reasonably priced. Apple would have you believe that their devices are hermetically sealed and can only be operated on by their magically gifted technicians at exhorbitant expense. Don't believe them! Before you do anything else with a broken phone or music player, bring it to the folks at Genius and see what they can do for you. You'll be glad you did!

This place was terrific and one I would highly recommend. The two things you want most in a service like this are expertise and honesty. Genius Phone Repair had both. My Iphone went black after falling. Gary thought it could be as minor as the internal plug falling out or as major as replacing the LCD. In 5 minutes, he discovered it simply needed to be replugged and was nice enough not to charge me. I think of all the bad encounters I had with cell phone companies over the years when it came to repairs. It is nice to know businesses like this exist.

Genius Repair was great. This was the second time I stopped and the first time they diagnosed my phone problem for free, and I was able to fix my phone myself at no cost. When I had a problem again, I went to the Knapp Corners store and I was waited on immediately. Ben at the service desk diagnosed my problem right away. I was able to leave my phone for an official diagnosis and had if fixed and repaired within hours. Excellent customer service and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely refer anyone with phone problems to stop here first to see if their phone can be fixed before investing in a new one!

My wife took her iPhone to Genius Phone repair to have the front screen replaced. I had attempted to replace myself and stripped a screw inside. I dropped my phone and couldn't get it to turn back on, I went to Verizon and Apple and both told me it was done for and that I'd have to buy a new one. A friend told me about Genius Phone Repair so even though I thought it was hopeless I stopped in to see if there was anything they could do. He opened my phone up right there and was able to fix it in less than 5 min!! He was so helpful and saved me a lot of money!! This is the place to go for a phone/ipod/ipad repair. I've broken many phones but stopped going to Verizon because their solution was always "buy a new one" and if you don't have insurance that gets VERY pricey. I have had water damage repairs and multiple screen repairs done by these guys. They are honest and fast and they keep the price as reasonable as possible. They do a great job and have always come through for me and several of my family members. Some people complain that they are young but they are the generation that has grown up with technology, who better to fix it. Definitely the place to go for any kind of phone repair. I will recommend them to all family and friends in the future.

My HTC One M8 wasn't charging and these guys fixed it same day. The Celebration store didn't have the part but they worked out a way to get the part from another store and still had the part installed and my phone charged up within four hours. I went in on a Saturday and was lucky to get my phone working before the stores were closed on Sunday. I would certainly take any phone back here for repair in the future. Thanks!

During Christmas break this past year I had my charging port break on my phone. I did not know of any repair places and just so happened to be driving by, so I stopped in. It was right before I was leaving the state and they were able to take my phone and fix it in only a couple hours. Regardless of the length of time it took them, they finished the repair in the time they said they would. My next interaction with them was this past week when I returned to Michigan to see family. When the phone was fixed over Christmas break it never hooked up to my itunes on my computer. However unfortunate this was, when I returned they got me in right away, fixed the problem super fast and for free! My experience with this business has been very good! They seem to do what they say they are going to do, in a timely manner, and make things right if they make a mistake.

AWESOME SERVICE!!!!! drove from Battle Creek to see if they could save our pictures from severely damaged phone. Nobody else could do it. They used other parts to get the phone in condition to get pictures and stored them on an SD card. Now we have the pictures from our 8 month Olds birth etc. Great fantastic service. Brought my iphone to get Re-jailbroken because (my neighbor did not do it corretly) all my apps were malfunctioning,phone was freezing and i couldnt even talk into it without putting it on speaker! and so I brought it into Genius phone repair; they had my phone ready and jailbroken within a hour!
