I went into Verizon on a Friday to see what was going on with my phone. Kayla not only fixed it for me, she told me that my phone and my husband's phone was eligible for a upgrade. I talked it over with my husband that night and Saturday afternoon we went back to talk with Kayla. She did some research to see what the best deals were that we could get in on. To make a long story short, we both got a new phone, smart watch & a tablet. Not only did we get this, but we were also able to get this for our daughter as well. She is so very excited!!! I would highly recommend anyone to visit Kayla about their electronic needs. Beyond grateful and thankful for her knowledge!!

I also got Apple Music included, which takes away the $10/mo I got without the new plan. Also got Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. Definitely happy with overall experience.

I received excellent service at this location. Normally I go to Verizon in the mall and I’m so glad I stopped here instead. Employees were friendly and did a great job explaining the different options I had for what I wanted and the pros and cons of each. They actually talked me out of a more expensive phone that wouldn’t have been a good fit for what I wanted to have. 10/10 would buy again. Almost forgot to mention William the guy that helped me was an absolute pro.

The first time we went to this store, I was getting a new phone and the lady that helped me was kind of rude. She did not even help me switch my data over or put on my screen protector. I did not really want to come back but my boyfriend wanted to go here instead of the mall to get his new phone (a few months later). It was GREAT! Will was very helpful and talked to us like real people not just a customer going to make him commission. We went there to get my boyfriend a phone and I ended up getting a watch too. Will pulled up my account and let me know how much it would be and told me my deals I could get as well. He was not pushy or annoyed at helping us both at the same time. He definitely made up for the first time I went there. Highly recommend if you want real help and someone who pays attention to your needs.

Sure, the manager here is an obnoxious and entitled guy who has a bad habit of rushing clients and making them feel belittled BUT everyone else at this location showcases their outstanding customer service skills with always being welcoming and understanding. Roberta helped me step into the 21st century after I told her what I needed in a phone and I've been very happy with what I got. Who knew that I didn't have to wait for minutes to wait for my email to download? If you need anything phone or tech related, go see Roberta as she's not only knowledgeable but very friendly as well.

Jack was incredibly kind, funny, and knowledgeable. We had some complications setting up the account but he worked very hard to figure it out. Jack found us promotions to cut the bill down and promised to try his hardest to keep the trade-in value of my old phone once the payment cycle ends. After a couple hours of figuring out some stuff, we got what we wanted at a much cheaper price than we expected. Jack also suggested some food places around the area for our dinner! I got scammed about 2 months ago and had to have my laptop cleaned for junk and potential viruses and since then, I haven’t been able to use my email on my phone. I’ve been to 3 computer repair shops and another Bemobile location and nobody was able to fix my problem until now!! I stopped by this location to look at another problem that I was having and had the opportunity of working with Jack Nelson and all I can say is WOW!! First off, he was very courteous and professional and not only did he take care of the problem that I originally stopped in for but he also was able re-instate my email as well!! I can’t praise Jack and the service I received enough and would highly recommend working with Jack at this Bemobile location!!
