It's a mixed bag. Some days customer service is exceptional and on others it is a nightmare. Some employees - for instance Nate - are helpful and professional, whereas others (you know who you are!) need to learn how to talk to customers. And all employees should be on the same page w instructions that are given to customers. I returned to have a new screen protector applied to my phone screen after a newer Tmobile employee had an issue applying the first one and they were out of product so could not replace the one I purchased on that same day. Helen said to ask for her and she would handle it and to have employees call her if she was not there - they did no such thing. When I arrived to have the screen protector replaced I was given the third degree - and in a highly disrespectful manner - treated as if I was lying about the screen protector and trying to get over. Even after I named all the employees who I had interacted with 3 days earlier when I was having data transferred from my old to my new phone. Disappointing!! I will avoid this store going forward.

Background: I'm a T-Mobile customer. I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and a Samsung brand screen protector direct from Samsung. The Samsung brand screen protector was awful--difficult to install, bubbles. (I tried twice.) I first went to BestBuy in West Acres to purchase a different screen protector. No one even acknowledged I was a potential customer. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went down the mall to the T-Mobile store.
Result: The two agents at T-Mobile West Acres were friendly, quick to help me, and had a new screen protector installed in under 10 minutes. (I've been to other T-Mobile stores in Fargo-Moorhead. The West Acres people are head-and-shoulders above the others.
Lesson: Go to T-Mobile first. Go to _West_Acres_T-Mobile_ first.

My experience here was literally amazing!! I was coming to upgrade my phone to the IPhone 13 Pro and change my number. I really wanted the gold but they only had blue and they actually went to another store to get it for me! Enrique was working with me and he was so attentive and nice while we were waiting for my phone and really helped me to get exactly what I wanted. I also got to pick my number and that meant a lot to me. I feel like the entire team was helping me at some point and I appreciate everyone so much. I really felt valued and it was a perfect experience. Thank you Enrique, Ryan, Desthal, and Helen!!!

I walked into t-mobile and was greeted right away, customer service is excellent. The sales men Micheal and Destal were very professional and knowledgeable. Their boss Ryan came out and showed my family lots of respect and professionalism which definitely made me want to buy a phone here. I was happy to say I left the store with phones for me and my children. I will definitely recommend fam and friends here. Wonderful experience. I recently visited T-mobile at the west acres mall and I’m very satisfied with their customer service. The three gentlemen that helped me were very good at breaking down the information that I was curious about and also their service was very fast! To the Vice President and President of T-Mobile,
I want to start out by saying I am a 67 year young senior with limited computer skills. My phone is a Samsung S6 edge, so it is an older model. I called the nearest T-mobile to my home location and was so fortunate to speak with Emmanuel.
From the very beginning he was patient, listening to my concerns and allowing me to complete my sentences. Often times salespeople do not allow you to give them all your questions and concerns so that they can assist you accordingly but, rather assume they have enough information to move you forward through the process.
Emmanuel was very engaging and very informative in assisting me with what he believed my next step should be to resolve my problems.
I was highly impressed by his patience and stick-to-it-ness that I asked to speak with Ryan, the store manager. I wanted to make sure that he knew how valued I felt as a customer.
I came into the store today to begin the process we had discussed. The first step was to see if I needed a sim card. Once again, he took the time to make sure that I received his patience and exceptional service.
My experience with him has been above and beyond what any customer could expect. His focus was to make sure that I received the absolute best customer service possible. Because of his genuine sincerity to give me only his best you have gained a life long customer.

I went in today, having one of the worst days of my life. That quickly changed when I was greeted with a warm happiness from Desthel and Nick. These two guys solved every problem I was having with my phone, as well as finding promotions that not only saved me money, but got me a new watch as well. I’ve been coming here for years, and these two guys are the best I’ve ever met. It would be an absolute travesty, if this store lost them.

I came in while this location was busy, but was still instantly greeted by Nick. He assured me someone would be with me shortly. After that I was helped by desthel, he brought out some paperwork to go over what was the best route for me to take. I left with a free phone and a free watch. Nick also made sure all of my data was transfered, as well as took the time to get to know me while it happened. I usually don't like going to the phone store, but these guys made it betterand more fun. Definitely coming back to this store

Landon at the 45th St S and 40th Ave S Store was awesome to deal with. He worked really hard to get my family switched over from Sprint. Which wasn't easy by any means. He helped us out with a plan that cut our future bill in half with better service and more free data. Which with 4 daughters was desperately needed. I highly recommend switching to T-Mobile if you are get tired of being ripped off by other carriers. Not to mention the customer service is stellar!

When I first arrived to T-mobile Saturday June 10. I came because I was referred by a friend to switch over to T-Mobile. There was a dark skinned woman with short hair Her named started with a T I think . she helped me, My wife and I where very very please. She explained everything clear. I told her I would come back after work. My wife and I came back the same day. The Dark skinned lady was busy with a customer. She explained someone would help. There were 3 employees helping me crowding around me. I'm very good with names but she was short long hair. She was steady on her phone one minute she was texting and then the next minute she was helping the 2 people who were trying to help me. The kinda big guy with black hair he didn't know much. The lady who was on her phone she kept leaving to do something. Finally after 6 hours of being there I decided to only get one phone. The Big guy with black hair didn't but me on the slowest internet service. The dark skinned woman finally came to help me. For a first time experience i wouldn't recommend going to anyone else but.The Dark skinned woman. Whoever was playing the music it was shocking I haven't heard Get Low in years. But D.R had a lot of life in him full of energy.
