This is not normally the Verizon store we would go to, but they were the one that had appointment times we wanted. The appointment was quick, which was good. We were ordering new replacement phones here; we wanted to get the Pixel 6, and went in the day of their release announcement. I was a little concerned because the sales rep said that they had not received details about these phones' availability or ordering, but they were able to get them ordered for us anyway. We will see if the store has any selection of cases and accessories for these new models when we pick them up, which is also very important to me.

I couldn’t help but notice a lady coming in asking for help but didn’t speak English well, the lady that was helping her showed little interest or made much of an effort to help the lady who couldn’t speak English well.

I wanted to update my phone and had researched reviews at both the Ankeny and Altoona stores ~ reviews at Ankeny were not good, but Altoona's were very good. Also, Altoona was a closer option for me. I'm SO glad I chose the Altoona store. No appointment was needed, I got the phone I wanted and Josh transferred all the info from my old phone to the new one. I highly recommend the Altoona Verizon store. Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions!

I took a new iPhone to this location for set-up help and Clyde Moore was the associate who helped me. He was patient & good natured and despite a couple glitches (to be expected) he kept his cool & maintained a positive attitude. He also hooked me up with a case and screen protector that have both proved to be super nice products. It was a rainy day, my original phone had been stolen, replacing it was really expensive, but Clyde helped me through it and I left with a beautifully working phone, relief, and peace of mind. I also appreciated that I wasn't FORCED to wear a mask, or even made to feel I needed to. I do not give any business to establishments who push this discriminatory agenda on me so if there was a "6-star" option I would have chosen that one! Thanks Clyde and Verizon. :))

Just had a great experience! They were the only Verizon store I could find that were open, had display phones available, and activated and transferred data to my new phone. Super fast, in and out with a new phone in less than an hour. I also enjoyed the process of picking a new phone; no pushy selling but was able to offer an amount that wasn't overwhelming.

They are so kind, so thoughtful, so generous. I was able to trade my iPhone 7 Plus for the iPhone XS Max and Apple Series 4 watch with screen protector on both devices, a case for my iPhone XS Max... and several different accessories for my devices walking away without paying anything. Josh and Damian are two great Verizon Employees. Josh is the manager and he’s utterly amazing. He’s so clear on everything I was signing. Damian was such a cool guy who answered all my questions. This is my 5th time coming to this store and won’t be my last. If you want Verizon products come here. The staff is so amazing

Verizon wireless has always been attentive with pleasing their customers. They take the time to find out what you want & or need from the wireless service that is provided. I have had the same courtesy when I have had to call Verizon with any other questions or problems. They're about the only "one" of many wireless cellphone Companies that have actually done what is expected from them & more. I've been with Verizon for 6 years & never have they disappointed me. Then @ the beginning of the Pandemic lockdown they stepped up by granting a few extra months of service w/extra Gig's of internet for "free"! They said that customers could have access online & stay in touch W/family because of the COVID-19 quarantine.(wow!!) Verizon wireless cellphone company is truly the Best. I'll always rely on Verizon wireless to be my best & only cellphone provider.

Where do I even start with this store... Long story- my phone crashed last week and I had to upgrade. JEREMIAH was VERY helpful, kind, patient and made light of the mood after knowing how upset I was about losing all my pictures and contacts off of my old and very difficult phone. After realizing my phone wouldn’t transfer contacts like the average phone, he went out of his way to transfer my contacts one by one through Air Drop. A day later I realized only my iMessage was working but I wasn’t receiving or able to deliver SMS messages on my new phone. QUENTIN was helpful and told me a few things that could be the problem and it ended being the SIM card. Fast forward to today and now the store manager JOSH is going out of his way to get me a new SIM card and set it up early BEFORE the store opens and basically meeting me at the door because I have no other time to do it except before work early tomorrow morning. Talk about great customer service! This store and location is definitely filled with the right people and I could not be more thankful or impressed with my experience!

I was in a bit of a bad mood when I first went in there because every other place I had been to had always employed the younger, lazier, less than willing to help employees. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a man named Gio with a welcoming smile and a hell of a handshake. I knew right then and there that this was a great store who cared about its customers and it's employees. So many choices between the contracts, the freebies that come with the plans, the added support. I have never been happier. And if the gentleman named Gio is reading/hearing about this, "which I truly hope he does," I'd like to say thank you for all of your insight, knowledge, and welcoming attitude toward a stranger.
