Joel is who we worked with and he lacked the will to explain anything about how to set up knew phone. Very short with us and not friendly. Seemed frustrated to be helping us. Disappointed in how someone would act in a job where customer service is important.

I visited this location for the first time this week (both Monday evening and tonight). I was wanting to transfer my service and upgrade my phone. I worked with Alicia (both times) and she was very helpful! I found out that she was assisting their store as well working at two others. She was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the service she provided, especially since it has become so uncommon these days! I also respect that she didn’t try to force things on me or “sell” anything to me. I usually know what I want and she didn’t push after mentioning what I had available to me. Very happy with my experience! She deserves kudos and a raise. :)

Joel was EXTREMELY helpful and SO kind. He fixed my phone in a jiffy! I’m disabled, unfortunately, and he walked all the way across the store and said, “Here, let me get the door for you.” That was the sweetest and most thoughtful thing anyone can do when I struggle so much to get around. I would also like to add that Noah was working as well and he was very sweet and kind. I will be coming back to this location from now on for all of my phone needs. Thank you for being awesome and having WAY better service than the other local providers. 🙂

Joel was very helpful to my husband and I with getting our phones upgraded and getting our plan changed! We took a significant amount of time and kept him busy right up until closing, but he took his time and never made us feel rushed at all! Definitely recommend this store!!

Jon was very helpful and knowledgeable in recommending phone options for my husband. Another location told him they could transfer his Spectrum phone over to Verizon because Spectrum mobile is in their network, but after Jon attempted to do so, it would not read. He offered a couple different phones and how much it would take for both of us to walk out the door with the phones we want. He got the Note20 and I got the iPhone 12. Very pleased with his customer service!!

I was having a really bad day, my phone just quit on me out of nowhere. I, like most, rely on my phone for daily life and business and 24 hours can feel like a lifetime. Noah was kind, professional, and took the time to truly help me get back up and running. He was the only silver lining in an otherwise terrible day. I wouldn’t go back to him every time. All companies need more people like Noah on staff.

Joel was extremely helpful and made my day very easy for a very, very hard of hearing person and very forgetful one. Also he go me through all the preliminary change over from Verizon to T-moble back to Verizon. I had no problem with Verizon except T-moble offered a $60 plan for older people. Well it didn't work out. "I jump out of the kettle into fire" We lost 30 customers because they couldn't hear us on the T-moble plan. We had to switch back to Verizon. Also Joel got us on a plan $50 cheaper than we had had with Verizon. We should of been on this plan 10 years ago. He tried to explain it, but it didn't get it all. I said it doesn't matter, you got me on a plan $50 a month cheaper and great for me and you In helping me.

I highly recommend this location. Russell was efficient, helpful & a great multi-tasker! He helped us with 2 upgrades & a new line was added. He spelled our options out clearly. The store manager Jimmy was wonderful. I went to get a new iPhone over lunch. Not only did he finish up with another customer AND complete my whole sale and cutover within about 50 minutes, he did so while also answering the store phone, assisting a trainee, and helping an impatient customer pay their bill while the phones were updating. The guy never missed a beat. If only there was a rating above 5 stars I would give it.

I have lost my phone 4 times now and every time I’ve gone to Jonathan Freel he has always sorted me out within only a few hours. Great customer service and it’s even a huge plus he’s a packer fan! Won’t go to any other Verizon store in the Des Moines area.
