Called many places to price out used and refurbished phones. Not only was my iPhone XR competitively priced but it also looks and feels brand new. There isn’t a scratch on it. I am thoroughly impressed. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and explained the warranty which is also awesome. They back their refurbished gear beyond just about anyone else. I will be coming back here for purchases to come.

Jumped into a pool with my phone in my pocket, and the guys at KB wireless fixed it! A month later I dropped my phone on the concrete (don’t judge me) and they fixed it again within 30 minutes!! Can’t recommend enough. Super cool guys at the shop. Great option if you’re not trying to spend 1k plus on a new phone!

Excellent customer service. I went to another repair place earlier in the day and was not happy with the customer service. I left. I went to KB Wireless. As soon as I walked in: I was immediately greeted with a warm smile. The repair cost $40.00 less than I thought and my cell was repaired quickly. I highly recommend KB Wireless. Thank you guys!

If you want your phone fixed and fixed quickly, this is the place to go! Price was better than any of the other phone repair shops in town to fix the camera on my S9. I know because I called. Good reliable service and great price.

My iPhone was having connectivity issues with the power cord. I assumed I had messed up the connection by using non Apple power cords. I had tried to clean the connection but it didn’t help. I took it to KB and he dug out a big chunk of lint from it. I asked if I owed him anything for that as it would have been worth a small fee to now have it working again but he just said no, have a nice day. I really appreciate good customer service and will keep them in mind for the future and will also recommend them to my friends.

I can't give these guys/gals enough stars. I went in to have my charging port replaced, they looked and said they had just ran out and would have the new part soon so he asked to take a look at my phone and was able to clean it thoroughly enough that it functioned perfectly again. They didn't even charge me. I have a toddler who finds amazing ways to break screens and will be going back here for all my repair needs. Thanks again, guys.

Update I had to visit a couple of more times for other fixes. Again these guys were awesome. I needed an adaptor for a microsim card for an older phone and they fixed it for free and made sure it worked! Excellent support by Franklin and Richard. If you have an international phone and Verizon says their service will not work on your phone, go to KB wireless. They tested my phone and got me a number in 5 minutes.

I walked in with a broken screen on my iPhone 5s and walked out with a phone as good as new for a fraction of the cost of an insurance claim! The staff was super friendly and on point, the repair took about 30 min and I was on my way. Very satisfied with the fast friendly service, and my newly working screen. ;)

They are great. They ordered a new screen for my android. I kept it until the new screen came in(only 3 days) and they called me and had it fixed in an hour. Also , I get a 90 day warranty. Woot woot!

They can fix almost everything. Ive had my iPhone ran over by a car and was bent in half and they STILL FIXED IT. Pretty incredible work for pretty cheap compared to trying to go to the apple store (ugh) and they're all super nice. If it's not complety fixed or they cant fix they wont make you pay or they'll see what else they can do.

I enjoy coming to these guys. I manage a Verizon wireless and when I go in there, those guys are very knowledgeable! The service is quick and they are very welcoming. I have been referring all my customers to them and I hope whomever reads this, will go to them as well!

Good phones.. Not horrible prices.. Customer service and warranty replacement no hassle. Honestly it smells so weird in there though. And outside is dirty and looks like a garbage can exploded on their doorstep. @KBWireless fix these and you have a 5 star rating. Thanks so much for the help.

I bought an iPad from KB wireless and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful their staff was! I wanted a used iPad for my kids but didnt want to buy a new ipad and didnt want to go through the hassle of buying used online. They were very responsive before and after my purchase. I would recommend KB wireless for your technology purchases and repairs!

They helped me with a Sim card, for free. Tried a used Iphone but I didn't like it so I got my money back. At least they are honest, if you have a broken cell phone they fix them. Worth stopping by in my opinion.

These guys helped me out of a bind today. The USB port on my phone wasn't working and I expected it would take a few days to fix. I dropped the phone off before lunch and it was ready about two hours later. Works great! Highly recommend!

The owner is very nice, responsive and honest. They did water treatment for my phone and found it was completely dead, they didn't charge me a penny. I saw a lot of happy customers in the store. Obviously they have very good business.
