Everyone here is super helpful, friendly and welcoming. They are efficient and knowledgeable , so no more waiting 3 hours for a new phone. Highly recommend. I Will be back when I need anything phone related.

Having used this store before, service was soso. The new manager Katrina was fantastic , helped me with every facet of my new phone purchase. Extremely patient , answering all my questions , personable and friendly with every customer that walked in. Her customer service skills and knowledge of the products will have me recommending anyone to visit this store with confidence . 10 out of 10 , Thankyou for your help

Katrina is AMAZING. She helped me switch over to Verizon and it took such a long time because of factors out of our control, but she truly made the process a delight. Would hang out at the store with her any day.

Tyler was great. Got a new phone, case, screen protector, and it took about an hour to transfer the data. I knew what i wanted and he made it simple. A guy came in with a small question but spent more time thanking Tyler for how nice and proper he was than on the orginal question. Another lady was slightly rude ("just do it for me and ill come back") but im in the service industry and he handled it perfectly and she left happy. Give that man a raise.

Girls at this store were excellent customer support n attitude!! Loved the way the handled our situation and they were also very attentive to other customers needs , which I thought was very important to not ignore new walkinshaw when your busy. They were very professional and friendly. Will be back n refer specifically to that location!! Great job.

I’ve been three times on the phone trying to add a line to my account with Verizon withNo luck. I went to Russell’s office in Aspen the gentleman working behind the counter killed it! In 5 minutes he managed to add an extra line to my account. Totally satisfied with their customer service!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Verizon is okey, i dont like that they over price and you need to pay first time 30$ and phone and plan i still cant understand what is the reason to pay that 30$ , also when I am trying to get a new phone , the person who working there didnt know to much about prudoct that is big time NO NO! But everyone is nice there , took kind off long time to get plan because tablets what they using for work its was not worked well.

Luis did an amazing job helping me. I’ve been having a situation with Verizon for almost a month, and I had to be at an interview and he got things taken care of before I went there. I had more things to do, but he understood my time crunch, and he offered me to come back so he can help me with the rest. Not only did he sit on the phone with the company for more than an hour combined, but he stayed patient and friendly. Other people came in, and he helped them while on the phone if he could, and if he couldn’t he let them know of the wait. I know people take hospitality to be in lodging or restaurants, but Luis made that possible here at Ensignal and I’m great to see hospitality extend past the norms.
