Was so fortunate to stumble on this small shop, Alex & Tony made the experience and stress of practically destroying my phone immediately stress free. Thought there was zero chance of rescuing my phone, Alex the tech brought it back to life in under 2 hours. Ask for this dude it was wild how impressive his skills were working with these products. Everyone in here was super friendly and helpful. I had an interesting situation with unlocking my zflip 4 and they gave me a set price of $20 for their time, and said that if they couldn't unlock it then that's all I would have to pay. A week later they called and unfortunately couldn't unlock it, but I didn't mind. Their kindness and guidance of what to do next was extremely helpful to me, plus I didnt have to pay extra. Thank you and I will definitely be back next time I need assistance with my device. I only feel bad because I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me. Joe/y maybe? A couple of months back my Xbox one started to glitch out since it was one of the first generation models that was probably having issues regarding the disk drive. I took it to get looked at and repaired over to you break I fix off of Wadsworth Boulevard in Arvada and after almost 3 weeks of no communication I went to pick it up and was informed by the people at this place that they didn’t even bother to clean it and just simply slap the sticker on there. Phone repair and more were very awesome to work with. The repair was only $100 and the staff were very friendly and informative. In fact they were able to fix everything in under three hours! Should any of my other devices have issues I know where I’m going and hopefully to anybody reading this you’ll strongly consider this place as well; they’ll do you good!

Came in with a faulty charging port, turned out that models charge port just fails at some point, BUT they figured out wireless charging still works so I can keep using my phone while I look for another one. As an iPhone user since 2013, I have had my screen replaced several times over the years because I am a hot mess. This shop hands down did the best screen repair that I have ever had. After going here, my 2.5 year old phone looks like it's brand new out of the box. They are also kind and knowledgeable and told me up front what they could and could not do for me, the transparency was greatly appreciated. I will 100% return for any tech issues that I have in the future.

The staff are knowledgeable and the rates are good at PRAM repair. Angelo was a big help when my phone screen stopped working but I didn't know why. I didn't want to pay to replace the screen before knowing if the whole phone was broken or just the screen so he suggested a solution to diagnose the problem before I had to make the purchase. This is my second time needing my phone repaired. I have been so satisfied with the customer service and expertise of the staff each time. The staff is knowledgable and has been able to help me when i have been in a pinch. Samuel was able to fix my broken phone with such a quick turn around time. I would recommend this place to others. Logan and Matt and alex are awesome. I've had issues with a nord screen popping out of my phone that has been replaced twice. Matt has been very helpful with diagnosing the problem and making sure I'm taken care of since this has been replaced twice and subsequently broken both times pretty much immediately after installation. I'm blaming Nord for a cheap construction of a phone even though this is a nice phone. What can anyone expect with a $300 5G smartphone as far as hardware durability goes? Not much I guess. Heed the warning: properly fixing a nord n10 screen is HARD.

Jojo was the consummate professional. His business is the perfect example of a local business that goes the extra mile with frugal pricing in the best interest of the consumer. He was not only super knowledgeable, but had me out in less than 30 minutes. On top of that, Jojo was able to unclog my receiver, blow debris out of the jack on my phone, and replace the battery(he only charged me for the battery, which was incredible.) As soon as I entered to, his know-how was apparent, and it was clear he had done this repair 1000 times before. I will definitely be going back for the future, not only to shop small, get unbiased advice, and killer customer service, but because he gets the job done, and then some. 11/10 would recommend to all, and soon thereafter I told my neighbors who need phone repairs that it was an efficient and worthwhile experience, and something you wouldn't find at a big box store/ corporate retailer. I broke my phone and it did some internal damage that would cost an arm and a leg to fix. Other places charged just to "diagnose" it but I called here and Jojo was super honest and helpful on the phone so I stopped calling and went in the next day. I bough a refurbished iPhone from him for less than I would have paid to have it fixed. He gave me a good discount and everything took less than 10 minutes. Now I can send my broken one in for a warranty swap and will have this new extra in case it ever happens again. I called with a seriously busted iPhone XS Max Screen. 1/3 of screen was in the black from a heavy object being dropped on it . I called JoJo @ Phone Repair & More and he asked me to come in as they were closing. They stayed late and had me in and out of there with a brand new screen.
