Brian (at the Willits Store) was the most helpful sales/tech rep. He reconciled our phones, accounts and software and explained every step to us along the way.. He was a pleasure to work with and a breath of fresh (in contrast to other many other cell phone reps we have come across over the years).

This is the second phone that I have bought from Alex. He is knowledgeable regarding existing promotions and discounts. He is very patient and is helpful from the beginning to the end of the process making sure sure all information and data gets switched from the old phone to the new.

Alex was so very helpful!!!! I lost my phone on top of a mountain, and Alex helped me find the best phone, case, and screen protector! He even helped me put the liquid glass on my new iPhone 11, and recover all my data from my old iPhone. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the new features and insurance and payments. Highly recommend! This store has saved me from a ton of grief!!!!
