I brought a cell phone in that had been run over by a car. I received excellent customer service and the repairs to my phone were completed within 2 hours. I was so excited they were able to fix my phone and I didn’t have to purchase a new one. I definitely recommend you give this store a try

Ordered battery online, the store was closed. The next morning store emailed and called to say the battery was ready for pick up. Friendly service offered to carry and install but for obvious reasons didn't drive the vehicle. Also the battery had a 3-yr warranty which is great!

Quez has all of the required skills to help and maintain customers. He performed way over the call of duty to troubleshoot through accounts, call to Atlanta, and finalized my account. I was purchasing a replacement battery for my ADT security and upon site he immediately knew what battery was needed. Also, acknowledgement of all customers were maintained even during my call session to the Atlanta store. A true model of a store manager for others to follow.

I went in for an iPhone battery replacement. I was disappointed that the charge was higher than the Apple price, but the Apple affiliate close by was out of stock on the battery I needed. The staff in the Batteries Plus store inspired confidence that my replacement, even though more expensive, would be handled by well qualified personnel who cared about my satisfaction. My phone was ready as promised and i enjoyed my interaction with the store personnel - very friendly and conveyed an air of expertise that made me feel comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic AT&T and Samsung could not fix my problem. I walked in the door in they had the solution within an hour. All my data transferred, When AT&T and Samsung said that it would not. If you need help with your phone check their 1st. I would highly recommend them. Friendly courteous staff very helpful can't say enough.

I took my iPhone 6, which I’ve had for nearly 5 years, into Batteries + Bulbs today because my phone wouldn’t hold a charge. Matt checked the phone and showed me on the battery status how bad it was performing, and confirmed that I did need a replacement. Within a few minutes, he had new battery installed and my phone working like a charm. He also gave me hints on how to get the most from a battery. Apparently I was doing everything wrong! My husband was with me and benefitted from our conversation with Matt as well. I was more comfortable going to them than to my phone carrier’s store because I feel like my carrier would just have pushed me to purchase a new phone. This store operates very professionally, with courteous staff and they know what they’re doing. Went there today because I remembered a pleasant previous visit with one of my grandchildren's phones. Would highly recommend!

My four year old iPad is fantastic with a new battery! They promised in three days, said it would likely take two days then called me back the first afternoon saying it was ready. This store has done wonderful things for me with key fobs, UPS batteries, and many other strange batteries in addition to keeping me well supptwith AA and AAA batteries. Keep up the great work!

Stopped by here to get my son's screen on his phone fixed. I scheduled the appointment online and I received a $10 off coupon. There parking lot is a little weird, and it's one way in and one way out. It's kind of hard getting back to Two Notch from the parking lot, but if you drive across the parking lot to the light, it's much easier. I walked in and was greeted by the tech who was going to fix the phone. He did a few checks and asked some questions. My son's home button had come off and the tech asked the other tech in the store how much for another home button and he says "charge $15-$30 depending on the service. Mind you I'm standing right there! I'm thinking, you didn't pay a range, so why should I? I didn't really care for him or his response. The tech I was working with charged me $10 and would remove that if the new home button didn't work. He said the phone should be ready in about 45 minutes. I left and returned about 45 minutes later and it was all done. As promised, the home button did not work so, I wasn't charged. Then I used my $10 off coupon and I was gone. New screen and his phone looks brand new. I will return here for phone fixes (hopefully there won't be anymore). Only Upgrades, lol!!!
