I had the green screen of death on my new flip phone. Insurance sent a replacement but my old phone still had everything on it with no way to get it off. UBreakiFix helped with the data transfer quickly and sent me texts with updates the whole time. Overall, great service and prices. I’d highly recommend to anyone!

They are the real deal. Prices are higher because of the partnerships they have with Apple and Samsung. Gave me a free diagnostic and kept my computer overnight when it had water damage. The remote tech Asurion scheduled never arrived at my house. An agent was able to schedule an open appointment at a store location, and when I arrived the person at the desk was very nice and informative. They fixed my phone within the estimated time window. I'm only giving a 5-star rating due to the STORE experience being good. Asurion's claim process up until that point was a bit frustrating.

I've used this location numerous times. The people in the back that work on the devices are awesome! I have however had an issue with the front desk person. Giving false information and actually doubling down when I tried to correct him. He did apologize for being wrong after going in the back to ask a manager but it should have never happened. The person in front should be more informed and well versed. That's why I gave 4 stars.

Was referred there by Verizon. Went in and was told that I would need to file a claim with Asurion but got a text from UBreakIFix later that day saying the claim was filed and bring phone in anytime for repair. It would take about 2 hours. Took phone in for repair and they found another problem and repaired that as well. Was very pleased with customer service and repair. Highly recommend

Samsung Galaxy Z FLIP 3 protection screens are covered under warranty, which the UBreakiFix Team will assess for you. However, if you are no longer covered (as my daughter's warranty expired while she was overseas) by the Samsung protection screen warranty, uBreakiFix will take care of you. Walked in on a Saturday evening, she checked everything out, confirmed the screen protector was in stock, created my order and provided an estimated wait time of 30min. Too easy, especially when I received a notice (from my phone) the device was ready for pick up - all in under 15min. Great Experience. Great Price: $$ (Jan 2023).

I have a Pixel 6 pro and these guys are the Google authorized repair place. I called on Saturday and was told if I came close to opening time on Sunday, they could have my phone back to me the same day. The curved glass is a difficult repair that a lot of other places don't want to do or won't warrant. The guys got me in and out yesterday and my phone is like brand new. It wasn't cheap ($300+), but when you have a thousand dollar phone that you live by for work, it was money well spent after seeing the results. Thanks for the easy experience, prompt service, and good communication!

I filed a claim through Verizon last night to repair my cracked phone screen and scheduled for them to bring their repair van to my house at 1pm. They texted this morning and again about 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they would be coming and what I could expect from the visit. Technician was on time, friendly, very polite, and my phone was repaired by 2pm! I loved that they were willing to come to me and my screen looks great and is functioning well again. Could not recommend more!! It was $230 to fix my Pixel 6 screen (crack and whole screen was black), when I thought it was gonna be $300+ . They told me it would take close to 3 hours due to volume, only took them 45 minutes. They tried to find me deals to get anything cheap. Really great people, Brittany Faith and Heather.

I have been here twice for a cracked screen. Both times everything went well. They do a really good job. Both times phone looked brand new when they finished. I recommend getting the nano screen protector, it is a life saver. I put it on my screen after replacing it and on my wife's screen and they both look brand new still. If you need a fix I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Had to drop my tv off for a warranty repair. There were issues with the communication from the warranty company, but the staff was willing to speak with the warranty rep and tell them what they needed and even stayed a few minutes for me to pick my tv up within the same day.

Wonderful experience!!! Everyone in there was super nice! Magic and the gentleman who repaired my ph even stayed 30 mins over to get it done for me!!! You can't ask for better support then that! After I left I had to pull around back and put some air in my tires. Magic saw me and stopped to see if I needed any help. Above and beyond is all I can say! I would highly recommend this uBreakiFix location (Sunset Blvd) for your iPhone repairs. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the service. He actually got my daughters phone screen repaired and back in her hands in under 2 hours. He promptly called us, and sent a text, to inform us that the repair had been completed and the phone was ready for pickup. Their price was very competitive with similar shops in the area. Actually, they were a bit cheaper with a much more personable staff!

I had to go to uBreakiFix to get my Pixel 4a fixed. I had broken my screen and I had an insurance claim through my Google Fi account. I walked in and very quickly got helped. It didn't take long for them to take my phone and I was there at around 13:00. I got my phone back right around 18:50 before they closed. They fixed my phone very efficiently and I was impressed. Unfortunately, my screen started popping up, but I went when they opened the next morning and they fixed it in ~20min. I was very pleased with the results and I got a screen protector so I hopefully won't be back. Great group of people all the way around, though.

TL;DR - Small phone repair store, try to drop off early in the morning and plan on picking up later in the day. Outside/pre-visit: The store hours on their website were incorrect when I went to make an appointment. The store opened at 10 am (Google is correct) but their website said noon. Also, the tech told me they weren't taking appointments even though the website allowed me to make an appointment. The store shares a parking lot with a few other stores, so parking can be tight at times. Inside: The inside of the store is small, and there are only two chairs for people to sit and wait in. Also, there are only two stations for people to accept phones and help customers, so the line and waiting area can get very crowded at times. There are a few phone cases for sale and a TV in the store, but otherwise the store looks fairly sparse. Store was clean. Service: My repair was covered by my google warranty so I cannot comment on the price. I dropped my phone off at 11:30 AM and it was done at 4:45 PM, which was a little more than the original 4.5 hours quoted to me. I also had to drive about an hour to the store since it was covered by my warranty. So that made the repair time difficult. The tech did say it was a busy day and they had been swamped all day. Staff: I had no issues with the staff and the service techs were friendly and professional. They apologized for the delay in service time and worked with me to make sure I was always in the loop with regards to what was going on.

First, the phone repair appears to be well done. Unfortunately that is the only positive feedback that I can provide. The business was short staffed and drop off and pickup wait times were each greater than 30 mins. The staff was complaining about system issues and struggling to process customers. Then at checkout I was told the Welcome discount coupon that I received directly from the uBreakIfix website wasn't valid for Samsung phones because they only make $5 on each repair..

This company was recommended by Asurion to fix my phone screen on an insurance claim. They squeezed me in on New Years Eve at noon. I had no back up phone to use and we were headed into a holiday weekend. A group of family members were all very sick 700 miles away and I could not lose touch with them all weekend. AND they were closing early. But they got me in anyway and they were indeed very busy. They are all very nice and true dedicated professionals. I can not adequately express how THANKFUL I am to UBREAKIFIX! They stayed open late on NYE to get all those phones done. Mine was fixed perfectly and I was on my way.... and joyous! They didn't give me any confirmation that they took my device from me for services and they didn't send me an email confirmation as an alternative. I dropped my cell phone Sunday, the morning of Halloween which also happens to be my son's birthday (so a VERY busy day for me). Only the screen was damaged but it was damaged to the point I could not use the phone. I need my phone for work so getting it repaired prior to Monday was imperative. Verizon sent me to iBreakuFix. Nick, the manager, checked me in. He confirmed he could repair my phone, confirmed they had all of the parts and processed my insurance through Verizon. He told me they were shorthanded but assured me they would get to my phone. He gave me a time to return of 5:30. I commented that the store closed at 5 but he assured me they would be there repairing all the phones they had taken in that day. Honestly, I was very concerned I would return to a locked door because who stays open late anymore AND it was Halloween after all. But thankfully, when I returned, the door was not only open but Nick was inside helping a new customer transfer the data on an old phone to a new phone. I gathered this was not even something he was paid to do. The customer was an older person who had health issues that made it very important she always have an operational cell phone. I was super impressed that Nick would be so kind. Brandon, the tech, brought out my repaired phone. It was good as new!!! I am really impressed with the commitment to service displayed by these employees. In addition, Nick was very professional and patient under the stress of being short handed and staying open late. I am VERY thankful for the service I received at this store!!

I was very pleased with my experience. They all treated me very well. Called them before I left my house 2 1/2 hours aways. The data wasn't workings on my phone but had phone and text. Knew about where I was going but would need landmarks. The guy was so helpful with given me the landmarks. I had to call to ask which exit was I the take on I 20 He even told me the exit to take off of I20 to Sunset Blvd _Hwy378. I was able to drive Straight to their location. They fixed my phone in just over a hour. When I returned to pick my phone up they helped me set the phone back up.made sure the data was fixed and that the phone and text was working. Phone was 1 month old and son dropped it and small area of screen had pixel damage. Verizon said take it to ubreakiFix and they assisted me on how to make insurance claim and what to say. Insurance said needed new phone and I let them know, iFix said they could fix it by replacing screen with much smaller deductible. Inurance said they know better, so did way smaller deductible and iFix had screen replaced and new battery in about 3hrs, which is what they said with the backup they had.

Took my phone to them today 4/13/21 as a walk-in. Had an appointment for home repair which was cancelled and I had already filed a claim through my carriers insurance. I came in to have my Galaxy s20 FE repaired as I had broken the screen. Unfortunately they only had 1 of the needed screen replacements in stock and it was being held in reserve for a customer with an insurance claim. I was prepared to go else where, however the girl at the front desk decided to check with her boss if it was okay to use the part since it was still unclaimed and was unlikely to be claimed that day. They agreed and I was cleared for the repair. This was very much appreciated as she could have just allowed me to leave since she had a valid reason but instead she went the extra mile to help me out. 5 star service from her as she was also friendly and informative. I forgot to ask her name so i cant give her a name drop but she said "Awesome sauce" a few times so im sure the owner can figure it out and pass on my compliments. As for the repair its self it was reasonably priced at 160 for the damage to the screen being complete. I was given a 3-4 hr time window but the repair was done in 2. Unfortunately this was not the end of my repair. The screen was new and the phone seemed to be in working order but on the ride back home it lost service. I took the phone back and they decided to wipe the phone to see if it would fix the issue however this led to another bizarre issue where after the wipe my pincode no longer worked to unlock my phone. After a lot of effort to get around the new issue from the manager and my self, he finally decided the best route would be to send the phone in to Samsung and offered to reimburse the cost of any fee they might charge. Although this was not ideal as I need my phone for work, this was also appreciated. A less reputable place may have decided to try and shift the blame to me or on other areas of the phone instead of owning up to the issues stemming from the original repair. After another trip home I was thankfully able to finally figure out a way to get my phone unlocked where I was able to find that the no service issue had not been resolved by the phone wipe/reset. The manager asked me to come in the next day so they could open the phone back up and give it another check before going the route through Samsung and I agreed. So after one more set of trips there and back, the issue was resolved as it turned out there was just a loose internal wire causing the problem. Even though it was not ideal to have to make several trips there and back and be without my phone for a day instead of a few hours, the friendly service and willingness to handle and own up to the unforseen issues with repair without any question means I would definitely recommend them and use them again my self. You can be sure that they will fix the problem and if any issues arise they will not try and pass the buck onto you.

This place is great. They are timely and efficient. They use real Samsung parts and are officially connected to Samsung. Your phone will be just like factory new and it was 90 dollars cheaper than the other places I check that were only replacing the broken glass with a 18 dollar Chinese knock off. Your phone keeps its warranty and water resistant rating and will be like you never broke it. I had my phone back just like new before I even missed having it. Great staff and very informative. My son’s Xbox stopped working several months ago. I took it to one local place and was told the mother board was bad and it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. I let it sit several months and planned to get one of the new platforms that just came out. This week I decided to get a second opinion. I dropped it off Monday about 4pm. He started to take it in the back after I asked for a diagnosis since I wasn’t positive what the symptoms were trying to decipher from my child what it was doing. While others here have also in their own ways, in the past, gotten something done for me or worked me in.. it has always felt like pulling teeth.. rather than feeling like the company is really blooming to help people... because truth is, these things are attached to us.. we do about everything from them.. especially us who use them for business. It's hard to work in for both parties many times, but totally inconvenient for the end user all of the time. The cards haven't fallen in my favor this past week of not having a working phone, and it's been made Very difficult to get done. Today, another issue arose... but, Majik understood, had compassion, and took it upon herself to help the situation be resolved. This is what it takes to succeed as an honorable business, but it can't be upheld upon one person's shoulders.. it needs to be shared and upheld by everyone in the team and in the company. Majik, at least from what I saw today, you're a model figure for what others should look at to be like when it comes to customer service, satisfaction, appreciation, and compassion. I hope all of the others will. When it comes to the company and rest who work within it, my input is to just be honest and true in everything you say and do. Perform to the best of your ability, and/or learn to provide better if lacking. Be honest in Everything with your customers and fight for them when it comes to insurance. If ~an insurance~ tries to get you to do something that you feel is shady, refuse and tell them it's not in yours, the company, or the customers best interest and that you won't do it (I.e. telling a customer they have to get a new phone after you've mistakenly damaged it while opening it). Sometimes it takes a reminder, and I'm going to have my own compassion and understanding here towards past situations of mine that I'll save mentioning. So I won't dock stars over that, as this review is for Majik, as an employee of UBIF. I've owned 6 Samsung phones in 7 years and finally broke the screen on one - my Note 9. While searching for a replacement screen to replace it myself since I used to repair iPhones years ago, I stumbled upon their Google business listing. I called and set an appointment for the next morning. They told me it would take 2-3 hours to fix it (which included a new battery) and test that it was up to Samsung specs. It took them 2.5 hours and cost almost the same as a screen by itself if I had replaced it. I will definitely recommend them and hopefully will never need them again. But if I break another phone, there is no doubt I would take it them!

Had the back replaced on my note 8 they did a great job at this shop, I just want people to be aware that if your phone once had water resistance they claim they can reseal the phone but that is not a guarantee. I went to the one in Charlotte about a year ago when this one was not here for a warranty issue, they claimed it would maintain its water resistance but it did not! That particular store also claimed they warrantied their work but in the fine print it said they would not cover any water damage on their work. So if your phone is ever cracked open do not trust that it is waterproof despite what they say. Side note, I never submerged my phone. It only recieved residual splashes in the bathroom and condensation developed behind the camera lens. Other then these small things everything is good thus far. If i get caught in the rain later on or something and the same thing happens again I will update.
