Traded in 3 phones this morning. Customer service was great. It took a minute to get the offers all in, but we received exactly what we were told by T-Mobile on the promotions. So glad I switched from Verizon.

1st time going to this location. I normally go to the location on Harbison to purchase items, etc. The staff was nice, greeted me when I came in. I purchased 2 liquid screen protectors, unfortunately one of my liquid screen protectors were dry, no moisture on the 1st applicator which was Alcohol to clean your phone screen and on the 3rd applicator which is the liquid protector that you apply to the screen. I felt robbed after paying for 2 and got 1 😪 When I normally go to the Harbison location a staff member normally put it on for me, The young lady who helped me did went to get her manager to put it on my device but unfortunately, when she checked, the manager had left for the day and she was unsure of how to do it because she haven't been there to long and her other co-workers were busy 😢so 😔 that's, that. SOL

Shanell was very helpful and patient today. She listened to my issue and figured out how to get it resolved. After two trips to another location my frustration was building but I feel satisfied things are now on the right track. Update ... went in today and Nay took care of me. She had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new phone.

Everytime I go to the store I end up having a ball and laughing to tears while getting excellent service. Always a well stocked store as well. I was even able to find a watch in the size and color that I wanted that I wasn't able to find at any other store or even online.

The customer service I experienced today was above and beyond what I could have imagined. Habiba took time out of her day to figure out the problem of switching over my number from Verizon. She got on the phone herself and got the issue resolved. There is not enough stars I could give her for her professionalism and customer service. She is a rock star.

I went to this location a week ago and received great customer service. I know from experience that visiting this type of establishment I would probably have to wait. For what I needed, I did have to wait but Hannah and Bruce were awesome. Hannah was so calm even though she had some challenges trying to serve this Sprint customer 🙂. Bruce was just over the top funny and it made my wait that more pleasurable. Even though this location is not near my home, I would patronize it again because of Hannah and Bruce. Thanks guys! 🥰

I love the employees! After switching over (and before eSIM became a thing), they were quick to set up my service. The SIM card fee is $25, but customer care will usually credit that back to you. Just be nice and send a message via Twitter.

I like T-Mobile. The prices are good. And the customer services is normally excellent. I wish that their mobile coverage was a little better. I travel the nation and sometimes don't have service. And I miss the self pay kiosk at this location, but if not having one will save jobs I am all for it.

Habiba Sumter helped me amd she was awesome. She was helpful in helping me select the right phone for my sister that is older. She took time to explain the new phone. Consumer Cellular was slow to release my number amd she had to make several calls to get it completed. Consumer Cellular wanted three days to release the number. I appreciate her effort to expedite the process.
