Excellent service! Great prices! The staff is very knowledgeable and they do quality work. Got my IPhone screen and Battery replaced here, took them less than 45min, backed with a warranty. I used to go to Best Buy for all my cases and protectors, I will never go to Best Buy again. They carry a variety of Quality grade screen protectors which are top of the line and half the cost of Best Buy.

I paid to have my iPhone XS phone screen fixed because it was cracked. They replaced my phone screen in under an hour, it was perfect service and amazing for the price. The next morning I woke up, my phone screen was black and did not work. I immediately took it back into the shop and it was fixed in under an hour for no charge at all. The employee explained to me that sometimes screens are just faulty and I had to pay nothing to have a new one put on. I would definitely go back, great quality for the price. The employees are all extremely friendly and understand and considerate of your time.

WOW... i rarely will give FIVE stars.... I had a bad IPhone battery... Called was given a great price and said it could be done while i wait...EXCELLENT client service from the greeting at the door, to listening to problem, then Jose letting me know that they could take care of it and have me out in about 45 minutes. Not only did they take care of the phone but while i waited, I was served fresh coffee to help with the wait. In approximately 40 minutes phone was ready. Yes they gave me a new IPhone battery at a great price but MOST importantly I walked out of ITech knowing that I mattered and that I was valued as a person and client. Thank you for your service to the business community!!! I can only hope that others can follow your service!!! If you have a phone need or service DON'T hesitate to visit ITech!!

I brought my iphone 6 in at 6pm (when they close at 7) The manager was kind enough to take the time to do the repair on the spot so I could have my phone that night. I did have to go back the next day because the mic malfunctioned but the manager was again kind enough to fix it on the spot and offered me a free tempered glass screen protector for the inconvenience of having to come back (which more than compensated for my troubles). They were easy to deal with, quick, and very reasonably priced

Great service and fast! My Samsung Note 8 went dead on me and would not charge -- total black screen of death. Took it to Verizon and they said it was DOA and I'd have to pay the $440 left due on the phone to upgrade or go through my insurance and pay $200 for a replacement. Luckily I did a quick Google search and found iTech Connections. They chatted with me online about the problem, told me that if it was the battery it could be replaced TODAY! The cost was $25 for the diagnostic and $69 for the battery but they kindly credited the cost of the diagnostic. So here I am about 5 hours later and I'm back in business! Thanks so much to the professional and skilled folks at iTech Connections!

I went to iTech connections to have my iPhone 6 repaired. I had to get the screen and charging port replaced and they were absolutely amazing. The screen would light up but not show anything on the display and the charging port was wishy washy for almost a month now but when I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Britt who also happened to be the technician who fixed my phone. I came in right before closing time so I knew it wasnt going to be fixed that night but it was done and ready by the next afternoon and the prices were very reasonable. I live in Orangeburg SC and will gladly be going back to have any future devices fixed with them. I will recommend anyone to them to have their devices repaired.

Since then, they have repaired my iPhone that was accidentally dropped in water and it still works til this day! Always professional and accommodating of my needs. Nin$endo $witch repaired. Screen was busted up bad, I bought an LCD and digitizer replacement kit when trying to do it myself, I found that it was too difficulty. Jose understood, and took great care with explaining the process. After only a week, I got it back in perfect condition. He made sure I knew to put a glass protector back on, which tells me he cares about my product. I would defiantly do business again. I'm glad we've a local repair shop instead of hauling it off to nin$endo for a crazy repair price/Plus shipping. You won't be disappointed with the result, professionalism and price.
