I had to do a review on the rep Chase at the att&t store on two notch. Even though Chase had multiple customers to assist he kept his composure and stayed very professional and made sure he assisted every customer in the store. The manager John Watson was able to help me get a new phone. More importantly he helped me retrieved lost voicemails from my recently passed brother. I couldn’t have done it with out him. I Am extremely happy with the service I received. Means a lot to me that he did everything to help me!

By far the best at&t this side of Columbia. Customer service is top notch on two notch. 😉 Was lucky enough to have been helped by Devante who has great customer service skills. Was in there from 10 a.m to 11:30 a.m getting my phone set up and I watched him run the store by himself. Devante greeted each customer cheerfully and respectfully as they walked through the door and was very personable, finding something to talk about with each customer until he could help them. Promote Devante ahead of peers and place in more challenging positions cuz he already bodied this one. 🤘🏼🤘🏼

I came into AT&T looking for a new phone because mine had been freezing up and apps were opening left and right randomly. I expected to walk in and be sold into a million things that I don't need like every other phone store that I've been to. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the way this stores salesmen/women conducted themselves. I was lucky enough to work with "Danny" and instead of setting me up with an ipad I didn't need or want and a bunch of other random accessories, he worked with me to find the best phone and the best set up for me. He was calm, attentive, polite, and incredibly helpful! I love my new phone and haven't been able to stop messing around with it since I got it! The only extras he sold me on were a screen protector (which I've already dropped my phone 9 times in 2 weeks and the screen is in perfect condition because of it) and a portable battery (which I use everyday at work now and never would have thought how much I needed it until Danny told me about them). Ultimately, this is the best experience I have had at a phone store, if you're going to get a new phone or are even just are thinking about it, these guys are 100% the people to go to!

Our family went to an Att&T store on Two notch road today! We wanted to give Mr. Sam a BIG THANK YOU!!! He was very helpful, understanding, caring and knowledgeable about the need of my husband's cell phone. We didn't know why my husband cell phone wasn't charging properly. Immediately, Mr Sam knew that the cell phone was clogged with dust. Within 5 minutes, we were on our way!!!!! Thanks Mr. Sam you're the Best!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Experiencing trouble with my iPhone. I went to the Florence store (45 minute drive) and they were not very helpful. Drove to the Two Notch Rd store in Columbia (hour & 20 minute drive) Danny immediately greeted me and was so very helpful. My family has been an AT & T customer for 25+ years. Hands down, today's visit has been the most helpful and best experience I have had with AT & T.

Individual helping me at the two notch location on the 26th of December was friendly and multitasked well to get customers moving and helped with Other issues while I was waiting on my information to back up on my old phone. I got my new iPhone and love it! But when it came to backing up my photos, videos, and contacts on my Samsung so I could switch/transfer it all over to iPhone. The representative wasn’t helpful on that. My old phone was wiped clean as I had traded it in for a discount towards the new phone. I thought I had backed up everything on google drive, but it didn’t stick. I wish the representative would have let me make sure everything got transferred before she wiped the old phone clean. advice I would give is to make sure everything is properly saved or that you write down important numbers before switching, and send important photos to email so it’s backed up. Otherwise this place did well and I would recommend it.

I finally broke down and upgraded from my adorable flip phone (which was slowly losing some features) for an iPhone X. Knowing NOTHING can't even begin to describe my needing help. Not only did Jiovana get my phone activated promptly, she was very patient with me, answering my 1000 questions and showing me how to work the phone. She went above and beyond in ensuring I understood the basics. She and I agreed that I would come back in if I couldn't figure out something, and she would be happy to help. Her attitude was great, and I didn't feel rushed or silly for asking questions. THANK YOU, Jiovana!!!

The young lady working at the time (Brieanda, I believe was her name) was able to answer all of my questions and help me make the best purchase for me. She didn’t try to con or trick me into getting anything that I didn’t need. My trip to this store was a wonderful experience.

Me and my fiance were just at this location and to deter any untrue reviews that may come up, we witnessed the manager, Bina, being berated by a very nasty couple who we can only assume were trying to run a phone scam. When asked very basic questions in order to receive a free phone, the man became defensive. The female joined in and they both began making very aggressive and racist comment towards Bina. Despite this, she held it together and maintained professionalism. She was then able to provide excellent service to us despite just being verbally assaulted by this couple, who was holding a CHILD the whole time. 5 stars.
