My recent experience at this location has been great! I had the absolute pleasure of working with two top notch professionals: Shay and Kelly. Both ladies were very nice and helpful. They took time to answer my questions and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left the store. These days, good customer service is unusual. Thankfully that’s not true for this Verizon location! I’ve been a very happy and satisfied Verizon customer for many years. It’s customer service representatives like Shay and Kelly who help make Verizon my one and only choice for mobile service.

Yesterday, to my horror, my entire group of saved text messages disappeared entirely from my recently purchased Moto razr phone. These messages were transferred at time of purchase and backup was turned on. I tried every internet "fix" and reluctantly went on the Verizon chat site. This was an exercise in futility, time consuming, beyond awful and exceedingly unhelpful. Same for their IT department and a trip to another Verizon store. This morning I met Jack, the only person working this morning in this River Forest shop with a line of customers. He was phenomenal. He reminded me of triage staff in emergency rooms I have seen, simultaneously juggling the phone travails of 3 other customers while at the same time assessing my data loss, all with an unflappable calm. This employee is a rockstar. He helped me restore my data which everyone else had said was gone forever. Promote him and pay him to train other staff!

It is so nice when you go to a store and people there treat not just like a number...this is exactly the feeling my friend and I had when we stop by TCC River Forest today. We thought we would stay there for hours and the staff would make us buy a lot of things, but we were wrong, ufa!! After a dreadful experience at a Verizon corporate store, I ended up visiting this retailer on the Fourth of July holiday. The lone salesperson was the manager Jack who deftly handled my purchase and set-up my phone, while attending to four other customers who wandered in. Jack was patient and informative, and delivered super customer service where the other store failed miserably. While I felt sorry he was stuck handling the whole place by himself on a national holiday, he was the consummate professional, answering questions and problem solving with apparent ease. One more thing: while I suspect my new iPhone 12 may not have needed a new jack, I agreed to try the one that was recommended and it's given my phone a lightning fast charge. Anyway, got such a good Verizon deal on my trade-in, and such excellent service, that the accessory is icing on the cake.

Not only did he help me in minutes, I got all my contacts back that I thought were gone for good! He is not a regular employee here I learned, but he is amazing and so are the rest of the employees. Had a very pleasant experience purchasing new phones from here. Went in about 15 minutes before closing and talked to Leo. He helped us order the phones we wanted, and was up front about all of the costs and delivery time. (iPhones at Christmas, who would think they wouldn't be in stock?) Service was great, didn't try to upsell us, and it didn't feel like it was a fight to get out questions answered. Hopefully everyone else working there is as helpful as Leo is.

In that retailing center it took a guy about an hour to do all the operations🤦🏼‍♀️ He said that all was done and now my phone will be working, but it wasn’t😤😡. Actually, he input the wrong account number😕 So, I went to this Verizon retailing center in Oak park and thanks to Brian my phone is working now again👌🏻👍🏻🙏🏻 He helped me to call to my previous provider, and was assisting in talking to them, since my English is not that good. I had problems with my phone thanks to IOS’s update 12 causing havoc. I went in to trade in for a new phone. Worked with Jamie, who I had met when I switched to Verizon a few years ago. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. She walked me through the options and was extremely professional answering my questions and letting me know what offers were available without being pushy with up selling. I upgraded my phone, bought several accessories (also very knowledgeable about the products carried and the options, even looked up a prior purchase to make sure I bought the right iPad case) and was done all in about 10-15 minutes. I was amazed, I had expected a far more complicated process. The change in management at this store and the staff it currently has have consistently impressed me.

Hello everyone I want to tell you how amazing I was treated at TCC Verizon in River Forest. I deliver mail and on this particular day it rained all day and my phone happened to get wet and unfortunately the screen went out. I came to Verizon in River Forest and the manager Jack went above and way beyond to help me . Luckily I had the insurance!!! (Please add the insurance. Trust me!) Phone carriers don't give out loaner phones anymore but Jack came to the rescue like a superhero and came from the back of the store and said " You can use this until you receive your replacement phone " Wow ! I ran into a few delays and stopped in to let Jack know and he said " Don't worry " so I had the loaner phone a few more days . ( If my husband was this attentive and caring I'd still be married!) We need more customer service like this . THANKS JACK!!
