Had an amazing experience at the Verizon in west Chicago. I had a few questions about my bill and Kayla looked into it and provided expert knowledge. My last Verizon seemed to lie and not know what was going on. I’m very pleased with her and her knowledge. Definitely switching to this Verizon location for everything I need in the future. If you need a upgrade or a new line of service I definitely suggest this Verizon store. Overall I am beyond please and I will not be shopping at or working with any other Verizon besides this store because of her. Always ask for Kayla!!! She will always have Expert knowledge and get you the best deal possible! always ask for her and I promise you will be in Good hands!! I have Never have been happier with a phone company in my life! Honestly she deserves a raised for her knowledge and customer service. A 100/10 for customer service from me!!!

I was so impressed by this store and their employee, Kayla. When you walk into this store they ask how they can help you. ATT tries to sell you something you don’t need. Kayla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their programs and policies. She was very patient and didn’t try to rush my son and I, but we were in and out of there in an hour, switching carriers and getting all new phones for 4 people. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment so you don’t have to wait.

The West Chicago location is one of a few that are open on Sundays. My wife and I walked in to upgrade our phones and were greeted immediately by Sean in a friendly, professional manner. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure that we were aware of the best deals available for us, and made sure to get us every discount available! These guys are GREAT! The store went above and beyond in all expectations. We came in a minute until closing and Edemir and Julie greeted us with a smile and asked what they could. My husband had damaged his phone and it was not working even a little. They spent time showing us different phones, options, and accessories and saving me money. They were patient and understanding and went above and beyond when on a Friday night when they should have been home. They missed their families to help with mine with no complaint or annoyance. Traveling for work I unexpectedly broke my personal phone. I went to several Verizon's and felt the most comfortable working with these guys to buy a new one. We had to wait for the (very popular) phone I decided on to arrive in store, so I came back again a few days later. Again, everyone in the store was kind and accomodating. Unfortunately, things didn't go exactly to plan with shipping times, but Curtis and his colleagues went above and beyond to make sure that I didn't have to go any longer without a phone. They treated me with nothing but professionalism and kindness (and a little comedic relief) even when I was upset and impatient. They could have easily told me SOL, but instead they validated my concerns and created solutions. Thank you!

This store was running a promotion in late November so I was supposed to get a credit for the $40 upgrade fee. Three months later and still no credit on my bill. I have called twice and given 2 different answers. Today Doug called and I think the problem has been resolved. It is unfortunate that it took so many attempts to get it right.

Today I went into our local Verizon store that I have been a customer for several years and every time I go, I always ask for Curtis, he was not working today and although I got taken care of, it was not the same. Curtis always goes above & beyond for our family and you can tell he wants to really take care of you! My husband was in there a few weeks back and he took care of him at the time, he asked about ways to decrease our bill and he came home and said for me to stop in, which I did today and talk to Curtis and he will figure out different ways for us to save as we spend ALOT of money with Verizon. He has always found ways to make it beneficial & affordable to our family. Like I said, I was taken care of today and the guys in there were very nice but I always look forward to Curtis taking care of us! He was very missed today!!

I had an issue with "talk back" so I stopped into the Verizon store in Adams Friendship Wisconsin...they told me I had to pay $16 for them to remove it...not very customer friendly so I continued my trip back to West Chicago and stopped at the Verizon store 200 W. North Ave where Edimir Arguelles, Store Manager gladly helped and removed the irritating "talk back" feature. What a difference...this is why I chose Verizon ....so I hope somebody coaches the manager and team in Adams Friendship, WI. Thank you.
