Went in there to inquire about the cost of a battery replacement and was given a price, told them “thank you” and as I’m leaving they then told me a lower price. “Okay for you? I’ll do it for -$10 (off original price)” Alright so that was weird. I didn’t tell them no, I was simply asking bc I’m am interested in a battery replacement, just not at that very moment. So which is it? The original price you told me or this new price.

Ordered a replacement screen kit on Amazon for my iPhone 7. Turns out the tools that came in the kit were not quite the right tools for the job. Popped in here 10 mins before closing and they agreed to fix my half changed screen for a small labor fee. Had me out of there in 15-20 minutes and made no fuss about me being so late in the day that I kept them open late. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Fair price. Bought a screen protector for a fair price as well. Very happy with my experience. Will skip trying to fix myself if there’s a next time and just go here instead! Would’ve been cheaper and less of a headache. Thanks!

And because that I came to them, they even sold me a phone case and a very very good glass screen protector for a good deal and they installed it themselves and they sold me a very good premium bluetooth Headset for good price. I came over this place to have my iPhone screen replaced ... and about 15 minutes later it was done!!! Very fast service with reasonable price. I had checked with other places around that area - they offer 1-2 hour to wait and the price is higher. In addition, the area is convenient- you can take a break in Dunkin Donuts in couple doors away from the repair store while you wait for your phone to be fixed or go to bank or shop at grocery store (what I did). This has to be not only the best, but the fastest service ever. I walked in to get my IPhone 5 Screen replaced, and was told it would take about half an hour. So I decided to wait. 6 min later he walked from he back with my phone done . Good job Cell World!!

So happy I found this place! I have an iPhone 6 and the screen has been cracked for a while but I didn't have time to get it fixed. Then today when I went to swipe the screen it wouldn't let me unlock my phone to use it. I called another place but they wanted to charge me 119 dollars just to fix the screen. I kept looking and this place was the only other place open on a Sunday and they charged me almost half what the other place wanted to charge me. I went here and they took 15 minutes and I had a working phone with a brand new screen protector. If I have any more issues I will definitely be going back. :)

I went to Cell World to repair my Blackberry Priv cracked screen. Yes I have a Blackberry. Mohammed and Hahn were great, they not only fixed my screen with the screen of another Priv I had, but they did it in just a short time. I was able to wait for my phone, they were polite and my phone works great ! Their fees for repairs are not only reasonable but also honest, not like other stores I had called. They were friendly and professional, I will definitely be back for all my cellular needs, better service than T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and AT&T put together

I dropped my phone unfortunately and it cracked near the power switch I could not see anything so I ended up coming to Cell World the next day. Sameer was very helpful and he provided my phone to another Network and my phone was repaired the next day. I couldn't receive the phone at the time because I was going out of town but Sameer understood this so he gave me a loaner until I came back. The price for repair was reasonable. My phone works fine and it looks good and I'm definitely putting another case on it. If that case fails to perform its function and my phone breaks again I know exactly that I can come back to Cell World Thanks Sameer!

I have to say, Cellworld really went above and beyond to delivery exceptional service. Long story short- I called and made my appointment and showed up. The technician had some transportation issue and they contacted me informed me that since they are unable to get to the appointment on time, they will meet me anywhere within the vicinity of the city to get my iphone screen repaired and any other protection accessories FREE OF CHARGE! We set up another appointment and they showed up, fixed the screen, put screen protection and a beautiful case ALL FREE! i mean, seriously, who does that? They follow through and communicated with follow up to make sure, the phone is working as expected. I cannot even say more "THANK YOUS" to the team at CellWorld.
