Awesome service. They’ll take care of you. Eric helped with an iPhone screen repair. He answered all my questions and returned my phone within an hr. The whole experience was so pleasant. They also placed a new screen protector on my phone with meticulous attention to detail, coming the screen with a microfiber towel, air can duster, and sealing it with a mini squeegee. These guys pay attention to detail.

Eric provided an excellent experience for me. He was extremely patient and supportive with running diagnostics on my bricked Google Pixel 3 phone. He went above and beyond to check what could be done for my phone. Ultimately it appears something extremely internal is wrong with my 2 year old phone so it needs replaced, but Eric spent about an hour trying and testing things out, and ultimately did not even charge me anything since my phone couldn't be fixed. Overall great experience.

Cedric was awesome. My Apple MacBook wouldn't start up. After working with Apple's online chat, senior advisor via phone, and 2 technicians at the Apple store, Apple told me that the only thing they could do next was to hard start it which would completely wipe my computer clean, all data, everything. Considering computer only had a power issue and year old, I thought that was a nuclear, last resort issue/not first choice issue, so I took my computer back and went to UbreakIfix. As I had guessed, it was a cable not connected that was a factory issue. 2 minutes of plugging it back in and I was on my way with all my data. Had Apple had their way, I would've lost everything over an issue that could've been fixed if they'd only opened the case. UbreakIfix told me upfront that no charge on diagnostic which many other places wanted $75 just to talk to me. I also was looking at paying over $700 for data recovery to let Apple wipe my computer clean which wouldn't have fixed the issue at all. Highly recommend to consult with them before doing ANYTHING.

Lots of places to go to have your tech fixed; however, this location is top notch, primarily because of Cedric! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He got me right in, signed me up on their loyalty program, and I was out with a new screen and backing within a few hours; I expected it to take a couple days! What a stud. Ownership should be thrilled to have this kind of sturdy, young man working for them in today's employment environment. As the owner of several LLCs, I would kill to have a business stocked full of Cedrics! They literally can't pay this guy enough; he should be an engineer or administrator making 100k+ a year...AND I guarantee at this rate, he WILL be soon. For real, I never leave reviews. This is longer than all the reviews I have ever left in my life...combined! But Cedric is a champion and had to let Chicago know...you need more Cedrics and less entitled, lazy do nothings! A 100% go to for any technical issues with any electronics. Cedric was extremely helpful! On two occasions now has he gone out of his way to help me as much as possible. I had a cracked pixel 5a and he gave it back to me within 30 minutes w a replaced screen. I also wanted to get my Laptop optimized and he helped reduce my cpu load as much as possible. Eric is awesome!!!! Brought my phone in due to not being able to charge. Eric was able to determine I needed a new battery and was able to help me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location. Exceptional customer service.

Truly great service! Eric and Tracy did a wonderful job helping me today. They were patient, really listened to my issue, understood the underlying cause and were able to quickly and knowledgeably act to try to help me. They did everything they could to fix my phone and could have fully fixed it, but ultimately I decided the cost wasn't worth it. I would definitely return to this location again if I have any future issues.
