We got an iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced..the original screen was cracked. We were happy to see new screen on the phone. But from boot fingerprint scanner didn't work (minor inconvenience) and then the home button started freaking out the screen accessibility option (I disabled that in the settings - minor inconvenience) that very might the earpiece speaker went out (now it's a Phone... without earpiece speaker...it's a major inconvenience) day 3 (phone screen freezing up and had to force shutdown/reboot to unfreeze)...with password the only way entry ...screen freezing totally stops phone functionality. None of these issues existed with the factory original even cracked screen (the phone was bought brand new from Apple) The repair person is beyond helpful...we would like to give them another chance to rectify all the issues, so I can update the ratings the deserve.

I've used Batteries Plus for all of our battery needs and today used them for iPhone screen repair and they were done in 45 mins and also did the screen protector. Everything was perfect as usual. They are always super kind and helpful!! Great customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with not just superficial courtesy but with enthusiasm and a happy employee. The cell phone battery replacement was fast and efficient in every way. That young man gave me renewed faith in the younger generation coming along in these customer support positions. I know there are a lot of just unfortunately nasty customers out here in the general public making being enthusiastic, happy and courteous a lot of the time. It was so pleasant to see it made my day.

Charles gave fantastic service. I had to bring my phone in earlier than my appointment because of a schedule conflict on my part, and then I couldn’t return until one minute to close. He was accommodating and happy to help despite my being unable to adhere to the scheduled appointment. I will go on to say that I have used batteries plus a handful of times, for a few different services and have always been satisfied with the customer service, price point and convenience of having my phone repaired in town and returned to me the same day. Thank you!!!!

I dropped my Samsung7 and broke the screen on Saturday night. I took the phone in around 7 pm, and it was fixed by Sunday early afternoon. The employees provided great customer service! I was so glad that Batteries+ is open on Sunday or I would of had to wait until Monday to take elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Of course they build batteries to last 18 months in your phone. I am not spending 600-1000 on a new phone just because the battery went out. So I brought my phone in and they had a new battery in it in a matter of 15 minutes and only 70$!! I can handle that!!! Thank you for the excellent service!!!

I had a cell phone battery replaced yesterday. The store personnel had it completed in the time they estimated, and were friendly and professional about it. I've dealt with these fellows on a number of occasions over a period of years, and as you can see, I still go there, and I recommend them without hesitation or qualification. I'm glad to have them in town.

Had an old iPhone 6s (I use it like an iPod) bulge on me. Booked an appointment for 45 minutes from "now" and drove to the store. Ran some errands and came back 45 minutes later and the phone was ready and working - with a $10 discount since I booked the appointment online. This is great service…!

My battery was replaced in my cell phone while I waited and since I have back problems, standing is not my strong point. I waited in my car and when the battery was replaced and the cell phone was working properly, one of the gentlemen came out and told me my phone was ready. Excellent service a courteous personnel.
