Arrow is the absolute best!!!! We went into AT&T very stressed because our service had got shut off. At first, we were told there was nothing they could do, and we would just need to pay the fee to get it back on and after we explained that we pay our bill in full every month we were sent to the manager Arrow who helped us to sort it all out it took a very long time to find the problem and she was extremely patient and professional. After finding the problem she then called her AT&T representatives and stayed on the phone for so long that we had to leave to pick up our children across town and when we got back there, she was still on the phone advocating for us and stayed on the phone until they fixed all the issues. Arrow is the best. Thank you so much for your determination and patients. We really appreciated your help!

Went to AT&T to buy a phone case and screen. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Chad made helpful suggestions and put my screen protector on perfectly. I would go back.

Chad is by FAR the best AT&T employee I've done business with. He worked for over 5 hours to get my disconnected phone back up and working since FirstNet cancelled it for no reason.

Trenton was awesome! I was in the store for 3 hours but it was taken care of. He was working alone while everyone else was at a baseball game. It was quite hectic but he did great. I really appreciate his help and getting my great uncle a phone while he is in a nursing home.

After the shipping company used by at&t wouldn’t help me get my phone one of the managers spent 30 min on the phone with them to get me my phone. They totally did not need to do that but did anyways. Really good people that work there

Amazing customer service!! 2 years ago was pretty bad. And I dreaded walking in today. But the current team was efficient and got people taken care of quickly. Only waited 5 mins, and then Mark went above and beyond to help me. Very thankful of his knowledge and help!

While my problem was fixed but the representative definitely did not look professional as far as appearance if you want to wear piercings on your face that's fine but not on the clock and dealing with customers I'm usually not one to judge but it wasn't just necessarily that it was also she seemed to have this I don't want to be here feeling because while I was working on the problem and she was helping me a little bit she was also on her phone a little bit. One other time I visited I was having an internet issue with my phone and the suggestion I was given erased all my saved networks. But seriously this is a professional store this isn't a place to display your facial piercings and so on. A good attitude is something to have and willingness to help but please try and look the part not just act the part.

Chad is super rad, and got me set with a sure bet. Verizon was just prizin, bad service, lots of signal dropout. Never had solid data, even just on a simple night out. Awesome new samsung s22 in forest green, keeps me lookin real mean. Been searching high and low for a deal, and Chad for sure had one I could feel. When you go in, look for Chad with the silver super man ring, and youll know your dealing with the king.

These guys are amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful, and more than willing to do whatever it takes to take care of the customer. Sam and Tim are my lifesavers. I had a warranty issue that took almost 2 hours to resolve. Sam made it happen. I wish I purchased my phones from him a year ago. We have 5 open lines and devices, I guarantee he will be my go to from now on for what ever I need to buy! I dont give 2 spits about other negative reviews. These guys ROCK!!!!

I was started in the Switcher program and had nothing but problems trying to get everything settled. I spent hrs on the phone only to fail trying to get reimbursed, so I went to the AT&T store in Cheyenne Wyo. I received the best service from Sam and the Manager Tim. I entered the store with one goal. With the awesome assistance of manager Tim and Rich I walked out with a much lower monthly phone bill and incredible new services on our 4 devices. They also realized that we weren't getting our military discount. These 2 employees have earned high praise They're very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about AT&T. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Did a phone port from verizon over the phone with att. Att messed it up pretty bad so i came here. Mark was on the phone with them for a couple hours and had to get a bit assertive to get what i needed done. He went above and beyond to get us taken care of :)

Garrett went above and beyond in customer service. He was extremely cheerful and accommodating from the moment we walked into the store. He greeted us with a smile and we ended with a smile, even though we were there after closing because of the data transfer. Garrett solved ALL of our issues. He was thorough, while being effective and efficient. He was knowledgeable on all products and promotions down to getting us our AARP discounts. Verizon list our business and I assume it was no great loss. We brought our 3 lines over and I am extremely pleased. I hate to admit but, I LOVE AT&T! Thanks Garrett, and the other guy who answered the phone. I drove from Aurora, Co to Cheyenne, Wy On account of being in the trucking industry. Both coverage, service and cost are important to us. We have lowered costs and gained service. It was worth the drive!

My wife and I went in to upgrade her phone and get me off of Sprint. We went on a road trip and she had 4g the whole way with AT&T. While I had absolutely no service with Sprint, even when we got to our destination! Very happy with AT&T. Tim was very helpful and quick.

Once we got that it was very easy getting jer switched to the phone and color she wanted. They were super friendly amd never once got pushy about adding more extras.
