Always gives great promos and customer service and is extremly patient. We go to the Town Center Mall just for this Verizon store. Don't go anywhere else.

Norris BrooksPlease allow me this opportunity to recognize Ms. Allison Hayden for her Superior service and commitment to her position as Sales Representative at the Verizon store located at 3000 Charleston Town Center in Charleston, WV. Upon my arrival at the Verizon Town Center, it was immediately evident to me that Allison Hayden is a uniquely qualified individual and well deserving of her position as Sales Representative at this location. Her integrity and unmatched understanding of the products and services offered by Verizon can only be described as exemplary and second to none. In addition to keeping me up to date on the latest promotions, products, services and accessories, she also upgraded me from a Galaxy S-10 to a Galaxy S-22 plus, signed me up with a Verizon business account, a Verizon credit card and a Samsung Galaxy 4 smart watch and demonstrated how to use it.
I would also like to mention that recently I had spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon Tech support over an issue with the charging port on my phone not charging properly when plugged into my vehicle. Verizon Tech support suggested I trade in my phone for a new one since I had just purchased it four days ago; however, Allison had seen this problem before and suggested I buy a new up to date charger from the Verizon store. It turned out that she was right, the problem was solved and my phone is working great.
Allison’s outstanding service with regard to her position is in line with the highest standards of any organization I have ever encountered and well worthy of recognition. Her professional approach to the duties and responsibilities of her position reflect great credit upon herself and Verizon wireless. We should all be so lucky when it comes to finding and retaining employees that demonstrate this level of competence, selfless service and professionalism.
