If you shop this store ask for Summer. She is a very knowledgeable sales lady and she takes the time to explain everything to you. She is excellent! She didn’t receive commission on my sale and she still took time to explain everything and helped me with my phone. To me that’s excellent service! It wasn’t about commission it was about the customer. That doesn’t happen often in retail these days. If you want great service ask for Summer.

Staff are incredibly patient as usual. I usually come with someone who is not... technologically inclined, so sometimes it can be a bit tough to really describe what the issue is. Despite that (and often the issue not being related to Sprint), they do their best to help. (And, on the side, I am pretty happy with Sprint in general).

I just got an Galaxy S6 Edge today and it will not let me operate it outside of wifi connection. This service costs too much to not be able to access it!!!!
