Been here many times over last 2 decades. Everyone is always helpful and very knowledgeable about there job. Teddy assisted me today and was great. Only reason I don't give a 5 star is because they do not have a restroom for customers. Ample parking and easy too find and access.

The reason for the visit was to transfer a line over to ATT. Michael Bailey was our salesperson. Extremely respectful, wasn't pushy, and he had our issue fixed within 10 minutes of being there. Micheal was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and was fast. The service he provided was exceptional.

So when I arrived I thought the store would be packed because all of the closets parking spots were taken, but no it’s actually because people going to the DMW next door have been parking in front of their store. Fortunately once I went inside all of employees were extremely helpful and nice especially the one that helped me named Tyler. Hopefully they can get the parking issue takin care because it’s the best AT&T store I’ve ever visited since picking up the service.

My phone took a plunge in the river and had to be replaced. The location was stocked with employees and merchandise so the wait was minimal the selection was great and the offers couldn’t be beat. A kind shout out to Michael and Devin, both of whom are customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I would personally like to thank Alisha K and Vergie at the Kanawha City ATT store. I came into the store with a broken screen and left with a new phone AND reduced payment plan. Needless to say I was very satisfied with the customer service at this store. They worked non-stop until I was able to leave with a smile on my face. Because my visit took a while, they offered me something to drink, made me very comfortable, and the young man that worked there was a delight to have a conversation with. I appreciate all they did for me to guarantee my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this store for all of your ATT needs!!!

And they solve those problems fast, fast, fast. That’s they key: solve the problem, but if you can solve it quickly, that’s a double bonus! Need to take this off of google as cell phone repair. They do not repair cell phones. They simply refer you to somebody else. If you happen to have a new iPhone, they will trip all over themselves to get answers. Anything in the 6 or 6s variety, forget it.

I've had some horrible experiences with another AT&T store, so I wasn't thrilled when my husband needed to get his phone replaced. However, we decided to stop in at this location, and I'm so glad we did! Our associate was Michael Bailey, and he was awesome to work with. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and it just got better from there. Michael listened to our needs and concerns and helped us get the right phone and plan that works best for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and even very personable. He was able to help us get everything set up with the new phone quickly and easily, explained things perfectly, and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deals we qualified for. He has a knack for customer interactions, and being able to recommend products and services without seeming pushy and overbearing. I actually left out of an AT&T store for the first time NOT wanting to burst into tears.
