Awesome service! We walked in to make the switch to Verizon, Dan R helped us very quickly. They set up everything from the number transfer to transferring the photos and contacts. They even offered to apply the new cases and screen protectors on the spot. Everyone working there was very helpful and friendly.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mike and Dan M at TCC Umall. I was trying to add a BYOP phone to my existing Verizon plan, and had spent over 4 hours on the phone and online with Verizon support and got nowhere - they finally gave up and said I should take my phone to a Verizon store. I found TCC and headed over, where these guys had me up and running no prob in10 minutes flat. I shoulda just gone there first and spent the 4 hours I wasted earlier at the beach. TCC ROCKS!! Mike

I can’t say enough about how Dan helped us, treated us, informed us with no thought to convince. We were with another carrier and visited them down the street and in the mall and in both places were greeted with very poor customer service. Dan told us more in 5 minutes than we learned in much more time at the other places. We switched our service and bought two phones from Dan. We felt extremely well cared for and about. His knowledge is clear and his ability to keep several customers moving forward and happy at the same time is like nothing I’ve seen. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Dan!

When I arrived there was one Verizon Employee, Dan, and he had 2 family plans being worked out, and a customer on deck before I was to be helped. He immediately said hello and explained the wait, unless I had a quick question he could answer. I told him I’d wait, and all the while between helping his current customers Dan would ask the other waiting customer, and myself questions, or just make quick conversation to acknowledge us. I was helped a lot faster than I thought I’d be, Dan was proficient at multitasking, answering questions, and finding solutions. If I ran a business I would want Dan on board, he’s an incredible asset to Verizon, and was pleasantly impressive.

These guys were great , very helpful and funny too. We had some issues with my all phone but they were so patient and nice. I definitely will recommend Verizon to everyone. This is a place where you feel comfortable and ask any questions. I am not familiar with the new technology so I asked many questions and always got the best results.

I have been to many other Verizon stores, and let me tell you, I NEVER look forward to it...but then I wandered into this store, and what usually is a mundane and frustrating experience delightfully turned into a very pleasant one. Brandon was exceptional answering my questions, dealing with all the complicated returns/exchanges and transactions, and still found ways to save me money. I took a lot of their time and they were so patient and caring and fun to chat with! I will be going here from now on with any future needs from Verizon.

Had to transfer an ATT prepaid number to a Verizon plan. Steve, Caleb, and Dan were very patient and helpful with the process! They gave good advice which helped me skip the ATT help line queue. Much better than the South Burlington store on Williston Rd who incorrectly stated my phone was not carrier locked. Definitely the place to go if you need Verizon help.

You know how you go in for help somewhere and you get someone who's obviously bored, and uninterested in helping you? I was kind of expecting that going in, but we had the total opposite with Laura. She was kind, patient, and so easy to work with. She helped us out with a few issues as we switched accounts, and even stayed late to help us finish out the transaction. Honestly working with her was one of the better customer service interactions I've had. We so appreciated it, and would not hesitate to go back for any other questions/purchases.

I've been going to this outlet for Verizon phones ever since I started my plan 8 years ago, and every single time I've been there I've known I've made the right choice. They've always been incredibly helpful, polite, and willing to work with my issues (especially when things go wrong -- which, since I'm not the owner of the account and have to go through a lot of hoops to get permission to change anything with the phone or plan, is frequently). In particular, I want to commend the manager, Shane, who I know has been working there at least as long as I've been going there, if not longer. He's always friendly, upbeat, and willing to help, even when faced with customers who are less than pleasant. I also want to note that Dave was exceptionally helpful with me getting my new phone, even when something went wrong on the corporate end. He was probably more relieved than I was once it finally got working! Thank you, guys! I make it a point to come here specifically for Verizon needs.
