Elisha was not only professional but patient like a school teacher lol. I came in after dental procedure and was kinda grumpy, it's my estimation that the wireless $50 a month auto pay program that these guys provide folks especially if you're in the South Burlington area from the post office patch and Road area to I'd say at least the high school you better be using the service they can't be beat

This was the best cell phone transition experience of my life by a wide margin. Alexander went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly, he even had the phone I wanted retrieved from another store so I would not have to have it shipped to my house and manage the data transfer on my own. He did this without my asking as he intuited that I was not comfortable with the prospect. I absolutely reccomend this store, with particular accolades for Alexander.

Went into upgrade mine and my husbands phones. We had an issue with the Sprint/T-Mobile merger which made it a couple day process to purchase new devices but the T-Mobile staff walked us through everything step by step and took care of every issue that came up on the Sprint end of things! I appreciate all the time and effort they put into helping us upgrade our phones! I definitely recommend this location for any issues you may have, they are fantastic people and know what they are doing!

Long story short my phone was stolen and Verizon couldn't help me connect my new phone with my old number. I went straight to T Mobile and I believe Andrew helped me out for hours. New Samsung 21 with T Mobile number and I'm not even annoyed. They were patient, the music rocked my socks, and I got a great phone that I love with a new number to start fresh. I'd recommend that store extension anytime!

Went in because I was having some issues with the sprint website. They were clearly busy but I was still greeted and told it would be a short wait. Not a problem at all. A few minutes later, David came over and started assisting me. I was happy to find out that I could upgrade my phone and that there was a military discount available to me. I was never told about this before. I was also able to pre order the new Iphone 12 pro. David was able to save me over $40 from what I had been paying. He was extremely professional and polite. Once I am able to switch from sprint I will be choosing tmobile based on the experience I had and how david was treating not only me but multiple other people who kept coming up and asking questions. He was very knowledgeable and great at handling multiple customers at one time, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Traveling from Pennsylvania, ran into some serious tech problems w/phones hotspot, effected using laptop, tablet & even making calls. Couldn't get into settings or even to swipe screen. Called Sprint & T-Mobile to no avail, but they directed us to an address in Burlington, VT. Drove to this location & in minutes, we were all fixed & ready to go. Once back on road, realized laptop & tablet couldn't recognize network. Went back to T-Mobil again & again in minutes all was fixed. These Reps are great, very knowledge, pleasant & helpful.Thank you !

I picked up a new iPhone SE for my mom while I was in town. Screen protectors and cases are a little pricy. The sales rep Michael and store supervisor Julio were very helpful. I live in Stowe and she service is topnotch pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately at my house on River Rd I am roaming on ATT and wind up using my allowance of roaming data pretty quickly. I also miss a fair amount of phone calls. But at my parents house the 4G LTE works really fast. the one thing I found on about this transaction was that they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes before they could bring the iPhone out of the back and get it out of the safe. Apparently this is a safety protocol. I understand still thought it was odd.
