This store and service is amazing! My father has gone to the people here for a long time, and he just took my iPhone 11 in to get the screen fixed since it had been cracked. The wonderful store clerk got it fixed up with a screen protector and Otter Box case, and now my phone is just like new! It also works just perfect, which I know is sometimes a worry when people fix your screen that they may mess up the phone- that’s not a concern here. I’m so grateful for their service! Will be coming back for a long time!!

Low key the best phone fix store in VT. I brought my pad in with a cracked screen and the home button was not working to Verizon first and they asked for 400 bucks. My friend recommended me this place and I gave it a try. The technicians are very professional and they explained everything to me. I got back my iPad back within 2hrs. Everything works perfectly now. My home button works again and they cleaned my iPad too so it looks just like new. The best part is they only charged for 80bucks. Definitely recommending this place to my friends.

Excellent! I brought them my old smart phone with a battery that could barely hold a charge and they replaced it and got me a screen protector too. My phone works almost like new now. It took only about 15-20 minutes and the price was reasonable. Great service, I highly recommend it.

I had my screen replaced on my smartphone, and the guys at phone depot were able to get everything done in house, were completely upfront about how long ordering and labor would take and worked around my schedule to find a time that I could pick up my finished phone. The charging port on my iPhone had some dirt stuck in it and wasn't working. I took it to another shop and they wanted 150$ to replace the port. Took it here for a second opinion and they cleaned it out for free and had it working again in less than 5 minutes. Employee was very friendly as well. Highly recommend this business for anyone who needs a phone or other device repaired.

Probably the most honest phone repair I’ve gotten. Went in with thinking I needed to replace charging port! Only to find out it just needed to be cleaned. Was refunded money for repair cost. Paid a tip instead. Will be back again in the future with this kind of honesty

I was very satisfied with my experience at Phone Depot. I brought my IPhone 7 in with a cracked screen, I dropped it off, came back exactly 1/2 a hour later and bam it was professionally replaced and had a free screen protector installed. My phone screen looked brand new and it only cost me $80 flat with tax included. I highly recommend Phone Depot !!!

These guys are great. The time between first contact and fixed (while they're by appointment only due to the pandemic) was a couple of hours. Not only did they fix my charging issue, but installed a new battery for the same price! I'll be looking to them when it comes to upgrading my phone. Definitely go to Phone Depot first.

I was driving home from work and decided to call the Phone Depot to check on pricing and timing for getting my iPhone X screen replaced. I was told after taxes it would be $125 and take about 30 minutes, so I decided to stop in on my way home. It was severely cracked and extremely annoying to use but Noah got a beautiful, perfectly working new screen on within 30 minutes for a very fair price and even threw in a screen protector and much needed case. I highly recommend Noah’s services at the Phone Depot, five stars all around!

I HIGHLY recommend bringing your iPhone here for any issues!! I threw my 8+ at a door...shattered the entire back. After reading other reviews I decided to bring it to these guys to be repaired. I was expecting to be quoted $200 - $300, so when he said it would just be $100 I was so happy! They repaired it within 24 hours & when I went to pick it up they gave me a complimentary screen protector because I cracked it a few months ago from dropping it. So nice :'-)! When I got home, I realized it wouldn't connect to wifi anymore. I tried some things that youtube told me to do & it still wouldn't work. I took it back to these guys to get a new antenna installed. he quoted me just $20! He installed the antenna & tested it out & it still wouldn't work. He called me & told me that its most likely a Motherboard issue, which was an expensive fix & no one around here does that. Meaning I would have to purchase a new phone...Although it was my fault, I was bummed that I spent $120 trying to fix this phone & had to buy a new one anyway. I went in to pick it up & he told me that because he had to open the back so many times, he cracked it. SO (& this is crazy) he told me he was going to refund me the $100 i spent!!!!!! I was so shocked! He refunded me & didn't make me pay the $20 for the work he did to try & fix the antenna!! I always thought that anyone who worked with electronics - repairing, selling, whatever - were scam artists. Not these guys! Thank you :)))

Phone Depot is great. My phone was really messed up. I had taken it apart to replace a battery and broke something/s. Muhammad explained the damage and my options. He was willing to work on it, and probably could have fixed it, but the phone had been giving me problems for too long. They had a used phone similar to mine. I could walk out with a working phone backed by their guarantee, no learning curve, and no down time. Done. Everything about this experience was positive. 5 stars are not enough. It's a solid 10. Skilled technicians, friendly service, convenient location, on-site parking, traffic light for easy access, very reasonable prices, staff takes time to explain things (in plain English, to me, but they also speak Spanish and Arabic), comfortable seating (if they can fix the problem immediately and you can wait), or you can go next door for lunch or coffee. Phone Depot isn't a corporate behemoth. It's a small business and they treat clients like neighbors. No big advertising budget, just a lot of satisfied customers.

One IPad mini, and my iPhone 8+ 3 times. One time the replacement screen showed signs of defect. I called and they swapped it out no questions. I drive over 1.5hrs to have them do this typically in 45 minutes, perfect time to shoot over to the mall and do some shopping. My Mac laptop needed a battery. Small Dog said I would be without my computer for 3-5 days and they could not give me an estimate besides $200-300. The Mac Doctor in Bristol said he couldn't do it and then tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Don't even get me started on the Geek Squad. They told me that it would be really expensive to fix but looked up a setting to create a home button on my screen so no need to fix the broken one. NO CHarge for the help. I spilled coffee on my macbook pro and it would not turn on. I took it to a different computer repair place and they charged me $65 only to tell me there was nothing they could do, but I could send it into apple for $850. So I went to the Phone Depot for a second opinion. Mohamed saved the day. He had my computer up and running within 24 hours, explaining what had happened and what I needed to do going forward. I am happily writing this review on my functioning macbook pro. Oh! And the price was incredibly good -- I got my money back from that other place and only paid a third of that to these guys. The credit card machine wasn't working, so I needed to go and get cash which isn't very easy given the extent of the traffic in their location.
