Great shop to get an iphone screen replaced! They had 3 different price tiers of screens to choose from. They were able to replace the screen in the last 20minutes before they closed on a Sunday and put on a screen protector too. If you're doing a same-day, urgent repair it's worth calling in advance to make sure they have time available. Cellolaris was communicative and professional

OMG! Had a bit of a mishap with my phone, needed some TLC, my son said to take it to the mall and they may be able to fix it. Let’s just say, I got a new screen, new screen protector and a very BRIGHT case. And when I discovered my camera no longer worked, they had old ones they keep for parts…camera replaced as well! So thankful I didn’t have to buy a new phone! And no, I didn’t have insurance because “I am an adult and take care of my phone”. 😳😳. I was so excited about the repair that I didn’t get the young women's name - Thank You so very much!

Josh was fantastic with eagerness to help, patience with my crazy situation, and knowledgeable. Pretty rare these days. This was not only over the phone twice as well as in person. I unfortunately thought Be Mobile was Cellolaris and got sucked in by the woman there. She proceeded to then despite me being first work with multiple other people while I was midsentence asking other customers who came up after me. Also, then rushed to put a screen protector on for me before I had asked all of my questions while I said please wait and stop until it is decided and continued, then explained that I needed to pay for the screen protector now. Realizing at this point that I was at the wrong location as it was a female in front of me and I was letting her know how I appreciated the help from the deeper voiced employee earlier. She then said it was not this service since she was the only one there all day. At that point, I realized being forced into a screen purchase plus poor customer service, I wandered and found Josh who was a night and day difference. I know where I will come in the future for actually customer service. Thanks for being great at your job Josh. I hope you get some accolades from your leadership as you are promoting a solid product for your company's sales. THANKS and here is to casting positive pebbles and focusing on the bright spots!

destroyed my phone this morning and within an hour i was able to go get it repaired here. Josh was extremely helpful and after replacing my screen and battery my phone still had an issue, even though this issue was not his fault or problem he still included the battery and screen protector for free since the phone is not 100%. i can at least access my phone to back it up now. I definitely recommend this business with the help of Josh. Fast, well priced and trusted employee. If you're not looking for a hassle go here!

This was an amazing experience. I think the guy Ben helped me figure out what was wrong with my phone, turns out the charging port was just dirty and needed a good cleaning. He was so quick and efficient and a good conversation starter! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had an excellent experience here! They fixed my phone within 45 minutes and it is still working great months later. I also entered their Instagram contest. They post their customers to their Instagram page and if you get the most likes, you get 100% of your money back! I ended up winning and got ALL my money back by the end of the month. This alone would make me recommend Cellolaris. When I went back to pick up my cash I also bought a new phone case that has protected my phone through many drops and is still in great condition (and was only $20!!!). All in all they were quick and provided great quality! I would definitely suggest asking about their Instagram contest if you get your phone fixed there!

My phone screen stopped responding this morning so I got in my car to go get it fixed. On the way I got a flat tire and was stranded at the mall without a car or a working phone. I went up to Cellolaris and had the pleasure of being helped by Avery. He could tell that I wasn’t having a great day and did all he could to talk to me and cheer me up while fixing my phone. I had a great experience with him today!

Josh got me right in today and had my iPhone XS Max screen replaced in about 15 minutes. Walked through all the features of the phone to make sure it was working properly and it’s like new. Highly recommended. Sure, you might be able to fix it yourself, but this guy knows what he’s doing and clearly has done a good many of these. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Over the past couple years we’ve had to get two iphones fixed and brought them here first based on a recommendation. We’ve never needed to go anywhere else as they brought both destroyed phones back to life! New screens, batteries, flux cables, ect. Besides just the miracle of getting a working phone back they did so much faster than expected and at a very fair price. Beyond that they really stand behind their work - when we had a new issue happen just after getting something else fixed - I brought it right back within a couple days and they went above and beyond to diagnose it. Adding new parts, cleaning and tweaking things to make it right. On top of that - then a couple of apps stopped working - which isn’t even a hardware issue. But I went back for more of their expertise and Josh again spent time trying to help and he did! When I was there he was also helping talk someone much older through the steps of something very simple like sending a photo file or something. And he was extremely patient in showing her how to do this. I’ve had the same great experience with all of the guys who work there. Highly highly recommended when your device is on the fritz!

They help you with any questions and even puts the cases on for you. I recently bought a phone there and i love it. JOSH helped me set it up and made sure i left happy with the phone i got. He even discovered my battery was performing poorly (which explains why it would die so quickly), and cut me a deal on battery replacement, given he was already in my phone. I cracked my iPhone screen after dropping it in the driveway. After googling phone repair companies in the South Burlington area I found Cellolaris. This store had excellent online reviews, and with good reason!! When I arrived to the kiosk style store in the University Mall (by the Food Court) I was greeted by Cameron; he was knowledgable, friendly, and very professional! He did a quick inspection of my phone and assured me that it would be fixed within 30 minutes, I believe he actually replaced the screen in under 20, he was extremely fast! I've had my phone fixed at another phone repair spot in the South Burlington area in the past when the home button on the same iPhone stopped working and the shopping experience was the complete opposite from the awesome experience at Cellolaris. The other shop smelled awful, the owners kids were running around, the owner lacked customer service (was on the phone when ringing out customers), had an unusual way to processing credit cards (I ended up going to the bank across the street so I could pay with cash), it took over 3 hours (they were busy so I understood this long wait), and they didn't have the right parts in stock (my phone has a white home button instead of a black one). Avoid other shops and go to Cellolaris, you'll be glad you did!! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the whole shopping experience at Cellolaris! I give this store my highest recommendation! If my phone ever breaks again, my first stop will be Cellolaris!

I went here for a new phone case in the spring and Max was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable! Because of his excellent customer service I returned when I bought my new phone a few days ago to find Carter and Tanner at the kiosk were just as excellent in their customer service! This store has friendly, classy people running it who not only care about their customers but are at the top of their game when it comes to knowing their products! I will definitely return and recommend it if you are looking for the dying art of true customer service! It's alive and well here!

I broke my iPhone 7 screen and had Cellolaris repair it. They were a little more expensive than other repairs shops in the area, but I went with them anyway because I've tried the cheaper places in the past and have been disappointed. I'll tel you--it was worth every penny! The phone was just like new after the repair and it was done before I could eat my lunch. The guy working wasn't pushy either, which was a nice change of pace from most mall kiosks. Hopefully I won't need to visit them again, but if I break my screen I know exactly where I'll be going.

After a series of unfortunate events with AT&T & Verizon, I was walking out the mall feeling frustrated... I happen to stop by the booth and chat with Tanner. Afterwords, I left the mall feeling much better about my situation! Here's the deal: I recently broke my brand new LGV10, which I have through Verizon. Being the idiot I am (who goes through phones about every three months) I never got insurance on this one. I owe Verizon an absurd amount of money for my LG. So, looking into AT&T, I found out their doing a buyout program for Verizon phones. Unfortunately, you have to have a working phone.... So, after all sorts of confusion and traveling back & forth between stores, the only fix to my problem was to buy a new phone to trade into AT&T. As we all know, phones aren't cheap anymore. Tanner was FANTASTIC about helping me get a phone that would actually work with the AT&T trade, at a price that I thought was very reasonable. And, my boyfriend got a screen protector & new case for his iPhone. I'm normally extremely hesitant about buying anything from a mall kiosk - but Tanner has made me think otherwise! Thanks a ton Tanner for helping us get this situation sorted out! You're the best!

Always have a quick, efficient, and pleasant time here. I have to say i hugely prefer getting any accessories/repairs done at cello than trying to deal with the at&t retail location, which while there are more warm bodies there... getting anything done can be like pulling teeth. Both times I've been Tanner was working and it just goes to show, one guy focused on his craft and his customer service will always deliver higher quality than corporate drones killing time until 5 o'clock rolls around. If you actually want to get your smartphone working again, want to get cash in hand for an old phone, need a new case, screen, selfie stick, whatever, stop by cellolaris, and with the time you saved, you could down a pair of old fashions at applebees... if you're into that sort of thing.
